my journey was full of adversities tears and great loss but I have found a deeper
faith and determination I can do all things I clearly remember the day when I
wanted to be a teacher in middle school I was involved in a
student program and to the children in a low-performing class I was paired with a
boy in a 2nd grade that did not know how to read after working with him with
several days I will never forget the first sentence he ever read The Cat in
the Hat the look of his face demonstrated how
proud he was and so was I fast forward 20 years I am now married to a wonderful
man of 15 years that has encouraged me throughout my entire journey I had a
pause my dream of furthering my education when I became a mother of
three wonderful children Christopher Jonathan and Megan now it is
my time to teach them the biggest lesson I could that they can do all things as
soon as my youngest turn seven I know I was four it was finally time for me to
go back to school I was looking for something that was flexible enough for
me to make Mike from me to take my kids to and from school and that was
recognized by the state of New York if you live there you know how difficult
that is I found WGU through a friend and felt it
was the perfect choice for me and so the new chapter began I was introduced to in
my opinion the best mentor ever Brittany sit away and I have been on
this journey for the past five years courses were challenging the hours were
long and submitting to Tosh dream seemed endless at times but I can do all things
a couple of years ago my father went missing he was found a few hours later
in the hospital no coma this was the beginning of many nine
my dad had to be such my dad had been such an inspiration to me my whole life
he had been forced to leave school to work in the fields in Puerto Rico to
provide for his family it was painful to see my hero in this condition my mother
also struggled to see my dad in this way but she was always the strongest person
I've ever known she was a stay-at-home mom of four raising us in one of the
worst parts of New York she finished high school but did not go to college
but despite that fact she was the one that molded myath my love for teaching
even when in 2003 she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and though the
circumstances seemed grim she pressed on determined to live
she molded that despite illness difficulties or lack of education we can
do all things her strength came to came through once
again during my dad's illness and with our faith that we were able to comfort
each other a few weeks later we were told that my
10 year old son needed open-heart surgery feeling helpless and defeated my
son facing incredible circumstances became another one of my heroes in that
moment I remember being in the hospital room those days after surgery the only
distraction was my laptop and my schoolwork I had to keep pressing
through and show my son that we can do all things that this would not defeat us
then seven months after my son's surgery my mother my inspiration my best friend
became gravely ill we had to rush her to the hospital
despite her unwillingness to go I will never forget that day
I was in the ER and I've forgotten about my
we call but Britney was always on time I was distraught but trying to keep a
positive attitude Britney always listened I explained my
situation and she was able to ease my worries a few days after my mother had
been hospitalized she went up at a place on her last day of being with me I
promised I would finish school and care for my children my father my aunt as
best as I could I will need to remind myself that I can do all things after
7:00 several months of grieving my father started getting worse he was
heartbroken then the inevitable happened my dad also went to be to a better place
he passed away five months after my mother again Brittany came to my rescue
and offered her support it was the most challenging year of my
life still I was so close to completing my degree I took comfort and focusing on
one lay had a wonderful career in teaching I needed this for my parents
for my husband my kids and most importantly for myself eight months
after my father passed away my aunt his sister also went to be to a better place
the stress of all my loss began taking its toll on me physically one day I felt
a numbing sensation on the entire left side of my body I went to the hospital
and found out I had a mini stroke I could not believe it I remember lying in
the hospital room contemplating everything that had gone on maybe I
needed a break from school maybe this was a mistake but when I got home I
remembered the encouraging words of my daughter and that look on the
second-greatest face when he read his first sentence years ago I was reminded
I can do all things though hardships and adversities were there losing my mother
and my father struggling financially I was reminded that I can do all things as
I look back the pain of some of the obstacles are still there but they do
not determine my future and my faith in God is stronger than ever there is
nothing impossible for those who believe

hello pole friends
today we're gonna learn 5 splits
for beginners
it's important to do some warmups before you start
that is the way to tell your body that it's going to work
so feel free to do all the warmups you need
and here are a few examples that you can use
Ballerina
starting from sit position
pass your body around the pole
all the way untill the underarm
you should feel it pressing against the pole so that you get a good grip
then you lift your outside leg
and try to grab it with the hand of the arm that is around the pole
it's important that your hand is going to pull your leg up
but also your own leg is going to make the strength to go up
there you go
Reiko split
if you're beginner but you're already strong, you're gonna like this one
place one foot on the pole and both hands
your hands shouldn't be
neither too high, neither too low
if they are too high
you're probably gonna slip
but if they are too low
you're gonna need a lot of strength to hold the movement
you need to find your perfect opening angle
to make the trick easier
the most important things here are
press the pole with your leg
and hold shoulder blades back
shoulders down and blades back
this way you have control on the movement
if you release shoulders and blades
you'll loose control on the movement
and then you can't do anything from there
Pole box
starting from cupid
lower foot has the arch
placed on the pole
place both hands between your legs
and then slowly release your upper leg
so that the arch of your upper foot also gets to the pole
if you can do a Reiko, it's even better
starting from the Reiko
just bring your other leg all the way till the pole

if you're very flexible
and you just started pole dancing
you're gonna like this on every much
place your body close to the pole
and bring one of your legs to the pole
if you want
you can bring your body down for a different position
sit split
it's my favorite of the basic splits
it's simple and it's beautiful
lets see it
starting from sit position
the pole should be place very close to your groins
then one of your hands go right bellow your bum
and you release the weight of your bum on this hand
the other hand is gonna be holding the pole
and is gonna be responsible for leaning you down
if you put the upper hand too high
you're not gonna be able to elan down so much
then it's not gonna look so cool
but if you place your upper hand too low
you may loose control on the movement
so place it in an intermediate position
and lean your body back
with your legs spread
it's important to engage the muscles
of your lower abs to do it
like this

Going for a Spin in the New 2018 Ford EcoSport Titanium 4x4 - Duration: 3:28.

here in Kannapolis, North Carolina.
Family owned, 64 years. A long time.
We're actually out here on the road
driving this amazing 2018 sub-compact SUV.
Ford EcoSport. You're gonna love it.
I'm driving the EcoSport Titanium
four wheel drive, currently.
It has some really cool features with this SUV.
First and foremost the EPA,
the miles-per-gallon, is 23 city and 29 highway.
It actually has leather interior,
it's got your voice commands, it's got your Bluetooth.
It has your eight inch touchscreen
with WiFi and hotspot which is really awesome,
especially if you're traveling
and you have the kiddos in the back.
And they're on the computer and they wanna watch a movie
or Netflix or whatever it may be,
and you don't ever have to worry about data whatsoever.
You could put your vehicle in reverse,
and if you noticed on the camera
you have the green, yellow, and red.
The green is actually six feet from your object,
the yellow is three feet from your object,
and the red is a foot from your object.
This cool vehicle also has your reverse sensing system,
which means the closer you get to your object,
it's actually gonna start beeping louder and louder
and then all of a sudden it'll flatline
when you pretty much have to stop
and you can't go back any further.
It'll go, beeeeeeeeeeeep.
Just like that.
It's got heated seats, it has your
blind spot information system for safety.
So if you're traveling down the highway,
you're on a beach trip or wherever you're going,
to the mountains or whatnot.
If somebody's speeding up on your left or right side,
it'll illuminate orange in the side mirrors.
It's got ambient lighting so you can set the colors
in the dual cup holders to your liking.

Pretty awesome at night, that's for sure.
Check this out, you know how normally on the SUVs
you have the tailgate that actually comes up?
Well, this actually is sliding.
It kinda swings around, it's pretty awesome.
You put your finger up underneath this latch here, pull up,
and it actually swings this way.
So if you're in a garage and you have limited space,
you can actually swing it rather than raising up
and maybe hitting the roof.
You know, the top of the garage. Never know.
This is really cool, too.
This back rear bumper can withstand up to 700 pounds on top.
So you can stand on top of here,
and you can actually put whatever you need on top
where the roof rack rails are right up here.
So if I was 701 pound, you would actually see
the tail just go....
So pretty awesome.
The exterior is absolutely beautiful, it's smoked metallic.
