#theOUTtalk - Ep 13 Why does it take so long for someone to report harrassment? #metoo - Duration: 6:38.Coming up on #theOUTtalk we're gonna answer that age-old question you see on
every comment board with every sexual allegation. Why does it take someone so
long to tell their story?
Hey what's up everybody it's #theOUTtalk your dose of
talk from Outlicioustv i'm Brian Pelletier be sure to subscribe to outlicioustv on
YouTube Facebook and Twitter on YouTube we have just passed 18,000 subscribers
woohoo! Let's just keep going up. Thank you so much for your support. If you're
watching these videos in order, you just saw that video where we spill a little
tea on Bryan Singer I talk about my couple of times where I met him actually
stayed at his house a little bit. But I want to take it back a little before
then and talk about my own story because a
lot of people always wonder when we see these Roy Moore allegations we see these
Bryan Singer allegations we see these Kevin Spacey allegations Anthony Edwards
against Gary Goddard people go oh well why did it take so long what's what's
their motive why why do they sit on this story so long. And there's a lot of
reasons. One they're kind of answering it right there when you look at these
comment boards there's so much ridicule and doubt. People have had to sit on this
for a while they had to think about it. They sometimes have blamed themselves
for being in these situations and also they may have told people in their lives
about it already. Just because they didn't go completely public they have
been dealing with the story for a while. There aren't any ulterior motives it's
just sometimes they get triggered because they start seeing something come
out more and more like right now we see a lot of #metoo stories and suddenly
more people are like, you know what? This person told their story let me tell mine.
You think about Ke$ha Ke$ha told her story and she was kind of the first
person to come out with... well not the first person in history but you know
a big big story. So it was interesting because then more and more people felt
comfortable about it because they saw the support that she was getting so if
you're a fan of outlicioustv and you've watched our show Disposable
Teens I did a little featurette as an extra where I talked about my time when
I was 16 I ran away from my home. Because I was growing up in a religious home
when I came out ended up in California for a little bit of time and I just kind
of leave it a little vague about what happened there. But while I was there and
I was 16 I ended up in a consensual relationship with a man that was much
older than me probably in his 30s and at the time it was like oh this is fun this
guy is awesome he's got a Ferrari he had a Land Rover he went to all the
parties he gave us drugs and alcohol. it was a lot of fun. A lot of... you know
you're a teenager you're having a good time. And one night we were supposed to
go to a rave and I was like we we took our ecstasy on our way and they said Oh
put this in your mouth and you know you're a dumb kid you're like okay sure
you find out after you took it that it was acid. so I ended up having a really
bad trip and we went back to Orange County to his condo in Huntington Beach
and the partying continued there for a bit
and I don't remember that much about that night. However there were times I
woke up while I was in the bed and he was trying stuff with me and I
remember telling him no and it it kind of came in and out of remembering what
was going on and I do remember there was some pain in the morning there was
definitely a little blood there. However you still don't quite process what
happened to you right away for a little bit I still was hanging out with him we
still went out and did things I I just like while he was messed up too. You
don't quite see it as at first that you were being taken advantage of or that
you were being assaulted it took some time to process when I started
discussing it in my circle that I was in that's when they ended up sending me
back to New England because I was the one causing drama they didn't like that
I was aware of what actually was going on
So then that actually made me then realize what really happened to me and
how serious it was. But for the longest time, we're talking this is over 20 years
ago I sat on this I there are times I blamed myself
you play it over in your head a million times about how you could have handled
the situation differently. You can't change it it's the past; however, it
doesn't stop you from thinking about what can I do different next time or or
if I did this, Or if I didn't accuse him we could have still been together
maybe I would have got a car out of the deal and I have a feeling that's what
goes on with these situations to people. They're still playing it over their
head. They're also worried about the stigma, I got worried about stigma even
very recently when I was talking to somebody about it I said one thing about
telling my story publicly is I get worried that I'm gonna get a label on me
and that maybe my dating life is gonna change cause people may see this video and
go oh he's a victim. These things happen. In the Deadline Hollywood story there's
an anonymous quote in there from somebody because he's still pursuing his
acting career people are still worried about you know taking care of themselves
for the future that they're still hiding these scars that
happen to them and it's almost like they're victimizing themselves again
I've done it to myself it takes a while to come through. And so yeah that's my
answer on why it takes people so long. I don't know if it was clear but you
really sit on it for a while you really blame yourself, you replay it it takes
a long time you worry about what your parents are going to say that is a huge
factor especially in for somebody in a situation like me. You can't you're not
just gonna come out and be like oh my god I was raped because now you're also
dealing with other issues so enough with the internet heroes. Anyways
thank you for watching #theOUTtalk I'm Brian Pelletier have a good night

Coconut Citrus Oil for Nourished, Soft, and Clear Skin - Canada 365 - Duration: 7:52.Coconut Citrus Oil for Nourished, Soft, and Clear Skin
Coconut oil is great for your health and wonderful as a natural beauty product due to its wealth of vitamins and minerals.
And citrus adds a fresh complement for a nourishing coconut citrus oil.
Coconut oil is a nourishing, balancing, and moisturizing oil that helps give your skin a beautiful softness and radiance.
Here well propose combining extra virgin coconut oil with some citrus essential oils.
This will bring even more light to your face.
Additionally, this will prevent the appearance of spots and get rid of blemishes.
Coconut oil.
A few decades ago, people criticized coconut oil for being a poor-quality fat.
However, now we know that it is a superfood that is extremely beneficial for people with all different kinds of health issues, and that its an excellent beauty product for all skin types.
Whats more, extra virgin coconut oil deeply nourishes your skin.
It prevents wrinkles and firms up your skin, all while balancing oil production and making it soft.
A nourishing oil for all skin types.
If you have very dry skin, you can combine coconut oil with almond or rosehip oil.
For people with oily skin, mix it with aloe vera gel.
This mixture is also good for sensitive, mixed-type, and acne-prone skin.
Citrus essential oils.
Citrus essential oils, such as lemon, orange, mandarin, and grapefruit, are very good for you and also have a wonderful, refreshing aroma.
They freshen and revitalize your skin.
Citrus essential oils make your skin radiant and prevent and fight spots on your skin.
Additionally, they prevent and clear blemishes and acne.
And, they have an anti-depressant effect that improves your mood and fights depression, anxiety, and stress.
Warning.
However, you should know that if youre going to be exposed to sunlight, you shouldnt use citrus essential oils because they are photosensitive.
Thats why we recommend using this coconut citrus oil at night to improve skin regeneration and clear spots, or using it when youre not going to be in the sun.
Coconut citrus oil.
Now well explain how to make this nourishing coconut citrus oil.
Ingredients.
1 cup of extra virgin coconut oil (220 g) 20 drops of one or multiple citrus essential oils: lemon, orange, mandarin, grapefruit.
Note: You should use a dark-colored glass container so that the mixture retains its properties.
What do I do?.
To make this nourishing coconut citrus oil, mix and shake the ingredients in the jar until well-integrated.
However, keep in mind that the coconut oil solidifies if the temperature is under 73 degrees.
In this case, first melt it in a double-boiler or by putting the jar in a bowl of hot water, but dont let it get too hot.
Then add the essential oils.
Then, it doesnt matter if it solidifies, since the oils are already combined to form one coconut citrus oil.
Application.
Apply this nourishing coconut citrus oil every night before bed after having removed your makeup and washed your face.
Avoid the eye area to keep them from getting irritated.
Also avoid any cuts or injuries.
You can use the lotion anywhere on your body where you want softer, brilliant skin or anywhere you have spots or blemishes you want to clear up.
Or, you could apply it during the day if youre not going to be out in the sun, or if it will be covered by clothing.
Coconut citrus oil hair mask.
Additionally, this nourishing oil is also great for your hair if you are looking for any of the following:.
Softer, shinier hair Less oily hair, and balanced oil production.
Note: It is not recommended for very dry or colored hair.
Application.
Apply the coconut citrus oil before bed, from the tips to the roots.
As you apply, apply some pressure and massage in order to improve circulation and absorption of the oil.
The next morning, wash you hair twice to remove the oil.
You wont need to use conditioner.

Jobs for MilSpouses on the Move - Duration: 1:53.(upbeat piano music)
- Military spouses often move
because of reassignment or deployment,
so it's important that military spouses
have the opportunity to take their job with them.
- I would define portable employment
as being able to continue your career as you move.
- As we sort of move outside of the traditional
Industrial Age archetype of what work is
and really focus on work is what you do,
not where you're at necessarily,
we sort of expand the boundaries
to thinking about how people can get their job done.
- I think portable careers now and portable employment
is open to all areas of business now,
and I think that's what the conversation is moving to.
- One of the things we're looking at
as we build out our military spouse employment program
is offering portable careers.
We're looking at it to say
if we could hire more spouses
into project management roles,
ideal situation for a portable career.
Our projects today often have resources
who are all across the country.
They're not all in one location anyway,
so what difference does it make if the project manager
is wherever they might be with a portable career.
There are a lot of fields
that are known to be more portable,
like the health care field,
the information technology field, things like that.
- They're doing administrative work,
some of them are doing director of client operations work,
IT work.
So, as their spouses are able to move,
they can move those jobs with them
and continue up that career ladder.
- So, in our company, every job would be portable
in that if you're moving from one region to another,
many of our jobs are duplicated throughout the nation.
If not, we work with partners
to see if they can take that talent
and bring it into their company.
That's why I think MSEP is so important.
It creates this coalition of employers
so we can all work together.

ASCO Center for Research and Analytics (CENTRA) - Duration: 2:43.CENTRA, ASCO's new Center for Research and Analytics, has been established to be
the Society's research hub. It's the place where all of ASCO's data assets
will be collected, cataloged, annotated, and organized for sharing with the
broader oncology community. We have a vision for CENTRA where evidence drives
innovation and cancer care, informs ASCO's policy development, and
improves patient outcomes. Our mission is really to support ASCO's mission to
conquer cancer by generating, integrating, analyzing, and sharing oncology data to
foster innovation, and research, and patient care.
ASCO has a lot of information that it has collected over the years from a
variety of sources that is not readily available or accessible to the oncology
community. As we begin to assemble all this data about our members, where and
how they practice, the patient's they treat, and the outcomes of those patients,
we have an enormous treasure trove of information that really no other
organization can assemble. With the creation of CENTRA, ASCO is creating the
infrastructure and the analytical tools to be able to pull all of this
information together and learn from it. Until now, ASCO's data has resided
throughout the organization with no central repository for easily
understanding and identifying which database is available for what purpose.
We will have a staff member who will function as a data concierge who's
someone that anyone inside or outside ASCO could contact if they are
interested in obtaining access to a, ASCO data set, and then our data
concierge can guide them to the appropriate data set with the
appropriate information that they're looking for. CENTRA has an organized
request process for interested ASCO members and others to submit a request
for a data set, research collaboration, or other item. The request will be evaluated
by ASCO and fulfilled if they are approved.
Our goal is to be able to make ASCO's data assets available so that people can
use them to expand their own research horizons, continue to learn from them,
share the information back with us, and then disseminate it broadly to our whole community.

Dressed in a nude bralet, the Burberry beauty gave the impression she was completely topless and she worked up a sweat around a silver pole.

Keen to be seen from every angle, Barbara pushed out her booty seductively bending down in slow motion.
Not stopping there, just seconds later the beauty decided to squeeze her boobs together for maximum impact.
This isnt the first time the Hungarian model has appeared in Love Magazines advent calendar.
Last year she recreated Sharon Stones iconic Basic Instinct scene – teasing her privates in the process.
Other stars to have joined in the X-rated festivities include Rita Ora, Taylor Hill and Madison Beer.
Showing off her cleavage, Barbara clutched at her assets before swinging around the pole.

A Very Merry Job Interview | Santa's Looking for a New Gig - Duration: 2:51.(lighthearted piano music)
- Hey, Nicholas...
it's nice to finally put a face to the voice.
- Please, call me Nick.
- Okay, well, thank you for taking the time
to come in for the Head of Toy Production position.
Can I offer you a snack or anything to drink?
- No thank you, I brought my own.
- Well, it looks like you have a lot of
toy industry experience.
Please, tell me a little bit about yourself.
- Well, I've been in the toy business
for a few centur- (cough) many years.
I've built a sophisticated toy distribution center
up north, where I've developed and improved upon
a order fulfillment system I like to call The LIST.
- The LIST?
- Yes, lightweight, intercontinental shipping team.
- Okay, great.
So what kind of customer facing experience do you have?
- Well, in my current role, I handle billions
of global requests from some very demanding
and yet childish customers.
I pride myself in being able to read people,
determining whether they are naughty or nice.
- Very interesting.
So, why do you think that you're a good fit for this role?
- Well I really have a passion for spreading cheer
on a global scale, and despite the demands of my job,
I've never missed my annual deadline.
In fact, some people don't even believe in me
and yet I still deliver to them on time.
- (laughing) That's unbelievable.
So Nick, how are you with attention to detail?
- I am so meticulous, that when I make a list
in Excel, I check it twice.
- You make a list and check it twice?
- That's right.
In fact I have a list of references for you...
(lighthearted band music)
- Okay let's see here um...
Aaliyah, Aden, Aaron...
Abigail, Abby, Addison, Adrien...
- Those are just the few names that I had on hand,
I can get you more if needed.
- Great, yeah, I'll go ahead and share this
with the hiring manager.
Just, one last question.
Am I getting an Espresso maker for Christmas?

Christopher Plummer Thanks, Spacey! Gets Golden Globe Nom for 'All the Money'|K CHANNEL - Duration: 0:54.Christopher Plummer Thanks, Spacey! Gets Golden Globe Nom for 'All the Money'
Christopher Plummers gotta be saying. that was easy! The veteran actor earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor Monday just weeks after he replaced Kevin Spacey in All the Money in the World. As we reported.
Spacey was axed from the Ridley Scott film in early November on the heels of sexual assault allegations. even though the movie was completely done.
Plummer just started reshoots about 2 weeks ago, and presumably the Hollywood Foreign Press already saw enough to nominate him. Its no wonder CP had zero qualms about taking on the role after Spacey was kicked to the curb.

I'm a junior high school teacher I am also a popular song writer and I have
written over 1,000 songs they have been recorded by such top artists as Elvis
Presley Tony Bennett the McGuire sisters Lawrence Welk Bobby Vinton and Frank
Sinatra last year my biggest hit sold over 2 million records and became the

only at night the trip had taken us just over five months signed Grace E. Shue
panel these three ladies all claim to be Grace E. Shue heroine of what I think
you'll agree is a very heroic story leading 71 children to safety over all
that distance that's not the cross-examination was Betty Furness
Betty Thank You bud this Grace E. Shue whichever is you I'm enchanted to meet
you number one tell me about the House of
Representatives are there other women serving on it yes number two how many
women are in the House of Representatives more than 200 more than
200 number three how big is your House of Representatives close to 1500 number
two how how old were the children in this march the ages from 7 to 17 and were
there any other adults with you or did you do this alone I did it alone number
three there was a man from from Red China recently who was connected with
the Japanese embassy and he defected to to your country what subsequently
happened to him do you remember I think they were planning to send him back to
to a red charge Red China Thank You number two there is a lady who
was once married to her the governor or the mayor of some town she runs the
Chinese gardens I think in White Plains do you happen to know that lady yeah
what is her name Mrs. Lee that's right I mean Peggy Cass
thank you number three is nationalist China going
to have a place at the World's Fair yes number two what is the capital of
of your Island Taipei Taipei thank you number one another lady let a lot of
children in China and and you know if they wrote a movie The Inn of the Sixth Happiness
about her what was her name please I don't remember her name
number three what city in China is called the Forbidden City
Peking number two what city is called the walled city don't pick your pardon
the wall wall around the wall all around that's a Forbidden City number one
Gene Rayburn number one in your House of Representatives what is the population
ratio that is how many people elect one representative each city one man one
woman two men the largest city the smaller city only one and that gives you
your 1500 people we actually is more than 3000 representative more than 3000
that was a mainland well I could tell which of these three ladies is the
heroine if I could see their feet would that be permissible well that's all the
time we have but you must have gleaned enough information about how to go to
work on your ballot so what you trying to do so mark them at once no
consultation of course no change when she marked and vote for number one
number two or number three
are all ballots marks no I haven't will you mark it
they're very good wouldn't leave because time is a-wasting I'd like that hat for
Tom for whom did you vote well I voted for number one because she corrected the
other lady about the number of actually I thought they were all marvelous and
whoever really did it was very brave lady Peggy I voted for number one
because I feel as long as she lives of national she would know that
lady in White Plains and number three even though you didn't know about the
World's Fair she knew so much about that House of Representatives so I voted for
number one Gene Rayburn I feel I asked the best question in this round I voted
for number one on the basis of my question Betty well I voted for number
two and I'm not terribly sure why I think she knows about the House of
Representatives we have to take a choice about which one of them is right and
number three I just I I don't I I don't think that she looks as though she's
been through that adventure that's all so I'm with number two all right and
again we have a similar repeat of of marking here there were three for number
one one for number two let's go to our charm circle and see how we square off
there as you learn now which one of these ladies actually is the heroine of
a very thrilling experience having led 71 children orphaned children to safety
will the real Grace E. Shue please stand up
thank you very much not only are we terribly proud and somewhat humble to
meet you and and congratulate you and I don't know really quite how to say it

faith that good eating has suffered at the hands of the modern American
housewife who no longer cooks a meal but merely thaws it out if the fine art of
cookery is to survive we men must step in and get back to basics like old
fashioned oatmeal boiled coffee bean whole beans pot hellion stew and
homemade bread signed John Gould three well families three gentlemen all claim

questions but maybe you have got enough information and the to mark your ballots
try it mark them know at once no change dual consultation vote of
course for number one number two or number three
all voting completed Tom of course as usual we start with you or whom did
you vote I voted for number one I can't imagine a guy from Maine quoting another
River instead of one from his own state when he's asked about a river in rain
but I don't know that was number two and number three they got to know who EB White is
if he's a newspaperman doesn't he hmm Peggy in Maine is the allagash but
anyway I voted for number two although he seems young to me he knew about
yellow eyed beans and if he come to Maine you want to know about yellow eyed
beans number one thing he also happen to know that an M quad is larger than an N
quad and that's why I voted for you I know well I voted for number one whether
he'll marry me or not and I think the reason I voted for him is it takes one
to know one and I think that's the new englander in that group funny is
