Trump won't push for two state solution, says he 'would love to see' embassy moved to Jerusalem - Duration: 1:57.

Trump won't push for two-state solution, says he 'would love to see' embassy moved to Jerusalem.

By ALEX PAPPAS.

President Trump on Wednesday said he will not push for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian

conflict.

During a joint press conference at the White House with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin

Netanyahu, an Israeli reporter asked: "Mr. President, in your vision for the new Middle

East peace, are you ready to give up the notion of two-state solution adopted by previous

administrations?"

Trump replied: "So I'm looking at two-state and one-state, and I like the one that both

parties like."

"I'm very happy with the one that both parties like," Trump said.

"I can live with either one.

I thought for a while the two-state looked like it may be the easier of the two, but

honestly, if Bibi and if the Palestinians if Israel and the Palestinians are happy,

I'm happy with the one they like the best."

The reporter also asked Trump if he planned to fulfill his promise to move the U.S. Embassy

in Israel to Jerusalem.

"As far as the embassy moving to Jerusalem," Trump said, "I would love to see that happen.

We're looking at it very, very strongly.

We're looking at it with great care.

Believe me.

We'll see what happens.

Okay?"

Netanyahu added: "I read yesterday an American official said that if you ask five people

what two states would look like, you would get eight different answers.

Well, Mr. President, if you ask five Israelis, you would get 12 different answers."

Event Management Part 6 | Event Binding - Duration: 4:01.

In this video we'll see how to use event rules to transform event data, and how to use the new binding feature to bind an alert to a CI.

Please watch the previous video in this series for more information on event rules.

We will enter the event rule page and create a new event rule.

The Transform section lets you manipulate event information to populate fields in the resulting alert.

To enable the transform options, select the Active checkbox.

The Ignore Event checkbox must be cleared.

We'll cover the CI binding later in this video.

The Event Match field is used to extract values from the event fields.

The value in the Field column should be the name of an Event field or the name of an additional information field.

The Regular Expression column is used to extract values from the field and put them into the mapped fields that appear in the Mapping column.

The Mapping column may contain one or more comma-separated variables.

These variables can be names of existing Event fields, or new fields that will be added to the Additional Information field of the resulting alert.

Event Compose is used to populate fields in the alert using a combination of existing field values and constants.

Field values can be the value of a field in the event, the value of a field from Additional Information, or the value of a field created in the Match Field section.

To use a field value, surround it with a dollar sign and braces.

Let's look at one of the rules in the base system.

Here we put the value of the Event Description field into the Match field.

We're extracting a few values from the Event Description field using a regular expression.

Then we use the Mapping column to save these values to these variables.

These are not existing alert fields, so they'll be added to the alert additional information.

In this composition we're building a message key based on the values extracted from the Event Match field table.

We concatenate these values and string values to create the message key of the created alert.

This option allows you to bind alerts to CIs using CI identification rules, and relationships defined in the CI metadata showing the containment and hosting rules.

To bind an alert by CI identifiers, we first select the CI type.

The form then shows more levels based on the relationships defined in the containment and hosting rules.

For every level, we fill values for CI identifier attributes using fields of the event and variables from the Compose section.

Legacy binding works directly with CI attributes instead of Identification rules.

The best practice is to use Identification rules.

Let's look at one of the rules in the base system.

The CI type to be bound is MS sql database.

The only relationship rule available to this CI is to hardware.

We'll use 'db name' and 'instance name' from the event transform to match the corresponding CI.

Note that hardware is a special case because we run identification on the node and automatically activate identification for Name, FQDN, IP and MAC.

If you only want to bind to a hardware CI, no identification binding is needed.

This concludes our video.

For more information, please consult our product documentation or knowledge base.

Or ask a question in the ServiceNow Community.

ORALLY. SO, THEY USUALLY TAKE IT

BY

MOUTH. IT'S EVEN FLAVORED.

HOWEVER, PRESTON HAS A G TUBE.

HE'S NOT

ALLOWED TO TAKE ANYTHING BY

MOUTH BECAUSE HE ASPIRATES.

RENETTA: AS FOR MOM...SHE'S

HOPEFUL.

VALERIE: AS A WHOLE TO ME HE

SEEMS A LOT HAPPIER. I GET A LOT

MORE SMILES. I

GET A LOT MORE TALKING, BUT IT'S

MORE LIKE COOING LIKE A BABY. I

JUST

GET A WHOLE LOT MORE POSITIVE

FEEDBACK FROM HIM THAN I EVER

HAD

BEFORE.

Spotlight: Running for Office with Wendy Carrillo - Duration: 7:37.

We're so excited to be joined today by Wendy Carrillo

Who's running for office running for congress no less in the 34th district of California?

When they tell us a little bit about why you're running

I'm running because I believe now more than ever women need to step up to the plate

and if not us who, if not now when

And so right now. We're living a very urgent moment in our Nation's history

Or for far too long

Men have made decisions concerning women's bodies men have any decisions about our families

And you know it when we talk about political parody and political representation

What that truly means is that we need to be able to send people from a variety of different backgrounds to truly represent

to representatives in congress and so as an unrecognized refugee as a formerly undocumented child that fled war

As somebody that grew up in the inner city

on the bad side of Town

and who's family is resilient and strong and

Compassionate and really has created

And lived the American dream. Now more than ever we need to fight to protect that and so I'm running because not only

Is it a response to the new administration

But I'm running because I believe that we need to protect the very values that this country is founded on

And so when we say that we the people

in order to form a more perfect union

Must come together that is what needs to happen at this moment and this country is by no means and in any way done

It is up to us to continue to move it and guide it in the direction

That we feel it needs to go to be a country of what can be and what should be

And not a country of fear and Misogyny and racism and oppression

yeah, and when we talk about

talk about fear and talk about you know a lot of these issues

Like the ban and the immigration conversations we're having right now a lot of times

They're the conversations that are had at tables that are not diverse

You know if you're if you're at that table, you're one bringing a unique voice

but how do you know how do you intend to bring more people along with you and make sure that you know you're

being a voice for

Marginalized people and and I say that with the caveat that shouldn't be your sole responsibility

There should be more people at those tables. Right, so, the difference between

Being a politician and being a public servant in many ways is that

You come at it from a very different perspective, so a public servant asks the questions

What can I do to help? What can I do serve? How do I bring people together? How do I bring coalition? How do I

Understand intersectionality in a way that impacts all people not only in my city in my state

But throughout the country and as a member of congress, it is our responsibility to ensure that all people across this great nation have

the right to live their lives the way that they meant to

Live them and have access and have equity and have resources and have their civil rights respected. And if they want to

Marry who they want to marry, they should be able to. If they want to go to college

They should be afforded the resources and opportunities. If they want to open up a small business, they should be able to and so right now

Now more than ever it is about organizing

Mobilizing and ensuring that we continue this movement that we're feeling across the country whether it's for women's rights or

Lgbt rights or black lives matter or the fight for water resources like we're seeing with Mni Wiconi

At Standing Rock, like these are all things that impact people across the country and we need to understand what happened in North Dakota

Impacts California

And what happens in Texas impacts Florida

What happens in New York impacts Wyoming, like we are all connected and we can no longer live in our little silos

this is a country made of people from all over the world and that is what Makes America unique and beautiful

You know ensure that no one is denied access based on where they come from or what religion

They choose to practice

I mean just from getting to talk with you today, you're tough, like I know you can run

For office. What's one thing

That's been different than you expected

you know in your in running for office?

They say that when you choose to run for office you will find out who your friends are

And that is very true, the people that show up for you the people that you don't expect show up for you

And and that's been an incredible learning curve. I think women and women of color oftentimes don't have the resources to

Fundraise so if you're you know from a community you grew up there you live there your whole life like I have

You know and and don't have big

Funders, or like big deep pockets that will fund your campaign you build a

Grassroots coalition of people of hundreds of hundreds of people that support you

But you have to be competitive

And in order for you to do that you have to break outside the mold and stop thinking about

When you're fundraising for money for your campaign that is not money for yourself

It is money for a vision of what you want this country to be like, so people are

Investing in a campaign because they're investing in America, and the sooner you start putting your mentality on that

then I think the more successful you can become but you have to break out of the mold and

Stop being shy about asking for money

So I'm not shy so go to my website votewendycarrillo.com

There is a little red button because donate click make a donation, no donation is too small

but it is about the vision and

Ideas of what we want what we want this country to be you have to believe in the value

Yeah, and speaking of vision. We have one thing we always like to ask people

What is your vision for what the united state women looks like? You know, like what do you think about

What you want the lives of women to be like in 20, 30, 40 years?

You know I grew up in a very

Disenfranchised community and I didn't always have access to healthcare

So in high school, Planned Parenthood played a big role for me to learn about what it what it meant to have a breast exam

And you know just personal women's health and reproductive health

And so I would like to be in a place in forty years from now where that is no longer a question

Where all rights as women, where our health and our bodies our responsibilities that we take very seriously and that no man

In any position of congress has the right to tell us what we can and should do with our bodies, and I think most importantly

Women it's not just...for women we talk about breaking the glass ceiling, sometimes for women of color

It's breaking a concrete ceiling like there is no glass so it's harder and so together we can push

And so

But it takes a village like I can't do it alone and even if I were to get elected like it doesn't stop with becoming

A public servant or representing a community like we need to keep pushing

So we need to push our members of congress. We need to push the women in congress to truly like represent

And we need to push the men to advocate for women's rights, and so if elected or whoever is elected

In your city where you're watching this

continue to push and advocate and support the women who are running for office. That's amazing. Thank you so much for joining us today

Thank you, and thank you for watching this short video and get engaged. Don't sit on the sideline

Democracy is not a spectator sport

It's about getting involved in getting getting deep in it so yeah, enjoy it. Thank you so much, Wendy. Thanks

Five Key Things to look for during a Property Inspection - Buyers Agent Tips Bryce Holdaway - Duration: 8:34.

Have you ever inspected a property on a Saturday?

You arrive at the property, you get out of the car, you shake the agent's hand, you leave

your details as you go for a wander through, and you get back in the car.

And then later that day, you try and recall some of the things you remember about that

property, and you go totally blank.

If so, you are not alone because people do this all over this country, every weekend.

It's large because you go into these properties with a bit of an emotional journey throughout,

but it's proudly that if we are going to part with a lot of money to buy this real estate,

we need to have a bit of a method or framework that we go through.

As a buyer's agent who sees scores and scores of property on a monthly basis, for me to

differentiate it and to remember on behalf of a client, it's important that I have that

sort of mental checklist that we go through.

The first one is all about location.

And a lot of this homework can be done in advance because there's so much really good

information that you can get on the internet.

You can go to Google Earth to check things out, just to make sure you have a good understanding

of the particular location that you're going to look at but nothing actually beats driving

around yourself and having a bit of a look.

Because you want to observe the people.

You want to observe the types of cars people drive because it gives you a hint as to the

demographic of the area.

You want to observe the smells in the area because if it's too offensive people won't

want to be there as it might be an indication that there might be a factory that's upwind

that's bringing it down.

So there's nothing that actually does replace that sort of, looking around the suburb yourself.

I encourage you to drive around beforehand.

But I also encourage you to go at different times of the day because typically you're

looking on a Saturday morning when everyone's home.

Everyone's home from school, home from work, but you do want to check it out during peak

hour, and you also want to check it out during kids' school pick-ups and drop-offs just to

see if your street becomes a cut through or a bit of a thoroughfare.

It's important to not just check it out on a Saturday morning.

And equally, you need to have some familiarity of where the schools and all of the lifestyle

drivers are if you are coming to that area.

Where am I going to get my latte?

Where am I going to get my smashed avocado on gluten free toast?

Where are the cafes that I'm going to spend my time when I am not working?

But also, when I do go to work, how am I going to get there?

Do I go by public transport, can I get to the train easy?

Or do I need to catch a bus?

Or perhaps I need to catch a tram to get to the train station?

All of these things are really important considerations.

So when it comes to location, some of it can be done in advance.

But it doesn't mean that you can't not do that when you get there.

The second thing that I do when I get out of the car is looking at the street appeal.

I would actually stand back from the property, just have a look, and get some context from

that property compared to the others.

Am I looking at a brick house when everything else is weatherboard?

Or am I looking at a weatherboard when everything else is brick?

I really want to get an understanding of what is up and down the street so I can get an

idea of where this one that I am looking at fits into the overall picture of the suburb.

And equally, I want to know is there any street appeal at all?

Do I look at this property that stands proudly in the street or is it on the low side of

the street so you have to look in?

Or you are at the high end of the street and you have to look up?

Or is it just on the flat?

So, there's lots and lots of things that you are trying to get a handle on in a short amount

of time.

What about the roof?

Is it a terracotta roof where everything else is colour bond or vice versa.

So getting that context is really, really important.

But the other thing to keep in mind.

is if you're planning on buying something and doing some renovations and some extensions

to, have a look and see if any of the neighbours have actually done it before you.

Are you looking at a property next to someone who's put an extension up?

And someone else down the street?

Which will give you a bit of an indication that the council is sympathetic to that type

of thing.

Or you're looking at a property where no one has got a second story addition, and you're

going to be a pioneer.

Because then, you're going to need to make sure the council will allow you to do that.

And the other thing that I think is important is, don't be afraid to knock on doors of the

neighbours on either side of the open for inspection.

Because you'd be surprised as to how much information you can get from spending that

10 or 15 minutes talking to the neighbours.

You might find out that the reason they're selling is because down the road they're building

50 apartments that are suddenly going to increase density, and there won't be any parking on

your street.

Or equally, you might find out that, that neighbour next door is actually planning on

putting that extension on and you are on the wrong side and you are going to get some shadowing

that will come into it.

So if you're going to spend half a million, a million, a million and a half on some real

estate, invest that 10 or 15 minutes talking to the neighbours, I can tell you from experience,

I've got some of my best in-tell in buying real estate from doing that very thing.

So the other thing that we need to be thinking about is the construction of the particular

property because a lot of modern buildings around a concrete slab and then they put the

frame up on the roof.

But back in the old days, the properties that were built brick footings, timber floors,

the timber construction and so we need to be thinking about stumping.

Whether there is any subsidence and the other thing that we need to always be conscious

of is, older properties require more maintenance.

And that is something that we need to share the plan for.

But the beauty of the older properties are that they've got that period charm.

So if you do go the effort and your budget allows to restore them back to their original

form, they can come up absolutely stunning and from a capital growth perspective, they

can pay a very, very handsome dividend.

The next thing you want to do is to pay attention as you're walking through the property, checking

out things like the floors and the walls and the quality of the paint, the roofing, all

those sorts of things that you don't often think about until later.

At the second inspections, a lot of people would go into the property and go, "I didn't

actually realise that was there", and that happened because they weren't actually paying

attention.

So you want to have a look at the appliances, are they older appliances, are they in good

working order, or do they look like they've been replaced quite recently?

Importantly, depending on which climate you're in, does it have the right heating?

Does it have the right cooling?

And how old are those things?

Are they likely to need more maintenance or are they likely to be something that's been

put in more recently and won't need much maintenance at all?

Have a look at the fixtures and fittings.

What is the quality of those things?

Will they need to be replaced?

Or are they fine as they are?

And quite often you could comment on the fact that it's really light and bright in a property,

but not pay any attention to the fact that there are no window furnishings whatsoever.

So when you move in, you're going to have to go and get those things in place which

is an additional cost.

Don't be afraid to walk out the back and look at the quality of the fence.

But also, have a little peer over the fence and see who your neighbours are because you

don't know who's lurking over that back fence.

It is important to know who you're about to get into bed with because you will be spending

a bit of time in close proximity to your neighbours.

Then the last thing I do is what I like to call the 'Forgotten' category.

Because, no one really thinks about the plumbing, or the electrical, or the roof or the subfloor.

Is there any water damage?

Those sorts of things.

So a little tip is to go and find where the shower is, and have a look at the wall behind

the shower.

See if there are any leaking through the grout, it might need some maintenance or high moisture

readings as well.

I always suggest that people get a building inspection done.

Absolutely.

But you have to spend some money on it, so it makes sense for you to go and check these

things out beforehand to give yourself a bit of an idea.

Is the electrical board one of the new modern ones, or is it one of the old and sort of

dated ones as well which would indicate the wiring hasn't been done.

There's a lot that you can do in the inspection, but the point is very simple.

You've only got a 30-minute window for these open-for-inspections, and so, therefore, you've

got to use your time very, very wisely.

So that's what a Buyers Agent does.

As a Buyer's Agent who is trained to look at all of these things on behalf of the client

that they are buying for because they have been through so many properties that these

things become commonplace.

But for those people who aren't going on a regular basis, it's really important to consider

all of those things when they are looking to do a property inspection.
