ENERGY UPDATE – Grief Being Released & EMPATHS - Duration: 3:58.

ENERGY UPDATE Grief Being Released & EMPATHS.

by Anastacia,

Grief is coming up for re-release with many, no matter how much we have grieved and released

in the past.

Re-feel, breathe and release these remnants of the oldthat we were not aware we were

suppressing.

Or that has finally arisen that one was not able to feel (completely) to release previously

We are upgrading our light bodies and as we do so, we are needing to shed, release and

burn off the old dross or remnants.

Picture yourself in an egg that has darkened from carrying so much of the older energies

and then see a fine crack at the top-centerbreaking down to the middle.

And then see/imagine yourself removing that shell with all that darker older energy from

around you.

See yourself step out of or remove this energy and push it up up up and release this to the

Divine and asked that this be healed

Then see yourself bathed in Pure Golden Christ energy.

As we have so much of the old energy that we have transmuted that has collected

in the astrals (and around us in general) not only of our own energy but that of

others that we may have not realized we collected along the way.

Until we learn that we are not longer responsible or able to carry or transmute

for others who are not feeling what is going on for themselves.

EMPATHS

Empaths, it is imperative for ones survival that we realize that we are unable to or are

to no longer carry others!

To take the burden off others, in just being our deeply feeling and loving selves.

This is at first a bit foreign to us as we love to love deeply and come from unconditional

love.

It has taken us a while to realize that not all feel so deeply and lovingly as we do.

This is different to when we share with another empath that comes from unconditional

love, as we lovingly share and exchange unconditional love.

That allows BOTH to benefit from an exchange of energy.

Our energy is liquid GOLD and we need to choose very carefully as to who we share our liquid

gold with.

As we are the Teacher, Guide and the Student.

As we are constantly learning, changing and growing all the time.

So keep coming from unconditional love, being all and who you are.

Starting with YOURSELF.

Know I love you and am right here with you and have been so for a very long time.

We may be awake but are we awake in Spirit and the Human?

As the two need to be combined, linked, joineda coming back together of our Spirit and our

Soul through Pure Divine White light and through our Emotions.

To allow our full ascension.

To regain our wings to fly and in this being balanced and grounded.

This is new to us.

This is something we came here to learn and experience.

To be the amazing souls we are in spirit and in the flesh.

And this is an honor and I am proud to be here with you all.

Much Unconditional Love, Truth

and Honesty

Family Planning is Future Planning - Duration: 2:09.

When I got into this

contraceptives work, it definitely wasn't

something I had planned to do.

When I'd be out talking to women

in the developing world

and I'd be there to talk about

vaccines, but they would bring it up.

And they'd say to me, "Don't you see,

if I could choose when I have my next child,

it would be more fair to these children."

We take it so for granted in the United States.

We use these contraceptives,

and it's what has allowed me to plan

the number of children I would like to have,

and to work.

And yet we're not allowing these women to have them?

Simply because we've become afraid.

We've become afraid as a world

of talking about what we need.

We can't take our fear

and then not serve women

what they actually need and want

to keep themselves and their children alive.

That just doesn't make sense.

This is Sadi Seyni, and I met her in Niger.

And I was talking with her about contraceptives.

She finally said to me, "Why do I have to walk

almost 10 miles -- for her, it was kilometers --

10 miles, to get my contraceptive tool?

And then sometimes it's not there."

Sadi is one of the people I carry in my heart

because that question of, "Why?"

Why not?

This is Mary, who I met in a Korogocho slum

with her three children.

And she'd started this backpack business.

What she said to me is, "Life is hard here.

Yet when I can do this

when I can make these backpacks and sell them,

things get better for me and my kids."

Her ability to use contraceptives

means that if she doesn't choose

to have any more children,

which she was seriously contemplating not,

she can sew and do what she wants,

and she and her kids can go to market,

and she can sell more backpacks,

which means more economic opportunity for her.

Margaret Bolaji said something to me

that I've never even thought of.

She said, "You know, you all call this

family planning."

And she said, "Yes, we're planning

our families, but it's really about

planning our futures.

That if we can plan our futures

we can plan for them, and know when

we will have children.

Then we can make decisions about our lives."

And I thought, "Wow, she really nailed it."

Five Key Things to look for during a Property Inspection - Buyers Agent Tips Bryce Holdaway - Duration: 8:34.

Have you ever inspected a property on a Saturday?

You arrive at the property, you get out of the car, you shake the agent's hand, you leave

your details as you go for a wander through, and you get back in the car.

And then later that day, you try and recall some of the things you remember about that

property, and you go totally blank.

If so, you are not alone because people do this all over this country, every weekend.

It's large because you go into these properties with a bit of an emotional journey throughout,

but it's proudly that if we are going to part with a lot of money to buy this real estate,

we need to have a bit of a method or framework that we go through.

As a buyer's agent who sees scores and scores of property on a monthly basis, for me to

differentiate it and to remember on behalf of a client, it's important that I have that

sort of mental checklist that we go through.

The first one is all about location.

And a lot of this homework can be done in advance because there's so much really good

information that you can get on the internet.

You can go to Google Earth to check things out, just to make sure you have a good understanding

of the particular location that you're going to look at but nothing actually beats driving

around yourself and having a bit of a look.

Because you want to observe the people.

You want to observe the types of cars people drive because it gives you a hint as to the

demographic of the area.

You want to observe the smells in the area because if it's too offensive people won't

want to be there as it might be an indication that there might be a factory that's upwind

that's bringing it down.

So there's nothing that actually does replace that sort of, looking around the suburb yourself.

I encourage you to drive around beforehand.

But I also encourage you to go at different times of the day because typically you're

looking on a Saturday morning when everyone's home.

Everyone's home from school, home from work, but you do want to check it out during peak

hour, and you also want to check it out during kids' school pick-ups and drop-offs just to

see if your street becomes a cut through or a bit of a thoroughfare.

It's important to not just check it out on a Saturday morning.

And equally, you need to have some familiarity of where the schools and all of the lifestyle

drivers are if you are coming to that area.

Where am I going to get my latte?

Where am I going to get my smashed avocado on gluten free toast?

Where are the cafes that I'm going to spend my time when I am not working?

But also, when I do go to work, how am I going to get there?

Do I go by public transport, can I get to the train easy?

Or do I need to catch a bus?

Or perhaps I need to catch a tram to get to the train station?

All of these things are really important considerations.

So when it comes to location, some of it can be done in advance.

But it doesn't mean that you can't not do that when you get there.

The second thing that I do when I get out of the car is looking at the street appeal.

I would actually stand back from the property, just have a look, and get some context from

that property compared to the others.

Am I looking at a brick house when everything else is weatherboard?

Or am I looking at a weatherboard when everything else is brick?

I really want to get an understanding of what is up and down the street so I can get an

idea of where this one that I am looking at fits into the overall picture of the suburb.

And equally, I want to know is there any street appeal at all?

Do I look at this property that stands proudly in the street or is it on the low side of

the street so you have to look in?

Or you are at the high end of the street and you have to look up?

Or is it just on the flat?

So, there's lots and lots of things that you are trying to get a handle on in a short amount

of time.

What about the roof?

Is it a terracotta roof where everything else is colour bond or vice versa.

So getting that context is really, really important.

But the other thing to keep in mind.

is if you're planning on buying something and doing some renovations and some extensions

to, have a look and see if any of the neighbours have actually done it before you.

Are you looking at a property next to someone who's put an extension up?

And someone else down the street?

Which will give you a bit of an indication that the council is sympathetic to that type

of thing.

Or you're looking at a property where no one has got a second story addition, and you're

going to be a pioneer.

Because then, you're going to need to make sure the council will allow you to do that.

And the other thing that I think is important is, don't be afraid to knock on doors of the

neighbours on either side of the open for inspection.

Because you'd be surprised as to how much information you can get from spending that

10 or 15 minutes talking to the neighbours.

You might find out that the reason they're selling is because down the road they're building

50 apartments that are suddenly going to increase density, and there won't be any parking on

your street.

Or equally, you might find out that, that neighbour next door is actually planning on

putting that extension on and you are on the wrong side and you are going to get some shadowing

that will come into it.

So if you're going to spend half a million, a million, a million and a half on some real

estate, invest that 10 or 15 minutes talking to the neighbours, I can tell you from experience,

I've got some of my best in-tell in buying real estate from doing that very thing.

So the other thing that we need to be thinking about is the construction of the particular

property because a lot of modern buildings around a concrete slab and then they put the

frame up on the roof.

But back in the old days, the properties that were built brick footings, timber floors,

the timber construction and so we need to be thinking about stumping.

Whether there is any subsidence and the other thing that we need to always be conscious

of is, older properties require more maintenance.

And that is something that we need to share the plan for.

But the beauty of the older properties are that they've got that period charm.

So if you do go the effort and your budget allows to restore them back to their original

form, they can come up absolutely stunning and from a capital growth perspective, they

can pay a very, very handsome dividend.

The next thing you want to do is to pay attention as you're walking through the property, checking

out things like the floors and the walls and the quality of the paint, the roofing, all

those sorts of things that you don't often think about until later.

At the second inspections, a lot of people would go into the property and go, "I didn't

actually realise that was there", and that happened because they weren't actually paying

attention.

So you want to have a look at the appliances, are they older appliances, are they in good

working order, or do they look like they've been replaced quite recently?

Importantly, depending on which climate you're in, does it have the right heating?

Does it have the right cooling?

And how old are those things?

Are they likely to need more maintenance or are they likely to be something that's been

put in more recently and won't need much maintenance at all?

Have a look at the fixtures and fittings.

What is the quality of those things?

Will they need to be replaced?

Or are they fine as they are?

And quite often you could comment on the fact that it's really light and bright in a property,

but not pay any attention to the fact that there are no window furnishings whatsoever.

So when you move in, you're going to have to go and get those things in place which

is an additional cost.

Don't be afraid to walk out the back and look at the quality of the fence.

But also, have a little peer over the fence and see who your neighbours are because you

don't know who's lurking over that back fence.

It is important to know who you're about to get into bed with because you will be spending

a bit of time in close proximity to your neighbours.

Then the last thing I do is what I like to call the 'Forgotten' category.

Because, no one really thinks about the plumbing, or the electrical, or the roof or the subfloor.

Is there any water damage?

Those sorts of things.

So a little tip is to go and find where the shower is, and have a look at the wall behind

the shower.

See if there are any leaking through the grout, it might need some maintenance or high moisture

readings as well.

I always suggest that people get a building inspection done.

Absolutely.

But you have to spend some money on it, so it makes sense for you to go and check these

things out beforehand to give yourself a bit of an idea.

Is the electrical board one of the new modern ones, or is it one of the old and sort of

dated ones as well which would indicate the wiring hasn't been done.

There's a lot that you can do in the inspection, but the point is very simple.

You've only got a 30-minute window for these open-for-inspections, and so, therefore, you've

got to use your time very, very wisely.

So that's what a Buyers Agent does.

As a Buyer's Agent who is trained to look at all of these things on behalf of the client

that they are buying for because they have been through so many properties that these

things become commonplace.

But for those people who aren't going on a regular basis, it's really important to consider

all of those things when they are looking to do a property inspection.

How to Create Exceptional Content - Duration: 6:04.

Hi Kimberly Thibodeaux here and today I

want to talk to you about creating

exceptional content. Becoming a great

writer doesn't happen overnight

sometimes it doesn't happen at all, but

there are steps you can take now to

improve your content little by little.

The truth is if you're not moving

forward

you're falling backward. You need to

write something everyday and create

these daily habits and you'll be amazed

at how much you have improved. So, Step

Number One--Read at least one marketing

article. I don't have to tell you how much

information is out there with regard to

marketing. Those articles are helpful and

informative ,but that's not the only

reason to read them.

These articles are actually content

marketing targeting marketers. Marketers

already know all the tricks, so you know

these posts are written with top-notch

quality. Step Number Two--Read an article

about anything else.

It's easy to get stuck in your little

arena of marketing. After a while,

everything you write kind of starts to

sound like it's being written by a

marketer. Different content exposes you

to different voices. There are so many

unique voices out there for you to learn

from. All of this input keep your writing

flexible and it helps you create your

own voice.

Step Number Three--What is your audience

sharing? Check out sites like Buzz Sumo

for trending content for your topic.

Check out the most watched videos on

youtube or even slideshare to see what

is resonating with your audience. You

will discover what topics are most

valuable to your audience and to see how

others have addressed them. You might

even figure out a better way to write

for your audience. Use your creativity. So

Step Number Four--Do a free writing

exercise.

Ah the dreaded blank page....A free writing

exercise gets your brain into content

creation mode while keeping the stakes

low. Free writing really gets your creative

juices flowing and even creates new

pathways for your thoughts to reveal

themselves.

This will help you in everything you

write afterwards.

Step Number Five--Watch a viral video. Now

watching viral videos is not a waste of

time.

Just don't get sucked down that rabbit

hole and find yourself still watching

hours later--easy to do--

watching those videos will help keep you

in touch with what's happening and

what's happening new and now and you'll

see the length and breadth of humanity

That's a given. Viral goes viral for a

reason.

Watch it to discover swipeable ideas to

make your own content fresh, exciting and

interesting.

Step Number Six--Change your routine. Now

I realize this flies in the face of a

lot of common knowledge out there, but if

you stick with your routine, you might

find that your writing is becoming stuck

and still. Change it up and see what

happens.

You might find another favorite spot to

write or a different time of day when

you feel the ideas coming much more

easily. If you write inside go outside--

move to a different part of the house--

shake yourself up a bit.

Step Number Seven--Drink more water.most

Office building and even some homes

have very dry stale air. Get a refillable

water bottle and keep it with you at all

times. A lot of fatigue, headaches and

fuzzy-headed feelings are often the

result of dehydration. Drinking water

helps keep you sharp more focused and, of

course, is better for your overall health.

And while you're at it.

speaking of health, get up and stretch

every now and then. Invest in a fitness

moniter to remind you to move around

every hour or so. You'll improve your

writing and your fitness. Step Number Eight--

Take a mindful break. I have found

personally that I get my best ideas when

I'm riding on the back of my husband's

motorcycle with nothing to do and nowhere

to be. My mind just automatically frees

itself and suddenly I have lots of ideas

and nothing to write with!

S,o just start stepping stepping away

from the computer, the phone, the TV, have

nothing to distract you and just.......be.

You'll be surprised at what happens--I

was. So you might be asking, what's the

reasoning behind wanting to create good

content?

Well

first of all it's not just for blogging

anymore. You can take one piece of good

content and spread it around--make a

video for youtube--shorten the info for

Instagram--make a SlideShare presentation.

It's only limited by your imagination.

So, one of my motivations for creating

good content is to share value, as well

as to share a fantastic opportunity that I

have the privilege of being a part of.

I'm a partner in one of the greatest

online marketing ventures I've ever seen.

It's a business that has been created by

one of the most ethical, smartest and

most successful entrepreneurs in our

industry, and you can be a part of it, too.

You don't have to know all the technical

mumbo-jumbo because

that's all done for you and it has

already some of the highest converting

million dollar funnels on the internet.

If you'd like to know more,

I've included the link to a free video

where you can meet my mentor and now

partner Dean holland and some of the other

partners who have had great success

using this very same system. I've also

included a link to another free web

class where I teach you that two things

you must know to be a success in the

online field. I'd love to share it with

you, so just click on the link in the

comments below. Also, if you learned

something from this video, please share

it and like it and subscribe so please

subscribe to my channel I'm here often

with education, motivation and sometimes

just some fun.

So until next time I'm wishing you

Love, Light and Abundance, I'm Kimberly

The Lord is Your Help - Duration: 0:54.

This is where it starts.

Because self help, counseling as good as it is, can only do so much, bettering your life.

Nothing…

Nothing can restore you to a right relationship with God, which is the help you need.

Nothing can do that outside of trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ.

So for you, you lift your eyes to the hills.

See the sacrifice of Christ.

Put your faith and trust there and the Bible promises that when He does this -- this is

the story for all the Christians in the room -- His Holy Spirit comes in and lives in us.

Watch this: He is our keeper forever: never leaves, never lets us go, always watches over

us, always protects us.

Lift your eyes to the hills.
