If you are a vegetarian, the first thing which you have to do is
You have to do Pranayama but how to do that
Wake up in the morning or whenever you get to time to do pranayama, do it by sitting under sunlight.
Sit bare clothes at least for 45 mins in the sunlight .
Do Kapal Bhati for 15 mins & do Anuloma-Viloma pranayama for 15 mins.
And the remaining 15 mins, do meditation and bhrastika, Ujjai & Bhramari pranayama.
If you are able to sit for 45 mins under sunlight
This will help you to suffice the deficiency of Vitamin D
Do this remedy for 2 months and get your test done.
You'll notice that the deficiency of Vitamin D or its level will be raised to an extent.
Food- You can use any dairy product
This will help you a lot to suffice the deficiency of Vitamin D.
Eat Curd along with other breakfast as its full of vitamin D
Also drink at least 1 glass of milk as it also gives much relief in the deficiency of Vitamin D
Soya Milk is also a good source of Vitamin D
Once in a day you can drink a glass of soya milk and now a days
Packed soya milk is easily available. although you can make it at home.

Consume Soya Milk as this way your deficiency of Vitamin D will be suffice.
You can use Cottage Cheese as its very tasty and a rich dish for the vegetarians.
If you'll consume cottage cheese daily even in little quantity then too there will be no deficiency of Vitamin D.
Use Mushroom it not only provides Vitamin D but also provides Vitamin B, Copper.
Which is very good for your body.
So if you have deficiency of Vitamin D and if you are an vegetarian.
Then make mushroom daily in little quantity
You can make mushroom in various dishes like: Soup, Veggie,. so you can make it as per your liking.
If you'll regularly use this, there will be no deficiency of Vitamin D in your body.
Soya Paneer means Tofu, you can use this. You can make its dish the way you cottage cheese.
Use Mushroom and Tofu on alternate day
If you'll use these ingredients alternatively on regular basis then even being vegetarian

That you have to sit bare clothes under sunlight for 45 mins.
