If you are a vegetarian, the first thing which you have to do is
You have to do Pranayama but how to do that
Wake up in the morning or whenever you get to time to do pranayama, do it by sitting under sunlight.
Sit bare clothes at least for 45 mins in the sunlight .
Do Kapal Bhati for 15 mins & do Anuloma-Viloma pranayama for 15 mins.
And the remaining 15 mins, do meditation and bhrastika, Ujjai & Bhramari pranayama.
If you are able to sit for 45 mins under sunlight
This will help you to suffice the deficiency of Vitamin D
Do this remedy for 2 months and get your test done.
You'll notice that the deficiency of Vitamin D or its level will be raised to an extent.
Food- You can use any dairy product
This will help you a lot to suffice the deficiency of Vitamin D.
Eat Curd along with other breakfast as its full of vitamin D
Also drink at least 1 glass of milk as it also gives much relief in the deficiency of Vitamin D
Soya Milk is also a good source of Vitamin D
Once in a day you can drink a glass of soya milk and now a days
Packed soya milk is easily available. although you can make it at home.

You can use Cottage Cheese as its very tasty and a rich dish for the vegetarians.

Use Mushroom it not only provides Vitamin D but also provides Vitamin B, Copper.

Today I made this Tsum tsum earphone holder.
Super cute and fun to make.
So let's get started.
First you need a Kinder Surprise Egg.
Let's open it up!

We will be using this container inside.
I will be using epoxy putty.
I bought this at a dollar store.
Epoxy putty will harden in just few min.
It's really easy to use.
Cut off a little, and start molding.
This container has a dent in the middle.
Cover it up with epoxy.
Spread it out with your fingers.
Do the same thing for the other side.
Make 4 small circles for the hands and feet.
Make a small circle for the ear.
Do the same for the other ear.
Let it dry for an hour.
Sand it to make it smooth if necessary.
Let's color it.
You can use any acrylic paint.
Paint it all over.
Paint the other side.
Layer it up if it's a little sheer.
Next you need red paint and a flat brush.
You can paint it easily like so.
Paint it very carefully.
Now you need some brown paint and a small brush.
Let's draw his face!
Have a picture of Pooh in front of you for inspiration.
Let it dry for a few hours.
Finally finish it up with varnish.
Paint it all over.
Now let it rest for a few hours.

Today I'm going to share some natural face packs, which will make you get rid of pigmentation.
Let me share the reason of pigmentation, excess exposure to sunlight
Growth of the Cells of millennium goes high on our facial skin, thus result to dark patches.
And that's called pigmentation.
But need not to worry, as in today I've come with the solution of your problem.
So let's move on towards the process of our natural face pack.
For this 1 face pack we need 1 tsp Sandalwood Powder, 1 tsp Grated Tomato & 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Mix all the ingredients and apply this on your problem area.
Let it dry and then wash it off with normal water.
follow this remedy for 3-4 times in a week & within one month you'll see its results
So let's move on towards the process of our second natural face pack.
We need Orange Peel, Raw Milk & 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Put all these ingredients into mixer and grind them into a fine paste & apply this on your face.
Once its dry then wash it off with normal water.
Use this face pack for 3-4 times in a week & get rid of the problem of pigmentation.
So let's move on towards the process of our next natural face pack.
Grate a potato,apply on your affected area and rub it for 5-10 mins.
Wash it off with normal water.
follow this remedy daily & within one month you'll be 90 % relived from the problem of pigmentation.
So let's move on towards the process of an another face pack.
For this you need 4 tsp Curd, 1 Tsp Potato Juice, 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice, & 2 tbsp Oatmeal.
Grind all the ingredients into mixer and make a scrub out of it.
Apply a thick layer of this scrub on your problem area.
Leave it for 2 mins & then massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins.
then back again apply the pack on your face
Once its dry wash it off with normal water
follow this remedy 3-4 times & within one month you'll be 95 % relived from the problem of pigmentation.
So these were my easy and effective home remedies.
