to start a WordPress blog on Bluehost step by step.

Starting a blog on Bluehost has never been easier than it is today.

In fact, starting a blog with Bluehost takes less than 10 minutes.

In this how to start a WordPress blog on Bluehost video tutorial, we will be going over how

to start a WordPress blog on Bluehost step by step.

In this tutorial I'll be covering selecting the best Bluehost plan for your blog, registering

a domain name on Bluehost that you will get completely free.

I'll be covering Bluehost's hosting service.

I'll be covering how to setup your WordPress blog on Bluehost, along with providing you

with some awesome resources that are great for bloggers.

How To Start A WordPress Blog On Bluehost in 2018 - Step-by-Step Video Tutorial

To get started, you'll be on Bluehosts home page.

You want to click the green get started button.

You will see you can then choose from three different plans.

The basic plan, plus plan, and prime plan.

You will see the basic plan you can get hosting for as low as $3.95 a month and for the plus

and prime plan you can get hosting for as low as $5.95 a month.

The basic plan works fine for almost everyone especially when you are first starting out

and starting a blog on Bluehost.

You can always upgrade to a different plan anytime you would like too.

If you are going to have more than one blog from the get-go then, you want to choose the

plus plan as you can have unlimited sites with this plan.

Once you decide which plan you would like, just hit the green select button to move on

to the next step in starting your WordPress blog.

Once you click the green select button, you will be directed to a sign up now page where

you want to enter the domain name that you want for your blog where it says new domain.

You'll see the .com next to it with some arrows.

You can click on that area to pick your domain extension.

As I mentioned before I highly recommend you go with a .com, .net, or .org as these are

most common.

If you already have a domain name that you purchased from another provider, you would

just enter that domain name where it says I have a domain name.

Remember you get a free domain name discount though!

Once you do that, hit the next button to continue in starting your blog on Bluehost.

You will now be on a create your account page where you want to input your account information

like your name, address, email address, etc.

See below screenshot.

Once you fill out your account information, you want to move on to the package information

section right under.

You will see Account Plan first.

Click that, and you will see you can choose 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, and 60 months.

You will see the further out you purchase your hosting for the cheaper your monthly

cost will be.

Choose how many months you want to purchase your hosting for.

You will see the setup fee, and primary domain registration fee is free.

Next, you will see a few additional services to add to your hosting plan.

You can go ahead and unselect all of these as these are not necessary, and there are

free alternatives that work just as well.

The domain privacy protection option I would consider though.

This makes your personal information private like your address, phone number, and email

address.

That information will be replaced with Bluehost's information.

The primary domain registration protects you from telemarketers getting a hold of your

phone number or email and bother you trying to sell you stuff related to what you do.

I would consider that option.

You can always add this option or any of them at a later date if you decide you want one

of the selections.

At the bottom, you will see your savings that you are saving by using our exclusive Bluehost

link and then the total cost of the hosting for your blog.

Scroll down to the next part of the page which is where you will enter your payment information.

Once you get your payment information entered select the, I have read and agreed to Bluehost's

Terms of Service, etc.

Click the green submit button.

Bluehost will now email you your Bluehost login credentials along with some welcome

emails.

One of the welcome emails you will need to activate the domain name that you got.

If you already have your domain name or purchased it via another domain provider then don't

worry about this step.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be asked to create your password for

Bluehost.

Click the create your password button and you will be directed to a page where you will

create your WordPress password for your blog.

Be sure to select the I have read and agreed to Bluehost's Terms and Conditions, etc.

Once you have successfully created your password a congratulations screen will pop up.

Click the blue login button to log in to Bluehost so you can choose a free WordPress theme for

your blog.

Bluehost gives you the option to pick a free WordPress theme.

They have lots

of great options to choose from.

Once you choose your WordPress theme you will be taken to a page that says your all set,

start building.

Click on the start building button to continue to the WordPress dashboard to

start your WordPress blog on Bluehost.

You will now be directed to the WordPress dashboard.

Answer the questions it asks or you can click the option saying you don't need any help.

You will now see some Bluehost tools on the WordPress dashboard

that are very helpful when you are starting your WordPress blog on Bluehost.

You can easily add new posts, pages, customize the navigation menu, and install Woocommerce

if you plan on selling products on your WordPress blog on Bluehost.

You will see a button that says launch your blog.

See screenshot above.

Click the button and you will be able to name your blog site title and your blog site description.

When you log in to your Bluehost Cpanel you will easily be able to navigate around.

You can login to WordPress right from the Bluehost Cpanel.

You can easily access your billing, account information, etc.

Now I want to cover some helpful resources that are really helpful for blogging.

you can purchase that makes your site look professional and makes it easy to design and

get your site looking how you want it too.

This is the highest that a K-pop album has ever reached on the year-end chart, breaking the record set by their album "Wings" which came in at No.

Last year, The Heart Project brought the Magic of Christmas to 30 sick kids in one hospital

This year we went Australia-Wide

Killer whales fight great white sharks for ocean supremacy

Off the coast of South Africa, just below the ocean's surface, an epic battle is underway as killer whales hunt and kill the world's most iconic predator, the great white shark.

The phenomenon began in early May when scientists at the shark cage diving company Marine Dynamics spotted a pair of killer whales cruising along the southwestern coast of South Africa. Days later, great white shark carcasses began washing up in their wake.

"From a scientific perspective in South Africa, it's absolutely unprecedented," said Alison Towner, white shark biologist at the Dyer Island Conservation Trust in Gansbaai, South Africa.

The five great white sharks that washed up on the beach ranged from 9 to 16 feet and all had a large tear below one of their pectoral fins.

Most notably, all the sharks were missing their entire livers, which were removed with almost surgical precision. According to the scientists performing the autopsies, these injuries are a clear sign of orca predation.

"I've seen some incredible things working with the Dyer Island Conservation Trust, but one thing I never ever expected to see was predation pressure from killer whales," Towner said. "We had never even seen an orca here prior to 2011.".

So, how exactly does an orca hunt a great white?. One theory is that the orca shuts down all communication, sneaks up and stuns the shark by slapping it with its massive, powerful, tail.

Then it flips the shark on its back, causing momentary paralysis, and pushes the shark through the water until it suffocates.

The orca finishes its attack by carefully tearing open a hole in the shark to remove the liver, the largest and most nutrient-rich organ.

While only a handful of great white sharks washed up on the beaches, experts believe it is highly possible that more sharks were killed but the carcasses sank to the seafloor.

The sharks that did wash up were likely attacked close to shore, with currents, tides and onshore winds helping push their carcasses up onto the beach.

"I was walking with my dogs along the beach and I saw something lying on the sand," said Anton Barnard, a local fisherman and ex-naval officer. "When I came closer I saw that it was a great white shark.

It's the first time in [my] 20 odd years [here] that I've seen anything like this.". Orcas are very specialized predators. They typically eat seals, some whales and some sharks, but rarely great whites.

Towner suspects this pair began hunting smaller sharks and have now graduated to the apex predator of the sea. "Now they have learned how to kill white sharks, that's probably not going to stop anytime soon.".

So how do these predators stack up against each other? Both great whites and orcas are considered apex predators, in that there is no marine animal that typically preys on them.

Both species are capable of swimming 30 miles per hour but orcas are slightly longer in body length and almost twice as heavy.

Orca attacks on great whites have been recorded only twice before, off the coast of California and Australia. There have been no recorded cases of great whites hunting Orcas.

The killer whale's great advantage? Unlike great whites, Orcas hunt in teams and learn like no other marine creature.

After a three week period where the great whites had disappeared from the area entirely, Marine Dynamics has seen the whites slowly returning to their boats in Gansbaai.

Considered a threatened species, an estimated 4,000 to 5,000 great whites are left in the entire world. Scientists worry about the long-term effect of this never-before-documented predation.

"Sharks face many threats in Southern Africa" Towner explained. "Fisheries, bather protection nets, poaching, pollutants, coastal development, global warming impacts.

Now they have predation pressure from another predator, the odds are just not stacked up in their favor." With minimal funding and resources allocated toward white shark research in South Africa, the mysteries of this predation and the future of great white sharks remain uncertain.

Comedian Hannibal Buress found himself in a not-so-amusing situation when he was arrested in Miami after a confrontation with police. The official Miami Police Department tweeted that Buress "was arrested for disorderly intoxication, on December 9, 2017, at approximately 10:30 p.

The Broad City star previously made headlines in 2014 when he ripped on Bill Cosby during one of his stand-up routines, encouraging women to come forward with their stories against the Cosby Show actor.
