Julian Assange Is Back – Drops A Truth Bomb For Las Vegas Massacre Media Silent!

Almost all "terror" plots are created by the FBI as part of its business model.

What is the business of the FBI?

Extracting tax.

What does it need to do that?

A stable threat.

Prob?

Real terrorists are sporadic & make FBI look weak.

Solution?

Make them.

This was tweeted from Julian Assange almost 10 days ago and I wonder how every mainstream

media failed to report this story?

are worried that undercover operations of this kind infringe on the rights of Americans.

Stephen Downs, an attorney and founding member of Project Salam , which gives legal support

to Muslims, told Business Insider that " the government has developed a technique of engaging

targets in conversations of a somewhat provocative nature, and then trying to pick up on things

the target says, which might suggest illegal activity — and then trying to push them

into pursuing those particular activities."

Downs also said that the FBI often targets particularly vulnerable people, such as those

with mental disabilities.

"VERY OFTEN, THEY [THE FBI] TARGET PEOPLE WHO ARE GENUINELY PSYCHOTIC, WHO ARE TAKING

MEDICATION," HE SAID.

What do you think about this?

Easy Meal Prep for Weight Loss - Duration: 8:10.

Hi everyone I'm Dr. Riva Robinson Founder of the holistic medical practice

RIVA Wellness. Today, I'm going to teach you how to meal prep like a pro, so you

can lose weight all while saving precious time and money. And be sure to

stick around to the very end of this video, as I'm going to show you how and

where to go to download a special free ebook that's going to help you customize

this plan just for your needs. So here we go! Step 1: Find an affordable grocery

store in your neighborhood. My personal favorite is Trader Joe's because I can

leave there spending about as half as much as I would if I were shopping at

Whole Foods and still walk out with plenty of organic produce. If you don't

have a Trader Joe's in your neighborhood, chances are you probably have a Ralph's

or a Kroger or Albertson's or a Safeway or something that still has affordable

prices that won't force you to break the bank. And Step 2: Find as many

pre-chopped, pre-seasoned, precooked items as you can that are still whole foods.

Bear in mind, you want to avoid as many processed foods as possible. So this is

going to include like the frozen meals and the freezer section that have lots

of additives and preservatives because those are gonna disrupt your metabolism

and prevent you from losing weight.... Which is a "no - no". So get these pre chopped

items like onions, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower. You can get rotisserie

chicken. You can even get hard-boiled eggs. You can get so many items that take

so much of the prep time away so that's hours that you get back to your week. So

for example breakfast you want eggs and toast

grab those freshly hard-boiled eggs from the refrigerator section in your

grocery store. A piece of toast, a little butter if you want. Salt and pepper... there

you go! That's done in like two and a half minutes. You want a hearty salad for

lunch? There you go: grab a bag salad, you get your rotisserie chicken, avocado,

hummus, extra chopped vegetables if you want. Throw it all together... that

literally took you another two minutes! Catch my drift here how easy it is to

save money while still eating healthy? Bonus tip: other things that I love that

save have saved me lots of time are spiralized vegetables like zoodles, so

you can have a low-carb version of spaghetti and noodle dishes that still

taste very satisfying. Step 3: calculate how many calories you need to eat in a day

in order to lose weight. so there's a formula for this, which is your resting

metabolic rate times your adjustment factor for activity - your adjustment

factor for body fat loss. So in order to calculate your resting metabolic rate

make it easy on yourself and go to My Fitness pal's BMR calculator

just plug in your age, height, weight, and sex and it'll pop out that number for

you without having to do all the calculations yourself. Then look at this

chart and figure out what your activity adjustment factor is and also your body

fat loss adjustment factor and plug those into the first equation. So for me

my fitness pal gave me a BMR of 1252 calories. so since I exercise six to

seven days a week vigorously, (I know I'm crazy) that's an adjustment factor of 1.7

and then the corresponding body fat loss adjustment factor is going to

be 500. So my BMR of 1252 times 1.7 minus 500 gives me a daily caloric

allowance of 1629 calories in order to lose one pound

of body fat per week. Step 4: customize your meal plan. Again I'll use

myself as an example. I eat four times a day, generally three full meals and one

snack. So, for each meal I'll have about 450 calories and then a snack that's

about 200 to 250 calories. I'm not going to get too detailed in all the macros,

I'll save that for another time. But generally I have three to four full

portions of protein a day, about two servings of healthy fats with each meal,

so that's either avocado, extra-virgin olive oil, coconut oil, nuts seeds, 5 to 7

servings of non starchy vegetables in every color that you can imagine - more

the better. And then two to three servings of grain

or starchy vegetables, like sweet potato or brown rice.

Bonus tip: if you tend to carry more of your weight in your midsection, then try

to limit the starches in your diet and exchange them for healthy fats. Now I

know this might seem counterintuitive, but bear with me. Starches actually cause

your body to store more calories as body fat, while healthy fats like the ones I

mentioned before are going to help your body use fat more efficiently as fuel.

This is a basic premise why ketogenic diets have been so successful for

some people in losing weight. Home stretch! We're at step number 5: be

patient. So, we use the formula to calculate how many calories you need to

eat in order to lose one pound per week. So you might have lost more weight in

previous programs that you've done. Maybe you lost 2 to 3 or 5 pounds a week but you

probably gained that weight back, didn't you? Yeah that's the thing! We're looking for

healthy, sustainable weight loss, which takes time. Healthy weight loss is going

to be about 1 to 2 pounds per week. 2 pounds per week if you're incorporate

an exercise program with that. So that was my other bonus tip...I just stole it from

myself: incorporate an exercise program

obviously I'm still dressed in my workout clothes because that is a core

part of my personal fitness plan.

By exercising at least, let's just say

an hour a day, five days a week, you can help your body burn an additional 1

pound of fat per week. Now, just imagine doing that with the healthy balanced

nutrition, losing two pounds per week, you lose eight pounds per month, and that's

going to be sustainable. Over six months you've lost almost fifty

pounds. So just imagine the possibilities! And there you have it! now you've learned

my five steps for creating a weight loss plan that will save you both time and

money. But if you're looking for something that is a little bit more

detailed I have a prepared guide that includes your grocery shopping list,

detailed menu, further steps on how to customize this plan, and more goodies in

"The Save Your Time and Dime Meal Prep Guide." You can find the link to download

this for free in the description section of this video. And remember if

you like this video, be sure to hit the like button, share it with your friends,

and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Thank you so much for watching! Again I'm

Dr. Riva Robinson, and I'll see you in the next video!

🎁 GIFT GUIDE: BOOKS FOR "HARD TO SHOP FOR" PEOPLE || 2017 - Duration: 7:27.

Hey guys, it's Emily! For today's video I am doing a book gift-giving guide for

people that are hard to buy books for! So I am looking pretty festive, as you can

see. My lovely roommates were kind enough to get me this sweater. As a book lover I

love giving books, but sometimes it can be kind of hard to figure out what to

give someone who you don't talk about books with all that much, who's not a

huge reader, and so these are for those kinds of people. So first up I have books

that would be great for people who just give kind of non-committal answers like,

"I just like really good books," or they list off a bunch of like the biggest

blockbuster hits that you've heard of. These are great books that they may not

have read yet, but I think they'll also like. The first of those is The Seven

Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid. This is a book that I do

not think has gotten enough buzz and attention and all that good stuff

because it's great! In this the titular Evelyn Hugo is like the be-all end-all

glamorous old Hollywood star, and she is giving a tell-all interview to a

magazine writer named Monique all about our life--pure truth, no fabrication,

telling it like is. And it's framed around her infamous seven husbands. What

we come to understand is that Evelyn Hugo's greatest love was actually with

a woman, and then we go from there. It is juicy, it's page turning, it's full of old

Hollywood glamour and drama and all that kind of stuff. I love this. It is

seemingly a very light read--it's blurbed by Cosmopolitan and Us Weekly--

but it has a lot more substance than that. It looks at identity, it looks at

the presentation of identity. Evelyn Hugo is bisexual. She's Latina but hides that

for the sake of her career and Monique the woman who's interviewing Evelyn is

biracial and so Jenkins Reade is really making an effort to examine identity and

how we present it it's really interesting and well done and on top of

that it's just a super fun page-turner so this would be a great book for

someone who says stuff like I'm just like good books next I have half of a

Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie I think this would make a great gift first

of all because it is a brilliant brilliant brilliant book and this we

follow five characters during the 1960's in Nigeria during the Nigerian Biafra

Civil War and then secondly I think this would be a great book

because a lot of people know Adichie's name but they know it from her TED talks

not from her writing so she's done several TED talks the most famous of

which is we should all be feminists which was used in Beyonce's song

flawless so people know her from that I think fewer people have actually read

her fiction this is a brilliant book it is just beautifully written in the

characters are so compelling I actually did a full review of this if you want to

check it out for more information I'll leave a link to it in the cards and down

below I think this would make an awesome gift next I have little fires everywhere

by Celeste egg this is just such great literary fiction it's so good it's equal

parts page-turner and literary the structure of the story makes it a real

page-turner and this we predominantly follow the Richardson family who live in

the wealthy suburb of Shaker Heights Ohio during the 1890s and literally

page1 their house burns to the ground and we go from there I think this is

very well known in the bookish community and the literary community is like for

people who aren't in those communities maybe haven't heard of it yet I think it

would make an amazing gift next I have books for people who say things like I

only read articles online which is the thing that I have been told several

times these are all essay collections that I just absolutely love the first of

those is you can't touch my hair by Phoebe Robinson Phoebe Robinson is

hilarious she's one half of the podcast - nope Queens she's a writer she's the

comedian she's an actress and in this she writes about pop culture about race

about feminism and it's all hilarious it's a quick fun hilarious read I think

you make an awesome gift next I'm slouching towards Bethlehem by

Joan Didion this is a fabulous essay collection a lot of these essays

articles appeared in newspapers and magazines and they're just so good some

of them are about actual events so it's Joan Didion covering something or other

and then others are very personal essays all of them are great so so so great if

you have someone who likes reading longer articles who likes very serious

very prose heavy articles this is for them it's brilliant and lastly for this

category I have bad feminist by Roxane gay this is a collection of that essay

is all about feminism Roxane gay is ridiculously smart she's

funny she is just all of the good things I love her so much

she examines everything from dealing with trauma to Sweet Valley

High and can you read and love Sweet Valley High and still be a feminist I

just think this is essential feminist reading it's like I said an essay

collection so each chapter focuses on different things it's just wonderful

would make an amazing gift next I have some recommendations for people to say I

only read nonfiction I think people often really do read very much

nonfiction at all or they read a whole lot of nonfiction and nothing else and

so if you were in the former category trying to give a gift for someone in the

latter it could be kind of hard so I have a few non-fiction books that I

think would make amazing gifts the first of those is devil in the White City by

Erik Larsen this is really good historical nonfiction and this we

followed two storylines one of them is all about the Chicago World's Fair

during 1890 to 93 and blanking on the exact date and the architects who built

it to chill our white city it also follows a storyline of the devil in this

case it is HH Holmes who was America's most notorious serial killer he built a

hotel that came to be known as the murder castle because he built it as

this like terrifying lair where he could kill people and then experiment on them

and one of the reasons that he was so successful for so long as a serial

killer it's a little weird to say successful young woman who would go to

Chicago for the World's Fair would stay at his hotel and then be murdered and so

it is about those two storylines weaving together ambition and American

exceptionalism in two very very different forms it is a brilliant super

compelling work of nonfiction next I have the Emperor of all maladies by

Siddhartha Mukherjee this is one of my all-time favorite non-fiction books it

is as you can see by the subtitle a biography of cancer so it looks at

cancer the history of cancer going back to classical times how we treat it today

how we treated it then all that kind of stuff it's beautifully written it is

long but don't be intimidated I think that this is easier to read than a lot

of shorter nonfiction Mukerji does such a good job of just injecting this with

humanity I adore this 100% recommend it even if someone is not a big science

nonfiction reader they should read this you got to read this it's a central

reading and lastly I have a non fixed I think is one of the best non-fiction

books of the year and that is killers the flower moon by David Graham this

follows an FBI investigation back when the FBI was still very much a fledgling

organization the investigation is of a series of murders in AUSA County

Oklahoma oil is found in Osage County which is owned by the AUSA gin daeun

nation and all of a sudden are such people are found murdered and so we go

from there it's a look at America's very dark and bloody history when it comes to

the treatment of Native Americans it is super compelling it reads like true

crime plus historical nonfiction I love this I think I make an awesome gift so

that's it for my book gift-giving guide for people who are hard to shop for

that is a long title I'm gonna have to figure out how to condense that thanks

so much for watching if you like this video give it a thumbs up hit subscribe

to see my face you can find me on Twitter it possibly lit and on Instagram

and possibly literate and I'll see you next time

Becoming a Kingsman for a day! - Duration: 27:57.

hey guys remember the awesome Kingsman number I built or the chain fist

well Fox the production company behind the movie liked it so much that in

celebration of Kingsman the Golden Circle blu-ray release they're actually

sending me to London to become a Kingsman for a day anyway I think my

rides here so I'll tell you a bit more about the trip in just a sec

Plus on this trip Ian gets to tag along

yeah you wanna grab the cuz the bags

that's I'm pretty excited for this trip we got a bit of an itinerary here that

we got from Fox that's the hotel we're staying we're staying in the NED which

apparently is a super fancy hotel it has nine restaurants there's a rooftop

infinity pool with two bars and in the basement of the hotel there's an old

bank vault which has been converted into a 24/7 cocktail bar and apparently it's

got like a two-foot thick steel door it's like 20 feet wide to do the

entrance and then obviously there's gyms and pools and all kinds of other stuff

like that but anyways what we're gonna be doing for Kingsman is we actually get

to visit the Kingsmen tailor shop and see a bunch of the props from movie

which sounds amazing we get to see some of the Kingsmen weaponry and there's

even gonna be a statesman whiskey tasting the first baguette there

the blue one I'm sure what British Airways looks like

so we're sitting here in the lounge with the gate right now and unfortunately

there's these awesome little iPads but it seems like Ian's broken everything

yeah stop pushing buttons like they're all black

yes look at all the other tables what the hell again so the funny thing is

like the King's been is a private secret service and they'll wear finely tailored

suits in order to what like blend in but no one wears suits anymore it's like

like look at me I'm sticking out like a sore thumb and this Airport like

very sophisticated

for that additional life

Oh

so we went the right way oh you sure we have our own stairwell my name is

Jacqueline if you need help we need up you want to find that about the

restaurants you want to help with the reservations we've got eight restaurants

and bars ground just in the ground floor one the rooftop and netplan which is on

the -1 and it's really cool because they all say you know this yeah yeah and the

shake deposit is still there it's really really cool it's just for members and

hotel guests great so I suggest you to go there is the - to the spa the

swimming pool which is very very nice for an underground female police okay

enjoy your stay guys thank you I didn't remember my tie but I did you can get

the Kingsmen tag it's only 120 pounds that works out to over two hundred US

dollars that's good because I forgot my tie and I need one yeah well there goes

our per diem

oh I'm touching it people use this

all right so we're in the cab on our way to the Kingsmen tailor shop and the new

home of the Kingsmen HQ which is very bros some very bros is a fine wine and

spirit merchant that's been open since 1698 and it's the new home of Kingsman

HQ remember in the movie when they found the states from the whiskey bottle well

that's it so apparently us coming here was actually approved by Matthew Vaughn

the director of Kingston which he asked them

anything you want to interact with him and I want to talk to about anything

anything works for you guys individually just jump right in there and say

whatever you talk about whatever hi everyone I'm Nate from The Statesman and

we're gonna taste the Statesmen whiskey so you've all seen the movie the

Kingsmen two Golden Circle yeah fantastic so there'll be no spoilers

that's good and so I can talk about movie freedom on the nose okay we saw

well we start off by looking at the color so we analyze the color with the

whiskey so we say how would you describe that burnished copper you know let's get

let's get kind of theatrical about it burnished copper amber it really deep

deep and rich isn't it can you smell that maybe a fruitcake on there as well

and that's coming from our rye so our whiskey has 18% rye which means it has a

high ride content and that's where all that spice comes from the main

ingredients this is corn butter I gives asserts that that big spice character

and you reinforce that that vanilla but almost it's kind of like a vanilla ice

cream you like a hot vanilla ice cream I guess better but then with a little

touch of almond in there as well so in the movie when you see the when they pan

over the distillery and they see you see the bottle shape that was inspired by

the fact that we actually have that bowl like the bottle shape on top registering

which is really cool no more questions no more question I have another

statement okay Garrett um I consider myself a well-dressed man okay today is

no different I think I'm out shining all of you right fantastic yeah yeah

absolutely cheers to that man Cheers

okay

we don't get you in shot in the back today we're looking at some of the props

from Kings burns with Grant hi James yes me I was a supervising art director on

Kings when Golden Circle and these are just some of the props that we had built

or had custom-made for the filming this was one this is mainly some of the

Statesmen actual props and this was one of the baseball bats it turns into a

minesweeper that we first see in the Statesmen jet when they open up the the

pool table and this was an agent whiskey's fighter jet helmet which was

Top Gun inspired Matthews so he wanted to do something based on the tongue Tom

Cruise's helmet and of course everything say some wise is Americana Hensley so

yeah and then this is Angus whom to give us a bit more advice this is um this is

a Merlin's retro iPad come clipboard yep as usual we have multiple versions what

you probably didn't see in the film is because Merlin likes his big guns and

big knives it did originally have a knife built into it that's awesome which

unfortunately every point made it into the film so but that's you know it's

character details yeah definitely important character detail Armageddon

bigger badder last year yeah with catapulting hand yeah so let me

stop you there yeah so our own channel called the hack Smith right and what we

do is we run a series called make it real right and we try and take fictional

ideas from movies comics video games and make real working prototype so I've

actually built have a version of this doesn't look nearly as fancy notes to

see what we focused on the ability to actually shoot the fist so I've made a

metal version of this hand I can actually shoot about 50 feet Maxim

pretty good Wow attached to Rosie's on YouTube yes yes

okay so this is actually the second project we did for Kingsman the first

one was actually the umbrella and I know are those the actual umbrellas

unfortunately I just

so we also built a umbrella complete with a pico projector built into the

hill to know that projects the camera feed from the typical umbrella onto the

inside very cool and it also shoots using a little co2 me out

of a job hey yo try it's pretty heavy this is just obviously shield stitch I

think your arm goes in through that sweater

yeah so that allows you if you're right-handed I guess to fire pistol over

the side here we obviously comte a video screen in

here but shooting this is what Taryn had pretty heavy we might have to make one

of these yeah but props is that real girls I'm strong

we're in the basement now at the armory 4th Kingsman with Nick and he's gonna

tell us a bit about some of the weapons used in the movie

so this is a Kingsman pistol hey it's one of six that were made we made them

for the first Kingsman film there's only six of them it's a really machining of

an existing pistol but to made to look in a british style of night 1930s to

1950s something like that with the addition of a grenade launcher and

little things like custom English walnut grips check it like a very good mother

shotgun so this is one of Pedro's revolvers okay this is typically

Statesmen so the states would look he's stainless steel yeah

traditional American design so this is a copy of accomplishing election army okay

so she made by Ruger it's in stainless steel and it has a quirkiness that we

fits a niche to mount on it so it has a modern strange kick to it which is what

we're looking for in a lot of the King statesman weapons yeah this is challenge

rifle yep this is a Marlin 45 caliber rifle okay again it's typically

statesman is stainless steel it's a copy of a style of gun used in the 1880s

1870s a very American but with a modern kick on it are you that sight Ryan and

everything else so it's a modernized traditional American weapon this is a

fighting gun we would make copies again so we make quite a few copies

that's a hard rubber and that's a soft brown so we protect the garden with the

person everything that needs a copy just sort of scene you can carry on as you

can see these have been used on set and they're a little bit damaged so they

don't last forever okay yeah so this is an 84 rocket launcher yeah I don't II

tank rocket launcher military and the briefcase takes it out I believe

so yeah that's the trigger it has unfortunately already been fired

see it's just a hollow tube yeah awesome fire like this yes they have what these

actions they have what's known as an idiot car you don't know so you could

take it out the box read on it and it went already

yeah I think you need to know you to Lara tank up awesome thank you well

thank you you're welcome it's a pleasure

a king's ale I think these are like legitimately old bottles and have not

been touched watch they're worth locked

so that leaves the cab and the Kingsmen tailor shop next fix

that's pretty cool this is early in the movie yeah we're real early inside here

because he got thrown against that it's that track at the window

yeah the door on the roof yeah I've always wanted to have multiple blocks

for the time zones it's really pointless but books are pretty cheap now

yeah how do you turn on submarine mode

large CGI budget on the next stop let's go where to guvnah all right so I'm here

in the Kingsmen tailor shop and it's actually a pop-up shop here in London

selling the exclusive line of Kingsman apparel and this is awesome

fancy

Kingsman glasses how do I look it's got biometric security that's

really cool so this is the official tag watch made after the movie of course

we've got mr. pickles from the movie

let's be soft sorry mr. pickle not pickles the tailor section where you can

try on all the different flows I'm allowed to touch stuff right

that's try being a statesman on for size

hasil movie

pivot think my suit stick yes I can't move

it's like there's a crowd for the blu-ray signing

as a Kingsman early

I like a table or something

sadly this here

so apparently a light and a taxi cabs on that means it's available and there are

not many available

while is it great

Christel house is supposed to be for your face right

it looks warm but it's not chilly warm

all right so we decided to stay a few extra days in London so we do a fan

meetup but obviously we had to rent another hotel and our budget was a bit

less so we're staying at the Holiday Inn you see this door

the main bathroom door you can go inside here's the shower and sink

oh all right oh so then you close the door

and there is the toilet romantic

right under the other we're having to tell gateways to change to go along with

this district or circle like whichever one comes to go back to near Waterloo

London I had London dungeon with something

it appears he is broke his ticket and he can't get through the turnstiles

guess we're leaving him behind

we will value 1,500 pounds for a guitar with six necks that's like getting six

guitars for the price of one moderately expensive return let's go value

so we had an awesome tour of London by James he runs the YouTube channel good

to meet you again X robots I guess you just check it out link in the

description and card blah blah blah we gotta go what it was great to meet

you again again

I saw most of the site's last time like all the main touristic places and

yesterday we met up with James Burton from X robots the I did the dungeon

that's bringing SWAT your hand up to be

I'm gonna fan not stuck in the ground pretty good hey what's your name Jack

nice to meet you you guys want batarangs

it's Bogdan no kiss it well I hope you guys enjoyed that video I know it was a

bit longer than most for normal videos but would you believe that's actually

the edited down version we have a full extended cut on our vlog channel that's

over an hour long so if you guys really like Kingsman check it out anyways thank

you to Fox to sending us to London it was an amazing experience it was a

really cool game to see all the Kingsmen props up close and personal and it gave

us a lot of inspiration about some other projects that we should do here right

here in Canada and don't forget to get Kingsman the Golden Circle on blu-ray or

digital download today there are links in the description below so thanks for

watching and enjoy the movie

Al Qaeda demand jihadis ATTACK US and UK for Trump act of 'BLATANT AGGRESSION' - Duration: 3:04.

Al-Qaeda demand jihadis ATTACK US and UK for Trump act of BLATANT AGGRESSION

DONALD Trumps decision to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of Israel has been labelled

an act of blatant aggression by Al-Qaeda, it has emerged.

According to US-based SITE monitoring website, the terror group is calling on its supporters

to carry out attacks on the US and its allies in response to the move by the Republican

firebrand.

In a statement, the Islamist militant group said Trumps decision was a result of normalisation

steps between some Gulf Arab countries and Israel.

The group added: The recognition of Jerusalem of the capital of the Zionist entity is blatant

aggression by the Crusader Trump against the sanctities of Muslims.

It is also a clear challenge to the Muslim world that sees the centrality of the Palestinian

cause.

In the face of this serious events, we stand by our people in Palestine and support

them with all we possess.

If you do not move, God forbid, then tomorrow the holiest of places and the Muslims Qiblah,

Mecca, will be sold and you will find then no one to defend it.

Al-Qaeda then called on Muslims with money and weapons to help and asked Islamist militants

to be ready to support Palestinians.

The branch of the terror group that made the statement, AQAP, was formed in 2009 when Al-Qaedas

Saudi Arabia and Yemen groups came together.

The US has previously carried out a number of drone strikes on the group that has targeted

its leaders.

In 2011 a drone strike ordered by Barack Obama killed Anwar al-Awlaki, a well-known figure

in the group who was known to convert people to its ideology.

Trump announced on Wednesday he believes it is time to officially recognise Jerusalem

as the capital of Israel".

The decision unravelled years of work to establish peace in the Middle East and sparked warnings

from Hamas about possible uprisings against Israel.

Spontaneous protests broke out in the region following the move and despite the deployment

of thousands of Israeli troops, there are few signs that tensions will subside quickly.

The Islamist group said Trump had opened the gates of hell with his flagrant

aggression while Turkey strongly condemned the move.

Yesterday the US asked Israel to temper its response to the US recognition of Jerusalem

as the countrys capital.

According to a document seen by Reuters on Wednesday, Washingtons State Department

is weighing the potential threat to US facilities and people.

While I recognise that you will publicly welcome this news, I ask that you restrain

your official response, the document dated December 6 said in talking points for diplomats

at the US Embassy in Tel Aviv to convey to Israeli officials.

We expect there to be resistance to this news in the Middle East and around the world.

We are still judging the impact this decision will have on US facilities and personnel overseas,

the document said.

A second State Department document seen by Reuters, which was also dated December 6,

said the agency had formed an internal task force to track worldwide developments

following the US decision on Jerusalem.

A US official who spoke on condition of anonymity said it was standard to set up a task force

any time there is a concern about the safety and security of US government personnel or

US citizens.

The State Department had no immediate comment on either document.

The status of Jerusalem, home to sites holy to the Muslim, Jewish and Christian religions,

is one of the biggest obstacles to reaching an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal.

Israel considers Jerusalem its eternal and indivisible capital and wants all embassies

based there.

Palestinians want the capital of an independent state of their own to be in the city's eastern

sector, which Israel captured in the 1967 Middle East war and annexed in a move never

recognised internationally.

Southern California Real Estate: 8 Great Tips for Listing During the Wintertime - Duration: 5:31.

Hello everybody this is Kevin Smith with first team real estate here in Southern, California

And I want to bring another episode. I had a current client. That's getting ready to list their property and

In the winter time so obviously this will vary a little bit if you're on the East Coast versus the west coast

This won't pertain to necessarily everybody on the west coast

But I thought I'd bring it up because there are certain things you are gonna have to you know

think about when you're getting ready to list your home in the winter time the

First one is actually making sure that when you're taking your your photos for your pictures that you're taking them a

Maybe in the springtime where you have pictures of the actual trees that have leaves on them

That way that the trees won't look so barren when you're actually

Focusing those pictures for the you know the fall of the winter time that you're getting ready to list

So keep that in mind when you're looking to make your exterior photos

Have your photographer come out a little bit sooner than you're planning on listing the actual home

The other one I thought was the decor now that we're in the wintertime Thanksgiving and Christmas

There's a lot of people that go you know crazy when they're decorating their homes, so

When you're getting ready to list your home your might you might want to think about maybe not doing so much

Decorating and scale it back just a little bit

That way it doesn't look so cluttered those people that aren't necessarily looking

For the holidays, they're just looking at the house

And it's going to be cluttered

and they won't be able to see the actual home and

That kind of thing just because you have so many decorations up so maybe scaling that back just a little bit

Also number three is just the curb appeal in general so in the wintertime your lawns probably going to need a little bit different maintenance

the the lighting

That kind of thing is gonna be a little bit different, so maybe maybe putting some lighting outside

To kind of brighten up the outside of the home

I

Did a video on curb appeal so if you're interested in finding out a little bit more about my strategies for curb appeal feel free?

To look back at some of the videos that I've closed it on curb appeal

number four is just safety manners in general so

And the winter in the winter time on the East Coast you're gonna have ice and snow and different

You know sleet and different kinds of coal things you're gonna need to make sure that you have salt down and maybe sand and things

to prevent people from slipping

Same thing on the east coat or the West Coast you're gonna have rain of course

So you may have to make sure that you have mats at the door a place for people to to

Take off their shoes

You know that kind of thing so

They'll have to make sure that you have mats and things like that to make sure people aren't slipping falling

or

Tripping things like that so make sure you have your safety matters up in order the fifth one is just getting some

clutter away from the door so on the East Coast

I know you're gonna have lots of snow shoes and boots and gloves and scarves and things like that so maybe putting a

Hanger or some kind of a coke rack up so people have a place to put their clothes coats when they do come in this

To view the house, that's also something that's nice

Making sure they hear at your house is actually functional so for the West Coast

We don't use our heaters very often, but it does get cold so making sure that you turn on the heater

before you list the property, and if there's any

Mechanical issues with the heat. You might want to make sure that those heaters are working in proper order

There's nothing worse than going into a house. It's just freezing cold

It's not warm and cozy and people that are buying are gonna be looking for a warm home

so making sure that your heater is in order and

one of the other topics

I think you want to think about is making sure that there's plenty of light

So the daylight savings when we turn our clocks back obviously the sun's gonna be setting a little bit earlier

So you might want to have your lights on timers so that when people are viewing?

Later in the afternoon after work that they come to a house. That's well lit

and there's no issues with being able to see rooms so having timers on your lights is also nice and

The final thing is be just take in general your real estate agent who does staging who looks at homes?

often on their daily basis through viewings and broker previews taking their advice and taking a list of items that may be

decluttering keeping safety issues in order

Just use their expertise and follow their direction

you'll get a better price for your home most likely and

You'll just be better off in general so we want to get you the highest prices for your homes and making sure that they're clutter-free

Lit very well, and not overdone is a good way to keep those prices

High, so if you have any other suggestions or comments feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to reach me by phone

Text or email do so at the bottom here at the video

We'd also love you to subscribe to the channel and it hit the little bell there for the notification

Notifications so if I have another video that comes up you'll be notified right away

Thank you so much. Have a great week, and we'll all talk to you soon

Watts Colbert Noah Terence of FoxNews for enabling Bill O'Reilly

Stephen Colbert wonders if the cable renewed O'Reilly to protect its female employees

Because if Bill us on camera that s one hour a day. They knew he asked not groping somebody as

sexual misconduct allegations

including director James Toback and Hollywood agent Tyler Gresham another man currently facing a public

Firestorm has dealt with this before word broke over the weekend that Bill

O'Reilly settled a sixth sexual harassment claim just one month before Fox News renewed his contract last year

Naturally late night hosts wasted no time calling

hypocrisy after all given how furiously Fox s

Correspondents have been tearing into Weinstein and Hollywood. They're friendly treatment of O'Reilly seems

Puzzling it is shocking that FoxNews knew about all these sexual harassment

Because if bill S on camera that s one hour a day

They knew he s not groping somebody in a statement to The Times Fox said it considered

Colbert agreed noting whoever owned Reilly harasses and then pays off in his personal time as his own business

It hasn't matter between one consenting adult

He said before pointedly trailing off for his part o Riley has denied the allegations

Fox told the Times that when it renewed a Riley s contract in February

The deal included provisions that would allow the host to be dismissed in the face of new allegations it s like the old saying goes

Cold bear said fool me once shame on you fool me twice some more shame fool me three times

Yogi really got to do a better

For Jon Stewart and Trevor Noah, Trump Is Best Understood Through Dicks - Duration: 3:42.

For John Stuart and Trevor Noah Trump is best understood through dicks

Stuart Noah Hayes and mine hi

Conan O'Brien and more performed at the 11th annual stand up for Heroes fundraiser in New York on

Tuesday night a collection of US Armed Service veterans a few thousand New Yorkers and some very funny Joe

H9 a second gathered at the theater at Madison Square Garden for stand-up for Heroes the 11th annual event that raises money for veterans

Organizations the night a spill included set from an all-male power lineup Jon Stewart Hayes and mine hi Trevor Noah

John Oliver John Mulaney and Conan O'Brien

Veterans made up a sizable portion of the audience a tough crowd one might think

Considering the way many of night s performers have gone in on the current commander in chief

Untrue according to John Oliver the host of last week tonight told Vanity Fair that on the contrary

Veterans and active military make for the best audiences a detail he recalls from stand-up tours in Afghanistan

They read good audiences because they so want to laugh. He said since

2007 the event has kicked off the New York Comedy Festival as well as serving as a fundraiser for the Bob witters Foundation

Which buoys returning veterans through various programs

this night is about seeing all this great talent, which is part of the festival perform in front of this great audience of

5,500 people it kind of sets it off for the rest of the week said the festival s

co-organizer Caroline Hirsch of Caroline's on Broadway

the festival itself will run through November

12 to New York and includes a week of O'Brien at the Apollo in Harlem and so much more comedy that it has a little

Head spin II Bob Woodruff a former journalist for ABC who was injured while covering the Iraq war and his wife

Lee were on hand to welcome everyone and to reiterate that their foundation is an apolitical one

The comedian's were not held to the same standard Jon Stewart kicked it all off and set the tone

Putting the spotlight on Obama to trump flip-flop voters. How do you even get there?

He said it like the guy is like yeah, it didn t work out with my girlfriend

So now I am going out with a toaster. I just stick my dick in it

I think that s where our country s at right now

We all put our dick in the toaster

Trevor Noah who took up steward s mantle at the Daily Show also took up steward s mantle of members centric hypotheticals

I don t know how to feel about Donald Trump

He said on the one hand I do wake up most days

Terrified that he has the president of the most powerful nation in the world

And on the other I do wake up knowing he is going to make me laugh. There is terror and there is joy

You know what it feels like there's a giant asteroid headed towards the earth, but it has shaped like a penis

Trump wasn't he just a dick and the preferred metaphor of the evening he was also drunk people

Noah Trump fired James Comey the director of the FBI a decision I agree with I

Just think if you can fire someone that s investigating you fire them if I could fire someone who's investigating me

I do be at the DUI checkpoint the cop would pull up like sir. Do you know why I pulled you over?

to get your ass fired and

Sometimes America is drunk people

Oliver a passionate fan of America

But a British national who could not vote said

Falling in love with America right now is like falling in love with a girl who s throwing up all over herself

Just holding her hair back saying Shh. Let it all out

You just made a mistake that s all you can t repeat this mistake, otherwise you've become less sympathetic

Interconnectable Tool System for Roadside Accident Scene Cleanup - Duration: 2:58.

Hi, I'm Don with AW Direct's Product Support Team.

Today I want to tell you about the Mag-Lok interconnectable tool system.

This unique tool system is ideal for tow trucks because it combines several tools in one,

takes up very little space, and saves weight.

The Mag-Lok system pairs industrial grade handles with interchangeable tool heads that

can stand up to the rigors of commercial use, yet can be easily stored and secured.

The main component of the Mag-Lok system are the handles.

Mag Lok makes three different handles, a 46-inch-long, heavy-duty steel pole handle.

A 46-inch-long fiberglass pole handle that is reinforced with a 12-inch-long wooden dowel

near the connector and a D-grip solid core 28-inch-long fiberglass handle that also has

a 12-inch-long wood dowel reinforcement near the connector.

Each of the handles allow you to change shovel heads for the job at hand, eliminating the

need to buy and store multiple shovels.

Of the three handles, the Mag-Lok 46-inch-long heavy-duty steel pole handle will stand up

best to jobs a tow operator will be using it for.

As for the tool heads, the Mag Lok system offers three different shovel heads – an

aluminum scoop/snow shovel head, square shovel head and round shovel head.

Simply attach any of the tool heads to a Mag-Lok handle with the patented Mag-Lok connector.

The aluminum scoop/snow shovel head is ideal for cleaning up roadside debris or shoveling

out a stranded vehicle.

The Mag Lok square shovel head is also a good option for cleaning up roadside debris and

provides a bit more strength versus the aluminum scoop head.

The round shovel tool head is available for when you need to cut through dirt and soil.

In addition to the shovel heads, there is a pry bar head as part of the Mag-Lok Interconnectable

tool system that is ideal for increasing your leverage and moving heavier loads.

Make sure if you plan on using the pry bar head, you only use it with the Heavy-Duty

Steel Pole Handle.

Finally, for clean-up, there is a broom head adapter that attaches to any Mag-Lok handle

and fits most broom heads with matching threads.

There you have it – the Mag-Lok Interconnectable tool system.

Multiple heads that fit on one handle let you replace many different tools with one

system and reduce the storage space needed on your truck.

Thanks for watching, I hope this helps you answer the call.

Please contact us if you have any questions about this or any other products available

from AW Direct.

Let us know if you have any suggestions for upcoming video topics, and stay safe out there.
