brilliant just brilliant
this is what i was saying in my mind
when I saw my skin actually put on my
phone and dam! the fit is good
hey guys it's osburn here and let's
review the Dbrand skin i'm not
a huge fan of skins and I like the
device bear bone but my 1 plus X has
glass on the back so i had to do
something about getting those nasty
fingerprints off and initially I thought
that having a case would be my option
but i wanted something more sleek so
order this particular skin now dbrand is
well known for its skins worldwide and
they have a worldwide shipping as well
so that was also a great plus for what I
chose or the skin that I went with was
the concrete skin for the back and the
logo is a hyper black titanium i did
not opt for the front and the sides
skins as my side already has a
rigid aluminum ring and the front I
was pretty happy with it just being
plain and simple
now coming to the fit it was absolutely
perfect
it took me about five minutes to apply
on and it was an instant hit the cutouts
for the camera
the flash everything aligned perfectly
and even the logo is perfectly cut to
the wire
so if you want to make your phone look
fire

you want and they have worldwide
shipping which I mentioned so you can
definitely find your phone on the list

I had no problems with the application
of the skin and the skin itself is
amazing i like the concrete look and the
contrast that the titanium logo creates
on this concrete skin
overall final thoughts on this skin is
that it is absolutely amazing i highly
recommend if you want to spice up your
phone or make it look a little bit more
personalized to go ahead with this look
so that being said I think I shall try
these different skins on various devices
from now on when I buy new ones so as to
make it unique to me that being said

In this video, we're going to be taking a look at the top five houses.
Most expensive houses that sold in Arlington County in the year 2016.
I got my laptop set up right here so we're going to dive into that and hit you with the
audio overlay.
Now, one thing to keep in mind is that there might have been a couple private deals, off-market
sales that didn't reach my radar.
I'm using the public MLS, also known as MRIS system.
You can be rest-assured that it's probably correct.
But there may be one or two that didn't make the list that could of.
These are going to be houses that sold in 2016, not currently Under Contract.
So, without further ado, let's jump into the top five most expensive houses in Arlington
for 2016.
Number five.
We got...oh that is a bad picture.
We got to get a better picture of that.
So, 4606 36th Street North.
That is, you guessed it, Country Club Hills.
Because where else?
$2.4 million dollars.
6 beds.
5.5 bathrooms.
Take a look at that exterior.
Country Club Hills.
Showstopper.
BCN.
They do a lot of homes in Arlington.
They do a lot of good work.
They have a lot of good agents.
Well, mostly just one agent really that I know of.
Anyways, close date of April 15, 2016.
Nice little 60-day close there.
Country Club Hills...we got a sweep here.
Country Club Hills runs the table for the top five list.
And with number five, we're at $2.4 million.
Let's go to number four.
Which will be, BOOM!
Country Club Hills.
$2.5 million dollars.
Five beds.
Five baths, and two half baths.
That's what that slash means.
This looks like a cool cottage.
The other one didn't have pictures because it is new construction.
This one does.
First, hit me with some square feet.
7,500 square feet.
Let's take a look inside and see what we're working with here.
I have been in this house.
It is incredible.
This is the back.
It fronts another street and it's towering over other houses in a good way.
It's got so many levels.
Family room.
Here's what I mean.
Look at this elevation change.
This is very high.
This is like equal to the roofs of other houses.
So pretty cool layout there.
Looks like the master bedroom there.
Bathroom master.
Dual vanity.
That looks like it's from a magazine.
Looks very uncomfortable but that's what the market wants, that's what the market gets.
Again, these houses are below you.
That's kind of cool you don't have to look into anyone else's house.
So that's the fourth house.
4th most expensive coming in at $2.5 mil.
Let's go to number three.
Which will be...
Drumroll please...$2.525 mil in Country Club Hills.
Arlington premier neighborhood.
6 bed, 5.5 baths.
4615 32nd Street.
I should pull up a map of where these actually are.
They're literally just blocks away from each other.
Anyways, square feet...7,000!
These are large families.
Or individuals, I didn't say families.
It could be anyone that could buy these.
Let's see, have I been in this one?
Yes, I remember that little pupper up at the front door there.
Again, when you walk through these, you just get lost.
It's a maze.
These houses are huge.
That's interesting.
Large kitchen.
Everything about these houses are just going to be done to a T.
This was built in 2005.
Most of these are going to be new construction.
Loft area.
Some of these have 4 levels.
Can I find the levels?
There we go; 4 levels.
2-4 car garage.
That's interesting.

Just make up your mind.
That was the third most expensive house.
$2.55.
Let's move to the second-most expensive house, which will be...

$3.2 million dollars for 4727 32nd Street North in Country Club Hills.
That's not a good picture.

I can work with that.

So that is the second-most expensive house in Arlington.
Let's hit it with the one that's most expensive.
Check it out, this is the new construction home at 3232 N Vernon Street.
I can't go inside, that would be very creepy.
And I can give you this exterior picture and the rest is up to your imagination.
$3.34 million dollars.
6 bedrooms 5 baths.
Over 7,000 square feet.
Guys, this is new construction in the best neighborhood, and a very nice country club,
with the best schools.
I didn't say best schools but if you go to goodschools.com or whatever it's going to
say they're the best schools.
This is the Arlington market for you.
So those are the top five most expensive houses in Arlington.
