How to use Browser Tabs for Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 2017 - Duration: 2:20.

Hey guys welcome back to another tech

tip. In today's video I'm going to show

you how to use tabs in Chrome, Firefox,

and internet explorer. Let's check it out.

for anybody that is new to this channel

we do a lot of how to use a lot of

tutorials lot of computer help videos

just like this one so don't forget to

hit the subscribe button right below me

here and a little bell icon so you can

get our future content notification

let's check out the video when it comes

to the tab system is a bunch of

different options that you can usually

do now most of these may differ as far

as features between the different

browsers whether you're on google chrome

firefox or internet explorer things like

that but the core function being able to

use the tab

it's pretty much remotely the same as

far as these instructions go so i'm

going to go over here manager I'm gonna

open up a google chrome browser and

you'll notice on here up in the top

left-hand corner you're going to have

what they see a new tap and what that is

that your cap system for that specific

window so the purpose of the tabs is to

be able to open multiple websites or

different pages and not have a bunch of

different of windows actually open for

each individual one so if you want to

look just to the right of the little red

X on the tab you'll notice it will say

new tab what this will do is it will

allow you to create a new tab so if you

left click on that of course a new tab

will open up and you can go to a new

website but keep it within the same

browser window now if you right-click

you're going to have a few different

options are going to have again create a

new tab you're going to be able to

refresh the tag you're going to be able

to mute if you have a bunch of sound

coming through it you can use that and

then of course you can go ahead and pin

it if you wanted to come back to that

tab at a later time so like said most of

the features may differ just a little

bit but the core function of the tab is

exactly the same and of course if you

want to close the tab you can just come

on over here to the right where has a

little red X on that tab and clothes and

that will close that out completely
