Waching daily Feb 20 2017

Out, now in

There you go

Good job

Good job there you go

That's awesome. Good job.

Just go around the outside.

There you go. We're gonna keep going through this pattern.

Right now I'm just going to worry about this one barrel.

Tap with that inside leg. Tap.

Try doing it at a trot

Out.

Good.

Good job.

Who wants to come up over here next?

There you go!

And the reason why I'm saying not to make wider turns

Saying to turn out like this

Cause once you're going that speed, her butts gonna shift a lot faster

she's gonna rake over way faster than those

So I'm just kinda setting you up to where we can

the turns, we can make them quicker and more pretty

Is that cool? - Yea

Alright, let's go again, next.

And then next time I want you to you lope through it again and then we're gonna let her do her thing

How'd you feel this turn was like?

Not that good.

Hey, I just want you to catch it. if you catch it, you're gonna know how to correct it.

So next time, you know what to do.

I'd rather you know the feeling when you mess up when you're out here, cause then you'll know "this is wrong, I need to be in this positon."

and you're only gonna get better.

I like the last turn

Go ahead and do it again.

Good

Good. Good job.

On that last one, try to sit her down a little bit more on that

Were you a little more aggressive when you turned there?

- Yea

You can tell that butt shifted a little a faster

When you're a little more aggressive on that inside foot

That's when you want that horse to rake over

And they're literally just gonna sit down

And when you're going really fast, faster than that

it's almost like their butt (horse neighs)

you're getting her ready for that and that's good.

that's really good

Good, good. Do you feel that? - Yea

Good. That's what you want.

That was good. I liked that last one.

How'd you feel about this one?

- Turned too soon.

I don't even gotta tell you. I don't even gotta tell you what happened.

That heads gonna be...have that thing pointing in

to where it's looking straight back, to where that butt's gonna fly back

Good!

So...a lot of people

especially when you're racing

they all just want the fastest horse out there

and having speed obviously that's a good thing

but the most important thing when they're racing

you know when you see people that are racing

most of the time they're off by a couple of point seconds. It's not even a full thing

and so where do you get that extra time and how can you increase or decrease your time

on a pattern? It's all in the technique on when you're turning those barrels.

If you compare this turn to that last one

It could've cost a race, going all the way out here, added on that much time

but instead...just for recommend.. sitting her down and making her turn short and just taking off

you just cut down..you just don't know how much time you have

that was good. you see why we're doing that though?

- Yep

Awesome, I love it.

Pull down, and you really get it tight in there...like that

it'll be good

Cause you want that head, you really want that head

looking down like that, instead of when you're trying to fight it

she was like this..you want that head looking down like that

that'll make a weird face too

Tired of Bothering Your Prospects? 2017- Episode 40 - Duration: 8:18.

Welcome to Network Marketing Pro. My name

is Eric Worre and an emotion that's

common inside of network marketing is

you feel like you're bothering people. Have

you ever felt that way? I don't want to

bother people about my product. I don't want to

bother people about my opportunity.

Sometimes prospects feel bothered, you

knows it's like ugh these network marketing

people here they come. They're bothering

people with you know

all their talk. And if you want to get

past that or if you've ever experienced

that or if you know somebody who has ever

experienced that or they're struggling

with it, inside of your

company side of your team,

maybe this is a message you can share

with them. Anytime somebody tells me I'm

worried about bothering my friends. I'm worried

about bothering

my family. I'm worried about bothering my

prospects.

There's a couple things that I give them

with in terms of coaching and let me

give them to you. #1 If you have to take

the focus off of you and put it onto the

value you're bringing your prospect, so

for example, if it's all about you,

I need an appointment because I need a

sale. I need an appointment because I need to

recruit. It's me, me, me, I need, I need, I need.

That will translate to prospects and

they'll feel like it's all about you

and it's not about them. So coaching tip

#1 focus on the prospect and

their needs

not your needs. Okay?

#2 is if you're worried about bothering

people about your product or service

that tells me that you have a limiting

belief about your products or services.

So I would ask you a question, do you

think that your product will help

anybody that uses it?

Yes or No? If it's a yes, do you think

that if they use this, they're going to

get benefit, if they

become a customer, that they're

going to enjoy the process.

Do you feel like it is part of your

cause and your mission to help spread the

word about your product or service. If

the answer is yes,

then it's not about bothering. If it's

about them and it's not about you,

you might need to get a little bit more

solid and comfortable with the value of

your product or service and you can get

that a couple different ways. One is to

study and research on what your product

and service does. Two is on your personal

experience of what that product or

service does with you.

What it's done with you.

Third is the evidence of what the

product or service has done for other

people. So get solid number. #1 coaching

tip #1 focus on them not on you.

Coaching tip #2 is get solid on

your product or service and understand

it's a gift.

You're offering them an opportunity to

solve a need. They might not know they have a

need. They might not know your product

would meet that need,

but that's what we do is we help blind

people see. We help people who don't

understand the value of what we have and we

educate the consumer. That's what one of

the great benefits of the network

marketing mindset is that we're here

to educate the consumer that doesn't

know that we have a solution that would

meet their need. We do that through word

about the advertising. #3 is if you're

worried about bothering people, talking

to them about an opportunity,

okay, again if you focus on them and I

would ask you a couple questions again.

Do you believe that the financial

opportunity inside of network marketing

is a better way for somebody with

entrepreneurial hopes and dreams?

Yes or No? Do you believe that the price

of entry and the potential upside

outstrips all other opportunities for

entrepreneurial expression?

Do you believe that? Yes or No? And if you

don't get solid, if somebody says

I'm worried about bothering people, then

that tells me that they don't have solid

belief in the opportunity. They don't

have solid belief in what we do inside

of network marketing. So how do you fix

that? First, if you focus on them and not

on you. You're trying to help them solve a

particular need. Second is education. Get

clear on the value of network marketing.

Get clear on the value of this form of

of entrepreneurship versus other forms

about entrepreneurship.

When you get clear on that,

now you're not bothering people. You're

giving them an opportunity. Now a lot of

people view prospecting as an opportunity

for you. You know I'm going to go

prospect because that's an opportunity

for me to build my team. I'm going to

sell the customers because then I'm

going to benefit. But if you switch your

mindset and it's an easy switch. If it's all

focused on them, if you believe the

opportunities is excellent and it's a great

solution for the average person to be

able to express their entrepreneurial

hopes and dreams, then you have an

obligation to at least educate them to

the point that they understand the gift

that you have. So once, at the beginning

when I was starting in network marketing, I

felt like I was bothering people and I'm

an introvert by nature so it's a little

challenging to be able to, well they're

focused on that I'm going to go bother

them about my opportunity.

It's not your opportunity. It's the

potential for them to have an

opportunity. Once I shifted my focus,

everything changed.

I'd ask them questions. I'd help them

figure it out and I would, my goal was

not to bother. My goal was not to get

something for me.

My goal was simply to educate them to

the point that they understood what I

had as a potential option, in all the

options they have in life, to be able to

live a better life.

We believe that network marketing is a

better way. We talk about it every single

day, here inside of the Network

Marketing Pro Community, but until you

get solid with that, you're always going

to feel like you're bothering people. But

once you get solid with that, now it's

just it's your passion, it's your mission,

you're out there educating people to the

point that they understand it and it

will be for them or it won't. But if you

get away from your needs and to your

prospects needs, and you do that with

with that heart and that mind and that

intention,

they're going to feel that. They're going

to feel that like a like an animal

senses fear. They're going to feel

that certainty and that confidence and

that compassion and that heart and that

soul in what it is that we have. There's

no question that network marketing

products and services create value in

the world. There's no question. I'm sure

your product or service with your

company provides tremendous value. You

have to decide, are you going to hold that

to yourself or are you going to share it

with the world and educate people so

they understand it.

Same thing is true with our opportunity.

When you get solid with this and you get

it off of you and it's not about

expectation for you. It's about appreciation

for what you have and sharing it with

other people.

Everything will change. So I hope

that helps

and you can approach the next person

when that little thought creeps in your

head,

That says oh I don't want to bother them, that

you will go wait I'm not here to bother. I'm

here to bring a gift so that's our show

for today. Ladies and gentlemen, my wish for

all of you is that you decide to become a

network marketing professional. That you

decide to Go Pro because it is a

stone-cold fact we do have a better way.

Now let's go tell the world. Everybody have an

amazing day. We'll see you tomorrow. Take care.

HOME REMEDIES FOR WHITE TEETH II सफ़ेद दांतो के लिए घरेलू उपचार II BY SATVINDER KAUR - Duration: 1:53.

Hello friends I am Satvinder kaur & welcomes you on F3 health & beauty care.

White teeth could be anybody's dream, specially women.

Many people have plain white teeth or off white teeth

Too much consumption of black tea, coffee, chocolates or tobacco brings stain on the teeth.

But these stain do not stop the functioning of the teeth

But it makes a person self conscious

So, we have tested home remedy which will whiten & brighten your teeth.

So, for that you need a banana

You can eat the banana but you can use this

Banana peel, yes use banana peel inner side

just rub on your teeth & rinse it off

it will whiten you teeth, its a very easy & simple home remedy

There is another home remedy for whitening your teeth, while brushing your teeth apply paste on your brush.

And just put a pinch of baking soda in it & brush your teeth and then rinse it off

But there is a piece of caution

As baking soda is abrasive , it can erode you tooth enamel

So, just use once or twice in a week, it will definitely help & whiten your teeth.

Again the third home remedy is, you can just apply olive oil on your finger & just rub on your teeth.

and rinse it warm water.

You can even try dry basil leaves & just apply on your teeth & rinse it off.

So, say cheese and show off your white glow with bright and keep smiling.

Send us your suggestions & comments on the email address given below & never forget to subscribe.

See you next time on F3 health & beauty care. Till then take care...

Refuse the Mark of the Beast Chip!! (Practical Preparations!) - Duration: 6:55.

What are some practical things we can do  to resist accepting the Mark of the Beast?

What can we do now to prepare for  the difficult times that are coming soon?

Hi. I'm training to be an end time survivor

by listening to the truth with an open heart  and learning how to live a radical Christian life.

The Mark of the Beast is coming. It will be very hard to refuse.

Without it, we won't be able to buy or sell.

We need to think about that now, and make changes so we will be ready when it comes.

I will give you five practical ways to prepare now for the difficult times ahead.

The first one is: Learn to live on less.

The world is constantly getting more stuff.  TV, magazines, movies all promote this idea.

The American dream is bigger houses,  newer cars, more clothes in the cupboard.

It's all about having and getting more and more.

But Jesus taught the opposite.  He said, "Don't build up wealth on earth.

"Build up wealth in heaven."

So we are going in the opposite direction.  We're learning to live with less.

One benefit of living with less,  is that we appreciate more what we already have.

Most of us have a lot more than we need,  and we can use our extra stuff to help others.

We probably won't be able to help the poor during the Great Tribulation.

We won't have much opportunity to help financially, and it may be dangerous to do very much.

So, if you are not helping others now, you probably won't do it when it is more dangerous.

A second practical way to prepare is learn to live with inconveniences.

The Mark of the Beast is very convenient.  Everything happens quickly and painlessly.

Living without the Mark will not be so easy.  But we can prepare little-by-little if we start now.

This points to the next way to prepare,  which is learning to go at a slower pace.

The world is always trying to do things faster.  New technology helps us to do this.

We can travel at higher speeds, cook quickly,  wash faster, and communicate instantly.

Technology was supposed to give us more time; but it mostly creates more work and more stress.

So, to fight this, we need to stop! We need space for God, and time for people.

Without it, we will never be able to hear what God wants to tell us.

A practical illustration is the chipped transport card that some countries are now using.

When we saw it coming,  some of us started using bicycles more.

We learned to live at a different pace.  This was one step to living outside the system.

Another way to prepare  is to link up with other sincere Christians.

The day when Jesus returns is near. Hebrews 10:25 says to live with other believers,  especially when we see that final day coming.

We need to encourage and strengthen each other.   We need to reach out and find other sincere Christians.

There's so much hypocrisy in the world  that we can feel very lonely.

It is hard to find people who want to do the right thing.  But do not give up looking.

Keep looking for sincere Christians.  The best way to find them is to be sincere ourselves.

The more sincere we are,  the more we will attract other sincere people,  and the more we will repel the hypocrites.

So keep looking, and when you find someone who really wants to obey God,  don't worry too much about what they believe.

We will all have differences,  and none of us has all the answers.

But if there is sincerity, if there is humility and love,  then we can overcome our differences.

Pride blocks us from connecting with other Christians.  If we do connect, the connections are very superficial.

There are many disagreements among Christians. If we are not prepared to work through our differences,

we will look for a  comfortable place  more than a place that will help us grow spiritually.

My fifth practical suggestion  is to start spreading Jesus' message.

Jesus said to go into all the world,  preaching and making disciples.

When we do that, we will find other lost sheep. Together we will start to form communities.

These communities will strengthen us  for the end times.

There are other practical ways to prepare.  That includes important SPIRITUAL preparations.

More videos on this channel will help you on your way. So subscribe to this channel  and set it to receive notifications.

That way, you won't miss these important videos.  I hope you will take them seriously.

You can join our forum  where we discuss other changes that we need to make.

We are slowly connecting  with sincere believers from around the world.

Please do not delay this decision to prepare.

The most important point in this video is the need to act now; don't wait.

Remember, time is short. Let's make the most of it.

Washington prepares to bring North Koreans to U.S. for talks report February 19, 2017 - Duration: 10:41.

Washington prepares to bring North Koreans to U.S. for talks report

Preparations are under way to bring senior North Korean officials to the United States

for talks with former U.S. officials, the first such meeting in more than five years,

The Washington Post reported on Sunday.

The talks would be the clearest indication yet that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un wants

to communicate with the new Trump administration.

Planning for the "Track 1.5 talks" is still in a preparatory stage, the Post reported,

citing multiple people with knowledge of the arrangements.

That name, reflecting planned contact between former U.S. officials and current North Korean

ones, is a reference to what are known as "Track 2" talks involving former officials

on both sides.

The U.S. State Department has not yet approved the North Koreans' visas for the talks, the

newspaper said.

A State Department spokesman commented to Reuters only that Track 2 meetings "routinely"

take place on a variety of topics around the world and occur independent of the U.S. government.

A White House official commented that the U.S. government had no plans to meet with

North Korea.

North Korea's testing of an intermediate-range ballistic missile drew international condemnation

last week.

President Donald Trump told a news conference after the test: Obviously North Korea is a

big, big problem and we will deal with that very strongly."

Cleveland Fed chief 'comfortable' raising rates if economy keeps performing

Cleveland Federal Reserve President Loretta Mester said on Monday she would be comfortable

raising interest rates at this point if the economy maintained its current pace of performance.

In a speech in Singapore, Mester, seen as one of the more hawkish Fed officials, said

the economy was on a "sound footing".

She also cautioned against asking the central bank to solve problems beyond its control,

such as low productivity growth.

"We did have a temporary oil price shock which held down inflation, we had the dollar appreciation

which held down inflation.

Those have passed through and the trend in inflation is, it's moving up," Mester said

during a Q&A session with the audience after her speech at a central banking seminar in

Singapore.

"So I'm comfortable that inflation is near its goal and moving toward its goal...

I'd be comfortable with an increase in the (federal) funds rate at this point, if the

economy keeps going the way it's going."

Mester has dissented against decisions to keep rates steady at past meetings, instead

preferring a faster pace of rate hikes.

On Monday, she urged the Fed to focus on returning to a more normal policy footing, including

trimming its $4.5-trillion bond portfolio.

Fed Chair Janet Yellen said last week that the U.S. central bank will likely need to

raise interest rates at an upcoming meeting, although she flagged considerable uncertainty

over economic policy under the Donald Trump administration.

The Fed has raised rates twice in two years and expects to pick up the pace of tightening

this year as unemployment, at 4.8 percent, has fallen to near an equilibrium level and

as the Republican-controlled White House and Congress are expected to provide fiscal stimulus.

Mester added she was "very doubtful that monetary policy could be targeted to spur a strong

pickup in the types of investment in human capital and physical capital that would raise

productivity growth."

Years of disappointing productivity growth has stymied the Fed's expectations that the

U.S. economy would grow sustainably quicker than its roughly 2-percent rate.

Turning to the balance sheet, which the Fed quadrupled in the wake of the financial crisis

to spur investment and hiring, Mester reiterated the central bank expected to shed its mortgage-backed

bonds and return to an all-Treasuries portfolio.

"The return to primarily Treasuries will take some time, but it will be welcome because

... it may help guard against future calls for the Federal Reserve to enter into the

realm of fiscal policy," she said.

'CEO' Tillerson faces internal skeptics, crisis-battling

One of Rex Tillerson's first directives as U.S. secretary of state was an order to senior

staff that his briefing materials not exceed two pages.

It was a reflection of Tillerson's management style honed at the helm of Exxon Mobil, an

oil company known for its relentless focus on efficiency, and one reason his closest

aides at the State Department refer to him as "the CEO" rather than "the Secretary."

More than a dozen current and former U.S. officials familiar with briefing procedures

said Tillerson's predecessors would typically request far more detailed information.

His aide R.C. Hammond said the directive reflected Tillerson's focus on key facts rather than

lack of interest in finer points of foreign policy.

"He is asking people to be efficient with their information," Hammond said, adding that

if Tillerson needed more information he would ask for it.

"He is a decision-maker and he needs the facts in front of him."

As a first-time government official with no prior diplomatic experience, Tillerson faces

close scrutiny over how successful he will be in managing both the State Department bureaucracy

and its relations with Donald Trump and his administration.

Senior State Department officials who have attended meetings with Tillerson say they

find him sociable and a man of substance, whose direct manner and probing questions

reflect his training as an engineer seeking to solve problems rather than play politics.

The veteran oil executive also made a good impression on his first foreign trip to a

Group of 20 summit in Bonn, Germany, last week.

Four senior diplomats who met him told Reuters they were relieved to find that he was pragmatic

and open to dialogue.

Yet a key concern for U.S. diplomats is how effective his team can be in shaping foreign

policy in the new administration.

Just two State Department positions of 116 key posts requiring executive branch nomination

have been filled, according to the nonpartisan Partnership for Public Service - Tillerson's

and that of U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.

For example, Tillerson still has no deputy after Trump rejected his top choice, Elliott

Abrams.

"People want to back him," one veteran senior official said about the former Exxon Mobil

boss.

"But people are feeling that this building is being stripped," said the official, referring

to a sense that with so many top positions vacant, the State Department is not fully

equipped to help make policy in the new administration.

here is also unease over possible deep staff cuts and the future of some departments.

Two people said employees in the Bureau of Management and Resources were told to apply

for other positions within the State Department.

Hammond, Tillerson's aide said no decision had been taken to close that division.

IN OR OUT OF THE LOOP?

On one recent matter of longstanding U.S. foreign policy, Tillerson appeared to be sidelined.

On Feb. 14, while Tillerson was at a dinner with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu

in a State Department dining room, news headlines emerged suggesting the United States was backing

away from supporting a two-state solution for Israelis and Palestinians.

The two-state solution is the bedrock of the international community's policy for a settlement

between Israel and the Palestinians, but Trump suggested last week he was open to abandoning

it if both sides agree.

"No one had been informed of any changes in policy and the Secretary was about to leave

on his first major trip," said one senior State Department official, referring to Tillerson's

visit to Bonn.

Tillerson's acting deputy Tom Shannon also did not take part in Trump's meeting with

Netanyahu at the White House the following day when his boss was on his way to Europe,

according to one U.S. official.

It was unclear whether Tillerson had been left out of the loop deliberately or by accident,

said two officials.

A White House official told Reuters he did not know whether Tillerson was briefed in

advance.

In response to broader concerns about communication between the State Department and the new administration,

he said both coordinated "very well."

"There are open lines of communications in both directions," the official, who declined

to be named, said.

"The White House and the State Department coordinate closely across a full range of

issues that concern both organizations."To be sure, on another important issue, Tillerson

had his say in persuading Trump to back Washington's stance on "One China" policy, which acknowledges

Beijing's position that Taiwan is part of it.

Trump has in the past appeared to question whether the United States would continue to

respect that.

Hammond said Tillerson was on the phone with Trump several times a day.

"This is the general style of the president to have quick check-ins with people, get people's

advice on things," he said.

"Information for CEOs flows up, and as a former CEO (Tillerson) understands that."

Tillerson has said little publicly since he started and his aides are quick to draw a

contrast between him and predecessor John Kerry, a former senator and presidential candidate

who reveled in extensive foreign travel and deal making.

"Tillerson is not John Kerry, it is unfair to compare the two," said Hammond.

"He will quietly go about his job as a counselor and advisor to the president."

For Tillerson's State Department the concern is how to maintain a similar degree of communication

with an administration grappling with a succession of crises, nine officials involved in foreign

policy and security issues, said.

Over the past month the White House has faced legal setbacks over its immigration orders,

the resignation of Trump's national security adviser and an investigation into possible

links between his campaign and Russian intelligence.

Monday's resignation of Michael Flynn, who served as Trump's national security adviser

for just 24 days, in particular created a vacuum at the National Security Council, which

acts as a key partner for the State Department in formulating Washington's foreign policy.
