Hey Everyone, Avni here and welcome back to my channel

Today's video will be very interesting

I will share with you two different methods of getting "pinkish glow" to your skin and that too using only one vegetable

Vegetable name is "Beetroot" also called "chukandar" in Hindi

I will cover a "Beetroot face mask" in the first half and "Beetroot juice" in second half of this video

To start with, first we will clean our face using raw milk (fresh unprocessed milk)

With the help of a cotton, apply it to your face.

This process helps with removing the excessive oil and dirt you have on your face.

Massage your face for 1-2 minutes

Leave it for few minutes until it gets dry and then wash your face.

Gently pat your skin with towel.

Grate beetroot into fine pieces and use a strainer to take out the juice

Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, glycerin, Aloe Vera gel and ½ tablespoon sandalwood powder.

Mix it well ..

Add one tablespoon of lime juice.. if you want you can add fresh lime juice too..

It's ready to use now...

Apply it on your face

Lot of us know about the benefits of eating beetroot but using beetroot as a facemask is not something which lot of us know

Beetroot is very effective for your skin whether it's in a form of food, drink or face mask. Helps with healing the dead skin too..

This helps a lot in improving your skin tone and getting pinkish glow to your face.

This face mask holds well for all skin types whether it's regular, dry or oily.

This face mask works really well on acne prone or blackhead prone skins.

Even if you have dark circles or puffy eyes, this face mask will be a great help.

Leave it on your face for 20-25 minutes and then wash it

Still the process is not complete

Apply the left over beetroot juice pulp on your face now

this will also help to make your face and lips soft and also acts like a moisturizer.

Wait for few minutes and wash it with water..

To make "Beetroot juice" – I have taken 2 medium size carrot, 1 piece of ginger, 1 beetroot and around 100 ml of water.. Add it to the mixer.

Use a strainer to filter out the juice..

Add ½ tablespoon of black pepper, ½ tablespoon cumin seed powder, black salt as per your taste, 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix it well!!

transfer it to the glass to drink it

You can enjoy this drink on daily basis, since it's a good source of anti-oxidants so it will help you make your skin looks young, fresh and soft.

Even for dark circle or its supper effective... Beetroot has lots of vitamins and minerals which help with improving blood flow to the scalp..

Zack Wheeler quietly defiant that he will pitch for Mets in 2017 - Duration: 4:25.

PORT ST. LUCIE — Chances are Zack Wheeler has never been described as defiant, not with a laid-back personality that translates into an easygoing manner on and off the baseball field.

And I'm not sure it's the right word now, after spending some time talking to him in the Mets' clubhouse, but, well, let's put it this way: Wheeler hears the noise out there and he wants to shout it down with the right arm that once seemed to hold the most promise of all the Mets' celebrated starting pitchers.

He knows that some fans are ready to give up on him, convinced that early soreness here in spring training is proof he'll never make it back from his 2015 Tommy John surgery, and it angers him.

The trick is making it work for him rather than against him when he has been living with and fighting doubts for months now, or since a series of setbacks kept him from making an expected return to the starting rotation last summer.

And in this social media-crazed world it is more difficult than ever to tune out the noise.

"I was actually thinking about that when I was on the field,'' Wheeler was saying at his locker. "Because it gets to a point where people stop believing in you: they say it's either in your head or you don't want to play.

"That can get to you, but finally, I was like, 'why am I letting this get in my head and bother me?' I couldn't care less what people say about me, but they don't understand how much I want to be out there.

"I just want to be healthy and pitch. I miss it. I think I kind of took it for granted, but two years is a long, long time.''

On Sunday, Wheeler took a step in the right direction, throwing a bullpen for the first time since experiencing soreness earlier in the week, and said he felt good about it afterward.

Yet the doubt never goes away entirely after what he has been through, missing two full seasons since surgery in March of 2015.

You could hear it in Wheeler's voice on his first day in camp, when he said he wasn't getting his hopes up about a return to form because he'd already had so many setbacks. But since then he has indicated that's a mind game he plays, feeling more comfortable keeping expectations down publicly.

The reality, however, is that he came to camp with high hopes after an offseason in which he finally was able to throw regularly without the slightest bit of discomfort in his elbow.

"This whole offseason I was on a throwing program and it wasn't bothering me,'' he said. "I was letting it loose, I was letting it eat, throwing as hard as I could, and I was fine.

Wheeler is still trying to get back on the mound following Tommy John surgery in 2015.

"I wasn't even getting sore the next day, which was surprising to me. I was like, 'what's going on here? I'm not even sore.' And of course I come here and it gets sore.

"I don't think I was trying to do too much, but when you get on that mound, you know you need to pick it up a little to start getting ready for games.

"It's beyond frustrating. I'm so tired of it, I just want to be healthy and pitch. But I wasn't really worried because it was still coming out of my hand well.

And now it's feeling good.''

Even so, Wheeler didn't push his arm during his bullpen session Sunday, taking Dan Warthen's advice to be cautious in ramping back up to full effort in the coming days.

So it remains to be seen if Wheeler can get over the hump, and while it's easy to conclude the odds are against him, Steven Matz went through a similar ordeal, missing more than two full seasons after Tommy John surgery in 2010.

"I've talked to Zack about it,'' Matz said. "But I don't know if it's the same as it was for me. I had to break through the scar tissue.

Everybody is telling you, 'just push through it, push through it,' but it's hard to do that when your arm feels restricted."

In Matz's case, it wasn't until Dr. James Andrews told him an MRI in 2012 made it unclear whether he might need a second surgery, and the only way to know for sure was to go out and throw as hard as he could and see if the elbow held up.

Matz did so without pain and says it "gave me peace of mind'' that allowed him to finally return to pitching.

To that, Wheeler says, "I've had the peace of mind. It's not that.''

No, he says, as if wanting to speak to the doubters on Twitter directly, "It's not in my head."

That's as close as Wheeler will come to declaring he'll get through this and pitch in 2017. For him it's practically defiant.

5. Value growth investing for beginners - Duration: 4:55.

Now that we've covered the basics

investing, I'd like to talk about what we

mean by value growth investing.

Value growth investing is a method of

investing that finds businesses with

growth potential and buys them when they're good value.

I've been following this approach for

many years after learning about it from

people like Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger.

But in order for this to work we need

to understand what we mean by growth and

what we mean by value. Growth in anything is

simply ending up with more than you

started with. So a growth company is one

whose value is expected to be greater in

the future so that it could be sold for a

price greater than that paid now.

But deciding which companies are likely to grow

in the future can be tricky and I exclude

financial companies, mining companies and

companies whose profits go up and down

in cycles because these are hard for me to

predict future growth. In general all

investing is about value, we want to buy

stock in a company that's priced lower

than we think it's worth. The problem is

how do we put a price on that value?

Traditionally value investing was about

buying a company for less than its

assets were worth. This was a method that was

taught by Benjamin Graham and initially

practiced by Warren Buffett but these

days it's almost impossible to find

quality companies that are priced below

their net worth. Value growth investing is

about looking for companies that have

growth potential and buying them when

they're good value. The value in this case

comes from the fact that the stock

market is not taking the future growth

potential into account, resulting in the

company being underpriced at present.

So it's more about a misprice of the growth

potential of the company rather than

the mispricing of the assets of the company.

The intrinsic value is the

absolute value of the company, not the

value relative to other companies in the

same industry and not the value put on

the company by the stock market or news

story hype. In the short term a company's

stock price says nothing about the

absolute value of the company.

In the long term it's to be hoped that the stock market

will recognise the absolute value

and provide a good return on the

investor's money.

So how do we calculate intrinsic value?

Well there are various models and calculations

we could use but I don't think trying to

calculate intrinsic value has merit

there are way too many variables and

unknowns instead look at the growth

factors that are important and decide if

these factors are included in the

current stock price. If not then the stock

becomes a possible purchase.

Also decide if too much cash is needed to provide this

growth and if so then the stock

becomes a possible pass. In other words

growth is always a component in the

calculation of value, whose importance

can range from negligible to enormous

and whose impact can be negative as well

as positive. Another important part of

making good investment decisions is

removing emotion from the equation.

Many investors buy on the hype in

financial news and sell when things look

generally bleak. This is a method that

will eat away at your returns, so try not to

get caught up in herd behaviour.

Fear and greed are two main factors behind short-term

price movements and should be removed from the

investors emotional make-up.

Warren Buffett believes that markets are

efficient in the long run but highly

inefficient in the short run and these

irrational prices can be exploited to earn

market-beating returns year-on-year.

To paraphrase Benjamin Graham: in the short

run the market is a voting machine but

in the long run it's a weighing machine.

Value growth companies are expected to

grow in the future and are purchased when

they represent good value for money now.

So how do we find them? I use free online tools

to screen the stocks of a given exchange

looking for factors that indicate

good growth potential.

I exclude companies that may be cyclical

or in industries that I don't feel confident

in understanding. And I then download

financial reports for the past five to

ten years and analyse these in a

spreadsheet I designed to check that

the growth isn't going to come at too

great a price.

Once those checks are

performed I'm left with a handful of companies

to check in more detail, by reading annual

reports and online sources of

information about the company so that I

have a better understanding of the

underlying business.

I don't look at analyst recommendations

since I prefer to do my own research that

isn't clouded by any potentially biased reports.

In the next few lessons I'll

introduce the online tools that I use

to screen and analyse value growth

companies, so that making investing

decisions becomes easy and stress-free.

Retired firefighter offers to buy safety gear for 'Suicide Squad' while Port Authority only vows... - Duration: 3:44.

Responding to a Daily News story revealing that, denied safety harnesses, Port Authority cops cling to one another as they try to stop suicides off the George Washington Bridge, the agency promised Sunday to speed construction of safety fencing on the mile-long span.

At the same time, though, the agency was less committal about equipping its heroic "Suicide Squad" cops with $40 safety harnesses, promising only to "review" the issue.

Completion of a permanent safety barrier is expected to take several years at a time when the cops are called on to save would-by jumpers once every four days.

The Suicide Prevention Team rescued 70 people last year, but another 12 slipped through their fingers, sometimes literally.

The lack of safety gear outraged retired FDNY Deputy Chief Joseph DiBernardo so much that he told The News he'd pay for the harnesses out of his own pocket. "It's like sending a cop out without a (Kevlar) vest!" DiBernardo, 75, said.

"Steam was coming out of my ears when I read that story."

A standard safety harness costs $40 on Amazon.

Port Authority spokesman Joseph Pentangelo said agency brass "will review the request for harnesses and officers' concerns." He added that "the agency is seeking to install temporary safety fencing on the bridge as soon as possible."

As part of a major renovation to the world's busiest bridge, one walkway will reopen with a permanent safety fence in 2020, and another walkway will be upgraded by 2024, officials said.

Factors contributing to the cost and complexity of the project include the challenge of designing and installing a fence that is strong, yet porous enough to not strain the bridge's steel in high winds, officials said.

A net was placed over a decade ago beneath the Munster Terrace cathedral in Bern, Switzerland, and since then, no suicide attempts have been reported, according to California's San Jose Mercury News.

Construction on a $204 million safety net beneath San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge is set to begin this year.

Retired FDNY Deputy Chief Joe DiBernardo said he was outraged over the lack of safety gear for the GW Bridge's Suicide Prevention Team. He's offered to pay for their harnesses.

Last month, Eugena Perlov and her daughter sued the Port Authority for failing to install protective barriers on the suspension bridge, calling it a "suicide magnet."

Perlov's husband, Vladimir, plunged to his death off the bridge in January 2016.

"If there were barriers, there was a great chance he wouldn't have done it," Perlov, 43, said.

DiBernardo, a crusader for proper safety gear, said it would be a tragedy if an officer was killed trying to save a life. His son was a firefighter who died, along with three other firefighters, as a result of injuries he suffered in the Black Sunday tragedy of 2005.

DiBernardo said his son could have survived if he had been equipped with a "bailout system" for escaping through windows.

He started the Lt. Joseph P. DiBernardo Memorial Foundation, which provides safety equipment to underfunded firehouses around the country.

"We're extremely appreciative of the Joseph P. DiBernardo Memorial Foundation offer. That's the true spirit of first responders.

We're all looking out for each other," Port Authority Patrolmen's Benevolent Association spokesman Bobby Egbert said.

A Port Authority official also expressed gratitude, but said money was not causing the holdup, declining to elaborate.

Egbert said cops manning the George Washington Bridge first submitted a request for harnesses around three years ago, and made subsequent requests. But he said risk management officials raised concerns about them creating a "false sense of security," and where they would be anchored.

Pentangelo noted that the PA's Emergency Service Unit cops have harnesses.

Union president Paul Nunziato shot back: "It is apparent the Port Authority does not understand the exigent circumstances involved when one is intent on taking their life. The overwhelming majority of these incidents involve immediate patrol officer action. That action does not include the officer the luxury of asking the suicidal person to please wait for ESU."

Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook connect for alley-oop in NBA All-Star Game - Duration: 1:28.

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook are putting their differences aside for the All-Star Game.

Westbrook joined Durant on the court for the Western Conference about midway through the first quarter Sunday in New Orleans, and the duo connected on an alley-oop shortly after.

Westbrook passed to a cutting Durant in the middle of the paint. Durant spun and offered a one-handed lob back to Westbrook, who flushed it home to cheers from the crowd - and fellow players.

"Oh my god what just happened?!" Steph Curry, Durant's Warriors teammate, said on the West bench after watching the dunk.

Just last weekend, the two superstars engaged in heated exchanges during the Warriors' 130-114 win over the Thunder, and they haven't been on speaking terms. This week in New Orleans, Westbrook refused to answer questions about playing alongside Durant for the West.

But there may be hope for a mended relationship, after all.

Angelina Jolie opens up about family's 'difficult time' amid divorce from Brad Pitt - Duration: 1:47.

Angelina Jolie is speaking out about her family's turmoil for the first time since filing for divorce from husband Brad Pitt.

The actress and mother of six, who was in Cambodia promoting her self-directed film "First They Killed My Father," opened up about how her family has dealth with the split.

"I don't want to say very much about that, except to say it was a very difficult time and we are a family and we will always be a family, and we will get through this time and hopefully be a stronger family for it," she told BBC World News.

Jolie brought all six children — Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 — to Cambodia with her for the press tour.

The "Maleficent" actress filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences, according to court documents obtained by the Daily News.

Pitt was accused of abusing Maddox aboard a private flight, but was eventually cleared of all allegations by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services and the FBI.

The couple publicly fought over custody of their six children since then, but swore in January to settle their divorce in private.

Jolie said her priority is helping her family "finding a way through" the divorce and custody battle.

"Many, many people find themselves in this situation. My whole family, we've all being through a difficult time. My focus is my children, our children… and my focus is finding this way through," she told BBC World News.

"We are and forever will be a family. I am coping with finding a way through to make sure that this somehow makes us stronger and closer."
