what the next day is going to be it's so
bad around here that I can't even keep
the windows open when we sleep at night
because the problem comes in the window
and that's you know my baby kind of gets
mad because she likes the windows to be
open and you know when she loves the
free flow and error but it's like I
cannot handle during pollen season but
anyway this this honey and lemon local
honey and lemon solution
um i get about seven there's another
natural cure cold metal n ET le you get
it off ebay or health store I haven't
really seen a lot of good with this you
know I've taken it a few times but I
can't say it's not been all that good
for me i would read about it for now
this next one butterbur I've had some
pretty good experience with this but it
hasn't in there again
there have been times when it has not
solved the problem but for the most part
I think I've had pretty good experience
with it and so I do pop one of these a
day you're not supposed to take more
than two a day it's called butterbur
extract bu TT er be you are extract so I
get this around six a little bit less
than the the local honey so I I'm saying

medicine and again i put it around maybe
for when pollen season is really tough

go into church i'm gonna take 45 of

from happening if things are already
good but I don't expect it to fix me
when I'm in a serious pollen allergy
attack so this is called highlands

the same category as metal for ok before
i get to the bomb
let's talk about there's another one
called a crazy cure and it's basically
where some guy says that if you tap your
head and just to say something like a I
wish my pollen allergy would go away and
then you tap your forehead i wish my
pollen allergy would go away i wish my
problems would go away and you tap the
side of your head punched and you keep
doing that night I do it you do your
breastbone and you keep saying I wish my
pop and then you do your stardom and at
the end you're supposed to go and my
apology and you breathe out really has
gone away him and it makes you feel so
stupid why you're doing it but it takes
your mind off your popularity so
actually it does have I have done it
when i'm having a major problem attack
because i don't have my life solutions
around and i gotta say it it makes me
feel so stupid i start giggling that
it's like my frame of mind changes and
it may help you a little bit

that procedure with this stuff

you don't have to worry about blowing
your nose anymore because it's it's done

again so after all of this my holly
