Especially during the summer time

What do I do for a six pack?

What do I eat for a six pack?

What can I think about if I want to get a six pack?

Well, six packs are very easy to get actually

You just have to eat healthy

But to get strong abs, you can do this exercise anywhere

In fact for myself, I think I haven't done a crunch in about

Maybe almost 10 years

But my six pack is pretty good

All I do for it

You can do it anywhere

Now you need to keep your form very tight on this one

Put your hands down like this

So you can have a bit of a pull

Get your legs straight

Now then, squeeze your butt

And squeeze your abs

And try to bring your elbows toward your hip

So squeeze

And keep your abs nice and tight

And make sure, you can hear in my voice that I'm wavering

Make sure you're not relaxed

Your back isn't sagging, it's not perking up too high

Nice and neutral, and squeeze your butt

And your abs

And that's it

2017 Pulsar 150 Review - 10 Changes | MotorBeam - Duration: 3:47.

Hi guys and welome to MotorBeam.

The Pulsar 150 is the top selling Bajaj Pulsar model and it has been updated for 2017.

Now the changes aren't only cosmetic, there is a mechanical change as well.

We are here at Bajaj Auto's Chakan test track to sample the changes.

The headlight on the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 150 gets the automatic headlight on feature which

means that the headlight on switch has been removed.

The bike gets new graphics which Bajaj likes to call as the laser edged theme.

It looks quite attractive and it also gets rim stripes.

Bajaj Auto has also updated the console on the Pulsar 150 with new graphics, it also

gets faux carbon fibre treatment around.

Bajaj has made changes to the engine of the Pulsar 150, now it complies with BS-IV emission

norms but there are mechanical changes too.

For starters the bottom-end of the Pulsar 150's engine is similar to the Pulsar 180

and Pulsar 220.

The company has reduced the bore and increased the stroke to increase torque by 1 Nm while

power has decreased by 1 PS.

The overall result of this exercise is that the Pulsar 150 offers better low-end performance.

There have been improvements to the NVH of this motorcycle, it gets a revamped intake

and exhaust and sounds much better than before, thanks to the bigger muffler.

Bajaj Auto has also made changes to the clutch and gearshift of this motorcycle, now it uses

a low drag clutch and overall gear shifts are very positive.

The Pulsar 150 gets a reinforced chassis for better dynamics, the suspension is now plusher

than before and overall the ride quality is quite good.
