So I know I said I'm gonna upload more song covers in different languages,

but I didn't manage to prepare any other song yet

and Sapphire Charm gave me this really cool idea of making another version of my last video

but this time, instead of singing Jacksfils' YIAY theme in five languages,

sing each word in a different language,

so I wanted to do that.

And I'm also gonna sing the Dutch and Portuguese translations

posted in the comments of my last video

as a tribute for you guys for being so awsome

and being my first viewers and...

I hope pronounce right.

Geef antwoord in het commentaar beneden,

ik zal mijn favorieten kiezen voor in de volgende aflevering van GVIJ!

Deixa suas respostas nos comentarios abaixo,

eu vou pegar as minhas favoritas no proximo episodio de OEPV

So that's it, I hope in a few weeks I mannage to

upload my Esperanto version of

Halleluja by Leonard Cohen

or

my Hebrew version of Christina Perri's Jar of Hearts

and...

Bye bye!

See you next time!

DEEPEST COAL MINE IN EUROPE available for Tourists. #PART 2 | Guido - Poland - Duration: 30:23.

###PART 2 of our Adventure ###

### DEEPEST COAL MINE IN EUROPE available for Tourists. ###

### Guido Mine - Poland ###

** prepare yourself for loud noise **

** ventilator turn on to get some air in lower lvls. We are about 320 m below surface. **

Before miners were able to extract coal, some ppl have to make those sidewalk tunnels to it.

Today sidewalks are made by roadheader.

Earlier there were no equipment like this, so they were using explosives.

Drill the hole, put explosives inside and light it up.

After explosion they were using Stacker/Reclaimer like this.

Later it was transported to the surface.

In good conditions they were able to drill a hole for explosives 2.4m long. After explosion they have to take out about 30 to 35 tons.

Skilled miner was able to load it about 20 to 30 mins.

Team consists of about 4 to 5 miners.

In one shift they could drill up to 2m of sidewalk like this.

So in one month overall was about 130 / 150 m

Normal mines are not so well lit.

Normal mines have only several lights. At the mine face, crossroads and 3 main chambers.

Rest of it, is completely dark.

I know the mine, that has 500 km of sidewalks.

Today it would be very expensive.

Now we will turn off our lights and see how it looks like in real mine.

This is why every miner takes with him portable flashlight.

Flashlight runtime is about 12 h.

** another report **

**He tells us about report. How many ppl are with him and if its everything ok. **

There are some cases when you can't put fire out with water or by fire extinguisher.

How to put out a fire?

No air no fire.

So we create this isolation gates. But you cant create it until last miner come back from fire area.

Alive or not. It doesn't matter.

When miner is leaving, he should report about situation or amount of ppl in his area.

In case of fire, the main problem is if everybody is out danger area.

Because when we cut off air supply, he will die.

Every miner takes with him escape respirator.

They provide air for about 0,5 to 1h.

In this time he have to get back to the safe zone.

Some of them die.

This is why reports about ppl count is so important.

This is example of isolation gates.

You can see how dark sidewalk can be.

We are now 320 m below.

We go down another 15m extra.

We are now 335m below surface.

We are also 80m below Baltic Sea

In that way you can go 20m deeper. 355 m below surface and 100 m below Baltic Sea.

Now we will go 15m up.

Down here, we move a lot of different materials.

Moving them was possible by those windlass.

Transport needed good preparation, like signalization, catchers ("dogs"), power supply and more.

4 miners, transport was very ineffective and dangerous.

Since 90's mines start to buy suspended tractors.

Cabin is on every end.

One driver, and he is pulling carts of coal or transporting people..

Czechs and Slovaks were using them earlier than us Poles

One mine have over a dozen or several dozen kilometers of suspended track.

We can say that those suspended tractors were transport revolution down here.

Transport become much safer and more efficient.

Exhaust cooling system "Dry" heat exchanger

** kid is trying to get coal from a wall as souvenir **

##sry guys i don't hear it ##

In 60's standard for miner is 7 to 8 tons. (in these conditions, here it's like 1.2m )

There was a time where woman was allowed to work in the mine.

They worked as signalization coordinator

** kid trying to turn machine on, but don't have enough strengh to push a button :D**

## Warning Loud Noice ##

In 60's miners were using this type of combine harvesters

Combine have his own hydraulic tractor

He is moving from left to right.

He is also loading 60 - 70% coal.

Rest of it is loaded by shovels.

Coal extraction from walls you saw earlier is 200 - 300 tons per 24h.

And here is up to 1200 - 1500 tons of coal.

In a moment we will see combines that were in use at late 70's.

Here is an old mine machine that was forgotten by miners.

It was used to Longwall mining.

Works similar to chainsaw.

It rips coal from wall, to about 1,5m in depth.

We drill slots for explosives in a distance from each other about 80 - 100 cm.

Put small package of explosives.

800 - 1000 grams

And than we can rip the coal. We switch directions of drilling in machine settings.

When it moves up, it will load the coal. Rest of it have to be loaded by miners.

What is the point of this?

When we extract coal with machine, we get : 15-20 % thick coal and grain with diameter 15-20 mm

If we don't use it, we get thick coal up to 50%, but extraction overall is smaller.

** this is example of collapsed tunnel **

In a moment we are about to see machine that was imported in 50s or 60s to Poland

Lightweight combine-harvester usually under 26 tons.

It can be used to drill through rocks.

** can't hear him sorry :( **

Roadheader AM-50z-w is designed to drive headings with a cross section of 16,4 m2 (low version) or 22m2 (high version) in rock having unit compressive strength up to 60 MPa.

Let's go

** The roadheader can be used in underground mines in non-methane and methane fields, in excavations described as "a", "b" or "c" class of methane explosion danger. **

** Also "A" or "B" class of coal dust explosion danger, provided that it will be out of voltage supply in case of max. methane concentration up to 2%. **

## AM-50z-w ##

These spikes are made of cemented carbides

Machinist is drilling tunnel,1m in depth. Then we are going to make it secure.

If these spikes do not chip off rock, and start to grind on it

Within a few minutes, these spikes will be sanded. And they will have to move roadheader back and put explosives.

Holes for them are made by hammer drill.

There is no combine-harvester that will be able to drill tunnels in very hard rocks.

Even the newest combines that weight is about 80 - 100 tons they are also not able to drill through it.

Earlier i was machinist. We were doing tunnels 3.7m wide and 2.9m height

We drilled 60 holes 1.2m depth long.

We took 100 kg of dynamite

Sometimes those 100 kg of dynamite was not enough.

In these types of tunnels miners should work with hearing protectors and dust masks.

If somebody worked here 25 years, even if he used protectors he will definitely have some hearing issue.

and problem with longs

Because dust masks can't protect us from most dangerous type of dust.

KSW-475 shearer is designed for bidirectional cutting and loading coal, it is mounted on the AFC, equipped with chainless haulage system.

Main shearer subassemblies are attached to a special structural frame that provides clearance for coal being conveyed under the shearer.

Stepless adjustment of the cutting range enables coal mining in folded seams of varying thickness.

The KSW-475 can be operated in seams threatened by methane and coal dust explosions.

** Here my battery died. But fortunately it was at the end of the trip. **

** Old Pump room, changed to restaurant **
