What is up everybody this is SuperSight and welcome to my all new Hay Day YouTube channel.

In this channel I will be covering everything Hay Day related as I love Hay Day.

Sorry that there is no video of Hay Day this video as I haven't yet recorded any footage

of Hay Day.

In this video I am telling you about my channel and what it's about.

I will be focusing a lot on how to make coins and XP fast as my saying goes "We will learn

to make coins faster than honey bees make honey" and that is the goal, and that is going

to be the big focus of this channel.

I've played Hay Day a lot and have a reasonable amount of experience.

In this channel I will be progressing through Hay Day from a brand new account, starting

at level 1, this way I will be able to experience all the difficulties of starting the game

with almost no coins and like resources and you know what it's like when you first begin

the game.

I will progressing fast through the levels so I will be like trying to catch up too you

guys and I know how to level up fast so that won't be a problem to get there pretty quickly.

I've got lots of ideas for my first few videos and what they'll be about, but as my channel

grows I will look to you my fan base for ideas and suggestions on what my videos should be

about.

The reason why I started this channel is to educate you on everything I know about Hay

Day, so that you can have the optimum amount of fun and experience while playing Hay Day.

I have watched many videos of the other Hay Day YouTubers and they are truly great YouTubers,

they are having loads of fun and making great videos.

But they don't quite have the videos that I personally was looking for, because I was personally

looking for a Hay Day YouTuber that made lots of educational videos about Hay Day which

would increase my knowledge of the game.

But I couldn't really find a Hay Day YouTuber who was making those kinds of videos.

So I am starting this channel about Hay Day which will be based a lot more around learning,

tips and advice for Hay Day.

It will be loads of fun but the videos will have more specific messages and advice than

that of other YouTuber channels that do Hay Day videos.

Now I like working things out mathematically so I've calculated a whole lot of equations

in Hay Day.

Like I've calculated things that have been very useful to me while playing Hay Day and

that have lead me to get coins and XP easily.

Now I have a lot of knowledge around Hay Day and as my channel progresses I wish to share

the knowledge of Hay Day that I have with you and it will be up to you to decide whether

you find it useful or not, and by knowledge I by now means mean hacks or cheats, I absolutely

appose Hacking and Cheating in Hay Day or any game for that matter, I think it's wrong.

But by knowledge I mean useful as calculations about the profitability of different products

and that, and I will be going through that in the videos it will just take a while to

share it all because there's so much to know about Hay Day.

I will try and keep the videos specific as I want it to be useful to you and like not

like drag out over ages, so I will be nice and good.

And I've done hours of research for you and read huge amounts of Hay Day related content,

and I've gained much knowledge from that, I hope to use all my knowledge which I have

gained and also as well as from reading there's various other way I've gained that knowledge,

and I want to use that knowledge to create videos which contain the most useful, relevant

knowledge about the topic of the video.

I hope to simplify all of the thousands of words about Hay Day into short, specific,

rich in content videos which will inform you of all the important information regarding

Hay Day, in just a few minutes.

So I will like use everything that is written about different topics and I will just simplify

it for you so it will be, you won't have to like read for ages to work it all out.

I will cover many things throughout my channel like many many things and I will show you

the most effective ways of making coins and XP and many other things as I know the best

way based on my calculations.

I will show you weather buying and reselling products is worthwhile, and if so what products

for what price.

I will cover all the different features of Hay Day and much much more.

Like what I'm saying now is just a fraction of what I will be actually doing in the videos

cause there's just so much good stuff that I've got and I've planned and I've got

ideas for and it's going to be great.

This channel will be about fun and learning for both me and you, as there is always more

to know about Hay Day and so I'll always be learning and I've got lots to share with

you guys and so it's going to be loads of fun.

I intend to grow this YouTube channel at a relatively quick rate, as I am aiming for

number 1 subscribed and viewed Hay Day YouTuber.

Now I know that's going to take effort, and I am fully committed to putting in as

much effort as can into my videos and making the best quality videos there is.

So be sure to subscribe so that you can say that you were one of the first people to subscribe

to this channel because it's going to be awesome.

And also on this channel I won't be buying diamonds on my Hay Day account, so that I

can show you how to be most effective with them and make the most out of them.

Also by me not buying diamonds it won't give me any advantage over you, so I will

be able to understand and relate to the difficulty of the game without many diamonds.

But if you do buy diamonds, which is totally fine, I will be sure to tell you the best

use for them and so whatever diamonds, however many you have I will say what's mathematically

best, the best way to use them.

Now my aim of this channel will be to have loads of fun with you all, but at the same

time give you guys a SuperSight into Hay Day.

What I mean by SuperSight is an Insight into Hay Day, which is Super good, Super detailed

etc., a SuperSight.

I will be giving fantastic well detailed insights into all aspects of Hay Day.

I will be uploading about two new videos on a weekly basis, and yea, I'll find a schedule

and I'll stick to it, so two new videos, it's going to be great.

And I'm looking so forward to doing this YouTube channel with you and other Hay Day

fans.

BraunAbility Q-Series: Design - Duration: 2:37.

First reaction was, 'Man, these things are ugly.'

You know, I wish I could say that, you know, they were so nice that they only needed a

little bit of tweaking, but there was a great potential.

One of the quotes that I've heard is, 'Your products look like 50s farm equipment.'

We really wanted to come up with a new lift that kind of fresh to the market, you know,

it's very appealing to the eye.

The BraunAbility Inboard Lift has a number of design features that are unique and distinctive.

The curvature of the parallel arms, the vertical arm, and the towers – that curve continues

on all three elements to unify them together so that they look like they belong together.

And then the LED lights.

This design integrates them along the side rail, and they're hidden, yet they give full

visibility to the platform and the user to operate the device.

So one of the interesting things about the hand pendant in design and functionality is

the light on the side of the hand pendant.

That actually started as a mistake.

When the designer – at one point we had a short turnaround – and the designer was

coming up with different shapes.

And in the software, when you put together the two pieces, the blue and the black piece,

there was an area that he just didn't fill in.

He was in a hurry.

And when we looked at that, we decided we liked it.

It was this white strip around it and we turned it into a light.

A little serendipity for the project team.

It was important that the user understand how they can operate this in a way that is

easy and understandable.

Additionally for safety, the pendant is designed in such a way that it's protected so that

you can't accidentally activate it.

When it sits in its carriage on the vehicle, it can't be operated.

One of the design aspects we wanted to meet was that the lift would look beautiful and

stay beautiful.

So in order to achieve this, we used stainless steel on any wear surfaces so they won't rust

if the powder coat is rubbed off.

We also limited our contact with moving components and with the ground.

So we looked at making it look intentionally light, intentionally durable, and intentionally

distinctive.

All of those things together, helped us come up with the "look."

We were able to come up with a new design that is very distinctive and unique in the

marketplace and stands out from the others.

Efficient and Effective are two words that confuse a lot of people, both native and non-native

I myself am still struggling sometimes choosing between the two

let's talk about that today.

let start with Effective

Being Effective has to do with doing the right thing in order to achieve the result you want

It usually answers the What question

What do I need to do in order to learn English?

being Efficient has to do with doing things the right way

The right way is about studying English without wasting time, money, or energy/effort.

Minimum time and effort and Maximum level of language proficiency

It answers the How To question

Some people say that being Effective is more important than being Efficient

Doing the right thing will eventually produce the desired result

it might take longer but it will get you the result you want

whereas doing the wrong thing but doing it right/efficiently will get you nowhere

What you want is be both Effective and Efficient

do the right thing and do it without wasting money, time and too much effort

do it right, efficiently

What does is it mean to be an effective language learner?

What do you need to do in order to learn English?

The answer to the What question is easier

We all know what we need to do

we need to read, listen, write and speak the target language as much as we can

There are no magic tricks here

however a lot of learners do things which I consider ineffective

just a few examples

a lot of people use a learning technique called shadowing, don't find it effective

another learning technique called spaced repetition, not effective in my opinion

a lot of people use bilingual dictionaries extremely ineffective way of learning English

what you need to do is use monolingual learners dictionaries

what does it mean to be an efficient language learner?

How to practice the 4 skills of every language

how to practice your listening for instance

Speed learning No, I don't think so.

A lot of people recommend movies, but how to watch those movies

do you watch the whole movie, or just a scene do you watch with subtitles or without

what is the most efficient way of using movies to learn English?

how about writing, this so underrated language skill

How to practice your writing?

how to write grammatically correct sentences?

using Lang-8.com?

No, I don't think so, that's not effective nor efficient

The make-up technique of contouring and highlighting is not known to many,

Which is why you need to know your face shape before you start with the process.

Makeup tutorials might be telling you how to do make-up according to a particular face

shape and

If you have a different cut, it is not going to suit you.

Diamond face shape You should contour the area below your cheekbones,

Starting from your ears and ending in the middle of your cheeks.

Highlight Under your eyes in an upside-down triangle shape and along your brow bone to

brighten your eyes.

Also apply the highlighting powder, in the middle of your forehead and

The middle of your chin as it will broaden these naturally narrow areas.

Heart-face shape Start contouring along the sides of your forehead and temples

So that a balance is created between the wider upper half of your face and the narrow lower

half,

Covering the area below your cheekbones must be contoured starting from ears and ending

in the middle of cheeks.

Since the chin is pointed, dab a bit of powder there to soften.

Highlight under your eyes in an upside-down triangle shape, which brightens the beautiful

feature on your face: eyes.

Now highlight the narrow areas, which would be middle of your forehead and middle of your

chin.

This way they�ll look broaden.

Oblong Face shape You need to contour along your hairline so it seems so you have a lower

hairline and under your chin,

So your face seems rounder.

Also cover the area below your cheekbones starting from your ears and ending in the

middle of your cheeks.

Highlight under your eyes in an upside down triangle shape so that they brighten.

Oval Face Shape Contour the sides of your forehead just slightly to make your hairline

appear narrower and below

Your cheekbones starting from your ears and ending in the middle of your cheeks.

Highlight the middle of your forehead and the middle of your chin.

Don�t miss doing it under your eyes and also along your brow bone for making them

look brighter.

Rectangle Face Shape Contour the sides of forehead to make it look narrower and also

along your hairline so

It creates an illusion of lower hairline.

Apply it on your jaw line as well for its narrower look and on

The area below your cheekbones starting from your ears and ending in the middle of your

cheeks.

Highlight middle of your chin and under your eyes, along your brow bone.

Round Face Shape Contour on the sides of your forehead and along your temples to make the

area narrower.

Also start contouring on the area below your cheekbones starting from your ears to in the

middle of your cheeks,

And then curving down to your jawline so that your face appears longer.

Highlight the middle of your forehead and the middle of your chin and skin under your

eyes in an upside-down triangle shape.

Square Face Shape Start contouring the sides of your forehead to make your hairline appear

narrower and under

Your jawbone as well for the same reason.

Cover the area below your cheekbones also,

Starting from your ears and ending in the middle of your cheeks.

Highlight middle of your forehead and middle of your chin and dab it under your eyes and

Along your brow bone to make your eyes look brighter.

Now, Rancho Mission Viejo is going to encompass six villages, now the first village is the

BraunAbility Q-Series: Rigid - Duration: 1:52.

With the opportunity to start a new project with the focus on quiet while driving, design

aesthetics, and light weight, it really gives us the opportunity to do something new.

To do something different.

To do something revolutionary.

Knowing that we have a customer-first mindset, we wanted to make sure that we can meet their

needs with whatever our new product might be.

Our objective changed during our research phase that it wasn't just about creating the

lightest weight lift.

It needs to have an overall feeling of: safety.

Durable.

Reliable.

These are the things that we wanted to focus on.

We wanted to have a lighter lift, but at the same time, we wanted to increase rigidity.

So one way to reduce weight while still using steel was to reduce our gauge thickness.

So we looked at FEA analysis to determine these areas we could reduce our thickness.

We also removed material in certain places where we just simply didn't need it.

We also had to keep in mind with the reduction of weight we had to increase our rigidity.

The main focus on that was the bottom parallel arm.

We did a lot of testing.

We came up with a solution that if we box in that structure, we would increase our rigidity

by approximately 300 percent.

We looked back at the work that we completed.

Everyone at BraunAbility feels that we ended up right where we wanted to be.

We've been able to use new, innovative technologies and features and incorporate them into our

lift while we've upheld our reliability and durability standards that the everyone in

the industry comes to expect from BraunAbility.

At the end of the day, this new lift has also raised the bar and it's now the new standard

for what a lift should feel like.
