MELANIA TRUMP LEAVES DC FOR SECRET TRIP – NOW WE KNOW WHY

Though it was President Donald Trump's birthday this week, Melania was not at the White House

to celebrate it with him.

That's because she had secretly jetted off to New York City on Wednesday for a series

of meetings that took place on Thursday.

Daily Mail reported that it is not known what the meetings were about or who they were with.

On Thursday, Melania was spotted leaving Trump Tower in a black SUV.

President Trump had previously saids that Melania was unable to go to Singapore because

she couldn't fly for 30 days following her kidney surgery, but her spokesperson Hallie

Jackson clarified that she just can't fly internationally.

The flight from Washington D.C. to New York City only takes about an hour.

This comes after a new CNN poll shows that Melania has nearly doubled her popularity

among Americans over the past 18 months and that she is now the most popular member of

the Trump family!

The poll concluded that 50 percent of those who responded had a favorable view of Melania,

while only 13 percent disapprove of her and just 13 percent strongly disapprove.

The additional 26 percent of those polled had no opinion of her.

During a recent White House dinner, President Donald Trump acknowledged how popular his

wife has become.

"I'm going turn it over to the star of the Trump family," the president said.

"They love her out there.

We walked all over Florida, we walked all over Texas, and they're loving Melania."

"She is a woman of few words," Anita McBride, who served as former first lady Laura Bush's

chief of staff, said of Melania.

"But when she says something, it really is gentle and meaningful, and soothing — it

has a natural empathy to it."

What do you think about this?

Let us know your thoughts

Stress Relief | 5 Hacks For STRESS Management - Duration: 19:43.

hi my name is Eric michael founder of

the power life system and today you're

going to learn five packs for stress

relief so that you can have more

equanimity more peace and even if

there's things going on around us and

there's always gonna be things oh my god

fact of life today is that there's

changes faster than ever before and what

we want to do is be able to have that

zen-like equanimity in the midst of

whatever is going on and that's what I

want to help you achieve so my goal

today is to help you reduce stress by

even 1% or 5% or ideally give you what

massive breakthrough in terms of having

greater equanimity and feeling great for

those of what's going on around you or

how many things one receives one has to

0 before I go into the actual hacks

let's do a quick self analysis so from

one meeting not much to 10 on average

every single day how stressed do you

feel 10 is off the charts and what is

everything is perfect so if you don't

really low on the chart meaning you're

already feeling great and I'm excited to

share things with you that potentially

can make you feel greater if you're

alright you're feeling stressed on

average during the month or during the

week then I'm excited to be able to help

you we do sit and work when you're

meeting and really have a greater

quality of life hack number one is the

most important because a lot of people

are stressed because they're looking to

outward events for example if it's sunny

today then I'll feel good or I'll I'll

be relaxed but if it's rainy that I'm

gonna be grouchy or if I get everything

on my to-do list done then I'll be

relaxed but if I have a lot of things to

do at all I'm stressed and I'll treat

people with short or rudely or be very

patient and the list goes on

right and we probably all fought

something like that before if I do this

then this will happen the key though is

to connect with an infinite source of

the feelings that we desire

as such we can feel equanimity even

greater right now you can feel even

happier and this is a skill like any

other skill you're gonna do it right now

and you're gonna feel a little bit like

when in the knee you can feel more

peaceful less stressed and the more you

do it the greater the skill level

becomes just like any other skill if you

play golf or basketball but I played

basketball in high school and when I

started out I couldn't not even know how

to hold the ball and I was able to to

learn how to shoot I was able to learn

how to move and do the different things

so it's like any other skill to do this

complete anything you're doing right now

and then go to a place that's quiet or

you can relax even more right now place

your attention on your complete body

from your head to feet as I snap my

fingers you're gonna feel a gentle wave

completely relaxing everything just like

the waves Shh come down the ocean

each wave you hear another one we're

gonna do three waves gonna relax you ten

times more than you were before so a

wave comes gentle wave from your heads

your feet and now you relax even deeper

now 10 times deeper we then and breathe

out

and now another wave relaxing from your

feets your head muscles around your eyes

your shoulders everything

you feel even more relaxed right now and

now visualize something the things that

you most desire in all areas of your

life

financial spiritual enjoyment

interpersonal intimacy visualize

yourself doing the things maybe you're

walking on the beach or here you're

drinking your favorite beverage and

you're drawing yourself or your favorite

meal on the beach maybe the mountains of

the individual or the people and you

must enjoy being with who make you feel

so relaxed now and continue adding more

and more details every time you do this

yeah now connect with the feelings you

have well when you're doing the things

you most enjoy or have accomplished the

things you must want likely you feel

even more peaceful relaxed it's like

limiting it happy connect with those it

allowed us to grow in size you when you

feel that really a lot your body to form

to that relaxation you know being

present

I'm the equanimity the joy that radiates

into your eyes your face in all parts of

you by doing these quick steps what

you're doing is you're placing yourself

in a thought space of mental space or

mind the chemicals of relaxation to be

stimulated to be released in your body

it's allow you to have a greater stress

release feel greater equanimity and feel

even happier it's also going to help you

achieve more and accomplish more which

is incidentally also gonna help you

reduce your stress it's gonna do so many

good things for you it's ultimately the

foundation the other hacks I'm gonna

share with you

pack number two he did foods they're

gonna reduce your stress the fact is is

that what we eat and the beverages we

drink I'm gonna directly contribute to

the chemicals and hormones that are

going to run our body and then those are

going to contribute to whether we feel

relaxed to the peace or stressed and

anxious about what's going on

so has it rule-of-thumb

the foods we eat and the beverages we

drink I mean the directly lead us to

have certain chemicals and four mugs in

our body and then those I'm gonna lead

us and contribute to how we feel with

related to a lot of things especially

related to stress anxiety and tension it

in our system and our thoughts in our

body and the general rule of thumb is

the more you reduce foods that are high

in sugar such as sodas or anything

processed if it comes in a cardboard box

things like cereals and grains and

carbonated beverages or alcohol or food

fruit drinks maybe any type of fruit

you're drinking without the actual fruit

that has all of the fiber and things in

it but those are going to do is they're

going to spike your blood sugar level

and that's going to do a lot of the

chain reaction it's going to increase

the stress response in your body and not

only does it actually age-1 faster but

it also contributes that feeling of

stress so the more you can reduce those

and you might be asking well what key

replace them with the ideal would be to

replace with whole foods and that's

something that's actually growing that's

in the same form as what it was growing

for example vegetables fruits we're

actually eating the actual fruit or

other foods that are gonna be whole type

of foods you can extend it out to beans

and legumes or clean meats and fish the

key though a lot of all of this is to

reduce or eliminate processed foods

fried fruit type fried foods and very

sugary things it's to reduce your stress

response my suggestion for you is to

experiment with yourself because

everyone is different

for example milk is something that could

be causing you to feel really stressed

or maybe not so you can experiment with

removing or reducing certain things and

see it's just giving me the greatest

stress relief because out of all these

things if you're like most people you're

probably thinking my goodness I don't

want to give up everything that meaning

right now so my suggestion for you would

be to start with some category let's say

you have a Red Bull which is hiding

caffeine high in sugar let's say around

lunchtime

and it gives you an energy boost but

then you feel agitated and jittery in

the afternoons why don't you test

removing just that one thing we're

having instead of the full Red Bull

maybe half of it and see if that's

benefiting you because the idea here is

that you can make the minimum number of

changes get the maximum amount of

results and be the happiest the easiest

so experiment is that the milk is it the

sugar is that the fruit drinks is the

caffeine and experiment with different

things and then observe your reaction

and so you can identify likely out of

all of these different things you're

doing there's likely maybe two or three

that are gonna be really easy to adjust

or reduce or modify in some way with

something else that gives you a similar

type of positive feelings and you can

reduce your stress a lot from the food

and the beverage aspect

number three is identify the core

foundational things that you need every

day to feel relaxed for example for

myself for me to meditate this is full

meditation three times I call it the

power life system meditation and energy

balancing activities for me to do that

three times a day fantastic things

happen in my higher and one of them is

being that my stress goes from you know

wherever it is solo or as we just

completely and I feel like greater sense

of equanimity a peace and joy and then I

radiate that and I can transmit that to

the people near me which is so beautiful

and they transmit it back and it's it's

a phenomenal thing so ask yourself what

are some core foundational things for

yourself it's gonna be unique to

everyone maybe it's playing an

instrument that can see that relaxation

maybe it's taking a walk outside maybe

it's playing golf once a week or once a

day or whatever it is identify some of

the things that for you to do on a daily

basis are just core and essential for

you and then make sure you do them

because you're actually going to get

more done you're gonna feel happier and

you can feel a lot less stress and you

let me have much greater quality of life

I'm making sure that you include them

every single day even if it's a

checklist whatever those things are pack

number four is prioritize the various

different companies that I'm leading and

the new projects and the new products

that we're creating there's literally a

potential list that can go not just

figuratively but literally a mile high

so if I look at that whole list of all

these different things and I start to do

different things

it contributes to more stress because

I'm not really able to complete anything

because there's so many in front of me

I'm not really sure where to start and

then even at the end of the day if I

even if I worked really hard I could

have easily chosen things that we're

getting the most results or the most

important and I might not feel that that

successful like I really contributed

that much so the most important thing

it's get all of the things that you're

thinking of doing everything you need to

do or you may need to do in front of you

and then identify what are the two or

three most important things they give

you the biggest benefit or the biggest

potential risk and then focus on those

one at a time until you get each one

done there's other things that need to

be done see if you can delegate them to

someone else with some clear

instructions and when you trust or maybe

even you can even use some type of

freelancer or site are you matched just

a friend to help you with something the

key though is to focus on the most

important first one at a time and do

them that's gonna give you such a stress

relief give you a lot more equanimity

and peace and incidentally a lot of

times when we saw these big things a lot

of these other things on the list just

solve themselves pack number five is

evaluated if you really need a lifestyle

change and then go ahead and execute on

it

I'll give you an example that there was

a couple and he was working 40 50 60

hours a week and his chiropractic

business and that she was - and by

certain standards I suppose they looked

successful they had the big home the

nice cars successful practices and they

were busy however he was very overweight

they weren't happy they didn't have that

magic they had when they first met they

made a decision to go Costa Rica sell it

all and go living beaten where it's it's

green it's natural it's fresh they did

that and they're happier than ever

before he lost I think was 2030 pounds

he looks like he's 20 years younger she

looks like she's in her teens and I

think she's now in her 20s at 30th

thirties I think and they're they've

created for themselves a lifestyle that

is so peaceful has so much equanimity as

well the stress relief they wanted they

have achieved it another individual he

was a club designer and you were pretty

successful won various different prizes

for his beautiful designs but he was

living in a situation where people were

suing each other and he was very very

stressed he decided to build his own

hotel on the beaches of Tulum Mexico

which has some of the most beautiful

sand and beaches in the world as well as

a really when you go there you feel this

sensation of this peace this joy this

relaxation that just fills you permeates

to you it makes you feel so much better

with every breath you take and he's

extremely happy he's with his girlfriend

I think maybe wife now and he's solved

stress

by redesigning his lifestyle so the

question would be is for you it's been

the crime where you're living what

you're doing and your current basically

habits or lifestyle is that the one

that's ideal for you and only you can

answer that I'm not telling you to cut

it to Lu Mexico

I'm not taking to go to Costa Rica all

I'm suggesting is that we ask ourselves

is the lifestyle that we have right now

is it going to allow me to have the

equanimity and stress relief that I

desire and really think about that if

it's not or if you have doubts then why

don't you identify what how would you

like your day to be for the focus is

obviously on you relaxed having less

stress really give an example I was

living in the Cardinal Valley / Del Mar

in San Diego and it's a beautiful area I

was really thankful when I was living

there and I love California and the

beaches I went to school there UCSD and

I was noticing that at least at that

point in my life before I had all of

these tools I'm sharing with you that I

was I was stressed from a perspective of

this having a nicer car than the

neighbors well everyone on the street

had to have their BMWs and Mercedes and

I said to myself I'm not gonna fall into

that trap of you know who has a nicer

bigger

newer car and then I looked in the

driveway and I had the latest luxury

edition of a BMW at that time and I said

well what just happened here because

we're we're around and the people are

gonna really influence us and I spend

part of the year in Brazil and that's

what we're looking at right now in

Brasilia beaches and for me one thing

that I really value is that there's a

very beautiful energy of being happy and

a joy of

connecting with other people and music

and expression and a respect and of love

a Brotherhood and it exists some people

who have really nothing there who can be

sleeping on the beach the people who

have a lot we're living in the nicest

places and had various cars and

businesses and ultimately to me that's

one of the foundational qualities so I'm

sharing that with you so you can you can

identify for yourself is the one you

have right now is it the ideal for

yourself or if not then ask yourself

what could be I didn't do some research

you can google look on YouTube and get

some ideas and then the next step would

be to research it and then as you

research and get more information you

can make the decision would be something

with this be something to get some more

information maybe even just test out go

to the city or location you're looking

at and see if you could create for

yourself maybe a new style of life that

could ultimately give you incredible joy

relaxation and equanimity and it

completely solved this stress relief

issue one of the most effective ways to

feel great and the equanimity or those

some what's going on is to have all

areas of woods life rocking an actual

spiritual enjoyment in a person will

have it just be like exactly what you

most desire and then even getting better

and better every single day to help you

achieve that I've created a free life

abundance quiz you can do right now so

click below the video or on the link

wherever you see it and take the quiz 30

seconds it's free so take the quiz I'll

give you your free analysis and then

some content and guidance to take the

next step to get to where you want to go

and get there even faster and easier so

you can have even more stress relief and

feel even better

I thank you ahead of time for giving the

video a thumbs up share with at least

one other person I think you had of time

for doing that so that we could help

others feel even better if we go I felt

stressed you have to let's help one

other person the more we contribute to

other people then while we make things

better for everyone and thank you for

subscribing to the channel your

subscription is very valued to me thank

you and also thank you for placing a

comment below the video something you

liked and they benefited from as well as

what would you like to see more or a

question you have so that I can tailor

Small Business 101: Episode 24 - Tips for Office Productivity - Duration: 7:31.

Spencer: I got, I got an email back from, did a blast for the DC 101 today. Alex: Hey everybody

welcome back to another episode of Small Business 101 Spencer: that the table shakes. Alex: here on Arbeit U.

Spencer: I got a blast that the table shakes a lot. Alex: It does shake because you pound on it so

much. We're talking about interruptions today right? Alex: That is correct.

Spencer: So today's topic is interruptions like if a table shakes and you notice it

you can't film Small Business 101 episode. Alex: Right, so it's how to like I mean

the general concept is just office productivity and interruptions and how

the slightest, smallest interruption can just get you off track completely. What

are you doing? Spencer: What? Are we talking about something? Alex: So interruptions cost the workplace or

businesses, whatever you want to call it 588.. Spencer: Whatever you want to call that thing. Alex: billion dollars.

Spencer: That billion with a "B"? Alex: Yeah in the U.S. in lost, I would imagine it's just in lost

productivity. I mean. Spencer: Define that, interruptions right. Whats a

common, like people probably don't realize like what constitutes interruptions.

Alex: So we have this kind of I love this is actually I like this conversation because it pushes

in so many different areas. We have an open work environment right. Door open

policy and it's like we talked about this on many other episodes, door open

policy and open work environment and everyone together and you know

collaboration. Spencer: All of that another crap. Alex: It's great but this is the downside is the

interruptions. My doors up most of the time always open, 99.9% of the time and

I'll be working on something focused in like this tunnel vision right after a

half an hour and then Joe will come in. Spencer: It's always Joe. Alex: He'll be like "Oh hey, I got something to

talk about." Spencer: Anime. I saw anime over the weekend. Alex: And it's like yeah I got a second and then

so we talk for.. Spencer: Oh I always say "I'm very busy Joe. I can't talk to you."

Alex: So we talked for you know 20 minutes and now that 20 minutes turns into the lost,

an hour of lost production because not only did I spend 20 minutes talking to

Joe but then I have to remember what I was doing, get back into

the groove, reread a couple things maybe. Where I was, find my place in the project

and you know that turns into a whole process. Spencer: So if we got rid of Joe,

would that make Alex: No. Spencer: more productive. Alex: Because you erupt me, interrupt me

more. Spencer: That's probably true. Alex: Yeah. Spencer: If you watch these videos you'll see that it's

true. Alex: So and this is again, we're actually interrupting A.P. right now and she was

Spencer: You guys know who she is? Alex: Yeah she's over there. She was in the middle of work and

we film in her office and we're completely interrupting her day. So this

is probably resulting in about an hour worth of lost production. Spencer: Wow.

Alex: Adds up. Spencer: She'll be here till seven o'clock tonight. Alex: Richard, one of the other co-founders and

he's CIO or something here. Spencer: CTO. Alex: CTO, one of those fancy titles. He actually

recently realized that this was a huge problem for him. Just personal

interruptions of like reading stuff online. So he would be working but on

another monitor, he his third monitor or something he has Reddit open or a stock

website and he would read the title or the headline and then while he was in

the middle of you know some high focus work or whatever and he would get

distracted and he actually tallied all of this up and counted by looking

through his internet history how many hours he wasted in a day and he said two

to three hours a day he was had wasted on just non work stuff by getting

distracted, reading articles, answering a stupid slack message, or personal email.

So he went cold turkey and just stopped doing, stopped at all, 100%. He said he's

there's a night and day difference in how much more work he's gotten done

since he's done that. So.. Spencer: And Alan did something too didn't he? Didn't he have like a two and

five rule or something like that. For every two minutes of distraction. Remember he was doing this for a while.

Alex: That was a joke. Spencer: I know but I wanna..Alex: For every two minutes of distraction, Spencer: he took a

five minute break. Alex: He spent five minutes on Reddit. Yeah. So, but one of the I guess the tip here

is to really set aside a block of time for the day that is interruption free,

that is pre-scheduled interruption free work time. Now this applies to obviously

only specific positions like, I was saying out there this doesn't really

apply to sales reps. Spencer: Yeah, it's actually funny. There's studies that show like people

with A.D.D. make the best sales reps because your ability to like do

something else immediately. Alex: Yeah. Spencer: Right like I'm the poster child for A.D.D. We

all know that in this room. Alex: Right. Spencer: But there's that's why I'm a great

salesperson. There's yeah there's studies to show that like constant interruption

is actually good for salespeople. Alex: Yeah and that's I mean, so with sales team

this doesn't apply to. It's somebody like Emily constantly writing blogs

and writing content. You said it this morning that you, everyone, the sales team

was training somewhere else. So there was no noise. There was nothing. No

distractions. She was able to write something that probably took her three

or four times the amount of time when there was enough, when there was all

these distractions going on. Spencer: So when the sales team here, it's a problem. Alex: Well.

Spencer: When they're not, everyone's more productive. Alex: So it's like this fine line you

have to walk on how what an open-door policy, an open work office plus still

getting stuff done. Spencer: Yea, because the opposite of that right like when it's, when it's super

quiet and everyone is super focused, the sales team is not performing.

Alex: Yup. Spencer: Right, so we as the sales team, need that like level of like distraction,

like high energy that Emily clearly doesn't need it. Alex: I mean imagine if like

A.P.'s door, your door, my door Joe's door and Emily's door was shut all

day. That would be so, everyone would be like they would probably create this

like weird environment where everyone would think everyone is in a bad mood and it would probably this

negative impact on everyone out there. So yeah there's like to just that and we

would not be in the greatest mood because we're just isolating ourselves

from everybody. So I think the best solution is block off time. That's it,

block off.. Spencer: Shut your door? Alex: Yes, block off time to Spencer: put your phone on the other side

of the room. Alex: My phone's silent all day every day. So that's why I miss

everybody's phone call and that helped tremendously since I've done that but um

like slack. We use slack in the office Spencer: Got a text. Alex: It's constantly you know

causing interruptions so like muting your slack. Muting notifications on your

email and shutting your door and just really getting tunnel vision. Spencer: I do none of those.

Alex: Yeah, well when I do it, I can just know I get, in that hour or 2 hours, I do that I

get an entire day's worth of work done. Spencer: Yeah. Alex: So. Spencer: Huh, morale that story. Alex: Yeah.

Spencer: Stop engaging with the world. Alex: Find a perfect balance of it. That's all you

gotta do is find your nice balance.Yeah, so that's it. Spencer: Wow, what a great tip. Alex: Were,

there's a amazing blog post being published on this. Spencer: She wrote it today

with all her free time. Alex: By Emily. Spencer: Yeah with all the time she's saved. Alex: So she did

US-China trade tariffs could spell trouble for Australian miners

Analysts say the uncertainty following news of United States-China tariffs could cause issues for miners in Australias biggest export state.

Bell Potter Securities Giuliano Sala Tenna said the tariffs may mean future decisions on large mining projects are paused because of the level of uncertainty in the global economic environment.

We do know that investors do like to see a more stable international environment of policy which is more predictable so that they have a better set of parameters to make that decision on.

WA business analyst Tim Treadgold said the new tariffs would have a knock-on effect on the states mining exports.

Its a sort of knee bones connected to the thigh bones job, he said.

If the United States says to China, you cant send us any more steel, that says to China we dont need to buy any more iron ore from Australia.

But he said it was still too early to know how much of that impact will be felt by WAs big miners.

If the two biggest economies in the world declare a trade war, demand for commodities of the sort we export will decline, he said.

The tariffs may mean future decisions on large mining projects are paused because of the level of uncertainty in the global economic environment, according to Mr Sala Tenna said.

Tariffs unlikely to buoy beef trade with China.

The WA Pastoralists and Graziers Association has downplayed the potential benefit to meat exporters, after news China would impose additional tariffs on US agricultural products.

PGA president Tony Seabrook said while in the short term it may benefit alternative suppliers like Australia, he expected trade tensions between the US and China to resolve too quickly for the local beef industry to see a longer-term benefit.

Mr Seabrook said producers would be reluctant to commit a lot of capital to developing trade with China because the tariffs may be only be a short term blip.

Theres an enormous lobby in America on behalf of agriculture, he said.

Trump has done a few things in the past that have denied American farmers access to Asia, and the pressure will build very quickly.

WA Agriculture Minister Alannah MacTiernan said there would be challenges navigating potential opportunities in beef markets in China until there was a better sense of how long the new rules would last.

If this is just going to be short term, you … cant lose your other markets which you have built up and which are stable, Ms MacTiernan said.

But she said Chinas tariffs on American pork were bad news for local producers.

We might find ourselves in a [worse] position because we cant export into China, and yet therell be a lot of American product looking for other markets and that means that drives prices down, she said.

A global oversupply of pork means demand has been low, and the overflow of US pork could hit already struggling local producers.
