In the mountains of Germany,

near the village of Oberammergau,

winter has fallen.

For the people of Germany, environmental preservation is a passion.

A short drive from Oberammergau,

where civilization meets the forest,

you can see Germany's green culture in action.

There is a daily feeding of the local deer

to help them survive the winter

and to keep them from eating too much of the forest.

After seeing 50 deer enjoying sugar beets,

the German passion for preservation becomes contagious.

Building the Ultimate PS4 - Duration: 7:54.

- Ken, do you have anything to say for yourself?

About this abomination, about this travesty

that's in front of me right now?

I didn't think so.

Hey you guys, this is Austin.

This disaster that sits in front of me

are some of the most popular PS4 accessories.

Now sure, unlike a gaming PC which you can fully customize,

a PS4 is pretty much what you get is, well, what you get.

However, what I'm curious about is whether

any of this stuff is remotely worth it.

So to start with, we have the Nyko Intercooler

so they claim that this is going to direct hot air

away from the console, which in theory is going to be

a thing that actually could be really helpful,

especially with the old, fat PS4,

it could get really loud under load.

So one of the things that drew me to the Intercooler

is that this actually is fairly well-integrated

into the PS4 design, so as you'll see in a second here,

it basically just clips right on.

And that's pretty much it.

So what we can have here is, it looks like one large fan

and a couple of smaller fans, and the cool part is,

it actually has its own power pass-through

so you don't need to turn this thing on or off

or run any extra cables, it should just go on the back.

This just clips into place, I think.

That actually integrates pretty well, I've gotta say.

So it's even the sort of same two-toned finish on the back,

you still have access to all of your ports

and you can still plug in the power cable right here.

Now I'm curious how well it'll actually work

but it's worth a shot.

So if you're rocking the PS4 Slim or Pro

then Dobe has you covered.

So this is the P4 series multi-functional cooling stand.

And we'll see exactly how multi-functional it really is.

So the idea here is that not only can you actually get

a stand, but you can also mount your controllers

as well as some games all in the one stand.

So here.

(laughs)

This is a little bit bigger.

This product can decrease the temperature for the PS4

effectively, improving its performance

and decreasing the power loss.

The power loss?

So while these cooling products claim to lower

the temperature of the PS4,

that really shouldn't give you more performance.

The real advantage and the thing that I'm going to be

looking for is if temperatures come down,

in theory, fan noise should come down and potentially

longevity of your PS4 should be improved a little bit,

but we'll see.

So this is made for everything from the fat PS4

to the Slim to the Pro.

So if you have a Slim, it drops in here

but if we have the Pro, we should just be able

to get it in something like this.

Actually, it fits pretty well.

So there's nothing really holding it in besides friction.

On the bottom, we do have those, wait what?

It's really only pulling a little bit of air from here.

I mean, they look like reasonable sized fans but how is that

gonna drive any significant airflow into the PS4?

Next up, we have something a little bit more simple.

This is a PS4 USB hub.

So as the name suggests, it's pretty straightforward.

It turns the two USB ports on the front

of the PS4 into five.

So this is specifically made for the fat PS4.

So in the back, we have a pair of USB ports

and on the front, we have one USB 3,

which is a pass-through, and four standard USB 2.

It should be pretty much as simple as just lining it up

and that's it.

Again, I appreciate how well this actually fits

with the original design,

so even with this and the intercooler,

it doesn't really look like a Frankenstein.

I mean, at least not yet.

Now it's time for the big guns.

This is the DongCoh Game Bar.

Now that name doesn't really tell you much,

but what this is going to allow you to do

is install a full desktop hard drive into your PS4.

Infinity storage, super speed, dissipation, and stability.

Man, I am excited for this one.

Oh boy, here we go.

Oh that looks like a lot.

So this is going to require just a little bit

of surgery on our PS4.

However, it's not going to be bad.

So the PS4, as well as the PS4 Slim, PS4 Pro,

all have removable hard drives.

So what this is going to allow us to do

is instead of using a small 2.5 inch drive

like from a laptop, to actually use a full desktop drive.

This is feeling like a dumber and dumber idea each second.

So essentially, this should kind of go

and replace this top piece.

So this glossy piece right here just pops right off

and inside, normally, you would just

replace the hard drive here.

However, it's gonna be a little bit

more involved with this guy.

So to start, we're gonna take out the puny 500-gigabyte

hard drive in favor of something just a little bit beefier.

So to really go all out, we're upgrading this

with a four-terabyte hard drive.

However, this actually supports up to six terabytes

if you really need all the storage you can.

On top of that, they actually just announced

a new PS4 firmware update that will allow you to actually

put games on external USB drives.

So if you really wanna get crazy with it,

you could put a ton of storage in your PS4.

So I just need to set the SATA cable in like that

and I can close the whole thing up.

So all this is is really just a pass-through.

So once we're ready, we just slide it into the standard

PS4 slot and screw it in.

Alright, here goes nothing.

So we want to run all of our power and data

through this little slot.

Get around here.

Okay, that actually kinda works.

Now we just need to drop the hard drive in like this

and doesn't seem very stable, but besides that,

we just have to attach the cable and in theory,

we pretty much have a four-terabyte PS4.

Uh-oh.

It totally fits.

(laughs)

We have created a monster.

Dude, if this is about to work, I'm gonna be so happy.

It totally fits!

This is, I gotta say, this might be the proudest moment

of my entire life, this is a masterpiece

of elegant Japanese engineering, or it's all Ken's fault.

So one quick firmware update later,

we have the ultimate Frankenstein PS4 up and running,

and as you can hear, it's kind of loud.

We also have the Energizer Xtra Life for the controller.

So this is a dock that comes with an external battery

that clips on the bottom of the controller

so it doesn't really get in the way

when you're actually playing a game.

First thing, I wanna check to see if our storage is here

so yep, there we go, 3.51 terabytes of free space.

Now, with so many PS4s shipping with a 500-gigabyte

hard drive, it can really get cramped quickly.

So this is Uncharted 4 and it looks, well,

exactly like Uncharted 4.

So what I'm curious about are the temperatures.

I can pretty confidently say that this is louder

than a normal PS4, but I'm curious

whether that loudness actually does anything.

So the PS4 with the intercooler and the cooling stand

topped out around 49 degrees with the exhaust.

However, when you take all that stuff off and run it,

it tops out at about 50.

That shouldn't be a huge surprise.

So the intercooler is just adding additional fans

for the exhaust, it's still restricted by how much intake

air can actually get into the PS4.

Now the cooling stand in theory would actually

help things by giving it some fresh air.

However, the actual intakes themselves are tiny

and really not able to make a big difference.

So is any of this worth it?

Kind of.

So first of all, the Energizer Xtra Life dock

is actually not bad.

The dock itself is clean, but most importantly,

the battery doesn't get in the way,

it legitimately does give you extra time on the PS4.

Which brings us to the Game Bar.

So on one hand, it actually works really well.

Once you get past the setup, it's completely seamless,

and if you really do need four or six terabytes of storage

with your PS4, then it's kind of a no-brainer.

However, if you don't need that much storage,

it's a lot easier to just install a one- or two-terabyte

hard drive, and on top of that, the update to allow you

to put games on a USB drive is coming soon.

I do really like the USB hub.

So with the PS4 only having two USB ports,

especially if you have something like PlayStation VR set up,

those ports disappear quickly.

Which brings us to the intercooler and the cooling stand.

Don't buy these.

The intercooler, while it actually does integrate

pretty well and doesn't really hurt anything,

I'm not convinced it actually makes difference whatsoever.

Now the stand does give you a few options

like being able to dock your controllers,

as well as in theory giving you a little bit more cooling,

but again, I don't really believe it's actually

making any significant difference.

As always, all the links you guys need

to any of this stuff will be in the description

if you wanna go check it out, and I'm curious,

what do you think about this monstrosity?

Let me know in the comments below

and I will catch you in the next one.

Knowledge is Power- Keeping an Open Mind to Alternative Medicine - Duration: 17:21.

ZACHARY: Hello, hello, hello.

It is me Zachary Fenell, the cerebral palsy vigilante, author, entrepreneur.

I usually put those in a different order but that's fine.

Ah I'm just thrown off because I'm in a different setting today.

MIKE: (laughs)

ZACHARY: I'm on location!

Ah and you know recently, in recent months I've been coming to you with individuals from

my family and friends and kind of talking about different things, a lot mentioned in

my memoir.

Today is going to be a little bit different.

We're eventually, this is my cousin Mike.

So, today Mike reached out to me after ah watching my videos with my parents, in-particular

especially those two with my mother and father which in the end screen here I will ah link

to those so you guys, just in case you missed them and like well kind of get an idea of where

that was coming from but it was really, you know Mike saw a theme about ah God, first

and foremost about God from those videos that I know he wanted to touch upon along with

the idea of cerebral palsy treatment or from a different, you know what Mike want don't

we start by you giving a little bit, the whole theme of this video is going to be pretty

much keeping an open mind to alternative medicine outside of just westernized medicine.

So Mike why don't you give us a little background to how you've come into ah how you came into

I guess the altern, alternative medicine scene?

MIKE: Okay.

Um first of all we're both not doctors so don't take any of this for, for what it is.

You should always do your own research and understand and try to get as much knowledge enough knowledge

as you can and make the make best decisions off of that situation.

ZACHARY: Important disclaimer.

MIKE: Yeah, very, very, very important but ah I came across it when ah I was looking

through cancer treatments for my parents and um also different ah ran into different doctors

and I also looked up vaccines for my kids and just different stuff and I ran into different

stuff and how stress can actually cause a big role in your life and how you can do to

manage that to make it an easier way to try to help try heal yourself more.

Um or to understand what you have and to ah implement that into your life on a daily basis.

Um the whole God thing is there are a lot of references from God um or from the bible I

should say into the different kinds of medicines there are out there today and um like one

of the sayings is um "Many of my children will be ah will die and be destroyed from

lack of knowledge."

Um so knowledge is very powerful and you should really do your research when it comes to anything

healing yourself or putting anything in your body.

Um that's pretty much you know the main thing.

The main thing for stress is you want to um your vitamin Bs are very good for you.

Essential oils, um

ZACHARY: Retrospect for a second there,

you're mentioning stress.

So you're going from the perspective of that the idea of having a label, a diagnosis,

well albeit to, your main your mainly, your main area of expertise is going to be coming

from is dealing with your parents and their cancers

MIKE: Right, right.

ZACHARY: And figuring out and but the whole idea is that whether cerebral palsy, cancer,

whatev, that there is it can trigger additional stress

MIKE: Right, right.

ZACHARY: Instead of

It basically

MIKE: It can cause other things.

ZACHARY: Yeah.

You become your own worse enemy.

MIKE: Exactly!

Yes.

exactly.

It cause, it cause different other problems in your body besides your cerebral palsy or

whatever else you're dealing with.

Um, what else is there to, what were we talking about?

Like God and um

ZACHARY: I know I interrupted you around the

vitamin B, you were going into some of those MIKE: Yeah, I was just those were a couple

of samples but there are other stuff.

I'm sure like mediation and praying, getting closer to God.

Understanding (Dog shakes) your disease, how the best way to cure it.

I mean there is raw organic live foods that actually help your brain.

Ah I have a couple list of them here that are like ah broccoli, turmeric, walnuts, blueberries,

flax seed oil, tomato, green tea.

Those are just some small examples, but you want raw live organic foods because when you

cook or steam anything that's when you lose your nutrition out of those live foods so

you'll see a lot of different people on Youtube talking about how they reversed their disease

or virus or whatever they have going on with just changing their diet to live organic raw

foods and essential oils and stuff like that.

So it is always something to look at into.

There is not a whole lot of side effects into that stuff.

So you know you always want to follow your directions when you're getting oils or whatever

you are doing but um always follow directions and take it easy and slow step into it and

it's always good to do before you go into western medicine because that can actually

help you out before you even go into that kind of stuff.

ZACHARY: A lot of different points I could jump off with there.

I'm trying to decide which one.

I had a joke about MIKE: (chuckles)

ZACHARY: how parents should cue up their, should cue up this video to whatever point

and say "See this guy said you should eat your broccoli.

It's not just me."

MIKE: (laughs) ZACHARY: It won't, it won't work with your

kids because they'll go "Oh, that's just Dad."

MIKE: We don't listen to Dad.

We listen to Mom. (laughs) ZACHARY: (laughs) But then you so a lot of

it is really self-care. You know I think

You mentioned about curing and it really does depend on what medical issue you are dealing

with because you know cerebral palsy for instance is just by fact is it's not curable.

There is no cure for

That doesn't mean you can't do things to improve it

MIKE: Yes.

ZACHARY: and just about treatment and we were talking right before we hit record on this

I was talking about how I'm 29 and in my adult life I feel like I'm in the best shape.

Well maybe technically not, my shoulder has been bothering me a little bit this week and

I don't know if it's because I was shoveling snow earlier.

You know damn you Cleveland weather.

MIKE: (chuckles) ZACHARY: Ah I don't know what but for the

most part in general I feel I'm in my healthiest you know best shape.

I did a half marathon in October where if you would've told me 10 years ago I would've

been doing 13.1 miles I would've said no way that's possible.

So it really, but in doing that, doing certain exercises for me you know it does come down

to eating you know eating healthy too but for me a lot of it was regular exercise and

that essentially is kind of like a natural remedy.

It's MIKE: Yeah.

ZACHARY: I built stronger.

I improved my balance.

So there is MIKE: Yep.

ZACHARY: definitely validity, validity there from my experience.

And you mentioned a couple and this where I really wanted to get to.

You mentioned a couple that you'll find people on Youtube who can kind of help walk you through,

give you some 101, well 101 on these alternative options.

MIKE: Mhmm.

ZACHARY: Do you, is there a particular two or three Youtube ah channels or individuals

on Youtube that you would suggest people out this watching right now wanting to go beyond

general and learn more, is there a particular Youtube channels or individuals on Youtube

that you recommend they checkout?

MIKE: Um well there is a couple I follow (phone rings).

It is Dr. Axe.

He is on Youtube only. I've only seen him on Youtube. So but he lays out a bunch of different

videos of natural stuff that will help you cure different problems, like skin problems

or anything you can think of.

He has a million videos out there.

Also there is Dr. Leonard Cor, Corwell, Coldwell, Coldwell.

Um he also explains a whole lot.

He makes a lot of sense you know.

He goes whatever we didn't have 100 years ago, we really don't need it.

But that's his explanation but you should always do your own research and see what's

good for you.

Like we said earlier, like the video the name of this is probably going to be "Knowledge

is Power" because this literally is what the message is.

You need to do your research.

Get your knowledge because otherwise you are just going to be another statistic like everyone else.

ZACHARY: Well now I kind of feel like I'm shoehorned into including "Knowledge is Power"

somewhere in that title but you know it really is important to do your research.

I'm glad you spoke up and were like "Hey.

Bring me, let's do a video so we can talk about some of these alternative."

You know the main thing this video, because this is going to be maybe somewhere between

ah 10 and 15 minutes and there is no way you can even start getting every, anything, you can barely

start getting everything covered in 10, 15 minutes.

So this is just more or less a wake up call to kind of open your mind.

You know if you feel like western, you know westernized medicine is you know you're satisfied

with that you know, you know what, you know it doesn't what hurt, what will it hurt you?

And let's face it.

I take um, I'm on a prescription muscle relaxer baclofen.

So I'm not coming here from the standpoint of I rub this oil on my hamstrings and their

are not suddenly as tight.

You know there not as tight.

I'm coming from like I'm a part of that western medicine culture where I am on a prescription

medicine but its still helpful to do your research and again like I said it, that alone though

isn't only going to get me so far.

When I started doing exercises regularly it takes me to a whole another level and who

knows what, whatever, whatever issues you're researching and you know Mike made a great point about

doing your own research.

Don't just sit here and like well these two guys said this so...

I have to find more res, I have to.

Do your own research.

You know would you say, would you say this is a part of the God thing is when you are

doing your own reading, research you are going to come across something and you are going to kind

of like feel whether or not that's right for you?

MIKE: Yes.

ZACHARY: In a way that would be God's intervention to you telling you like you should do this

or should give this a try.

MIKE: Yes.

Trust your gut.

That is mainly what it is all about.

I mean if you feel like something is not good for you, you probably shouldn't do it and

I just again all I can tell you is do your research.

That's all there is to it.

You don't take anything for face value, ever.

Ever.

Doesn't matter who it is.

Even if it is your parents.

Everybody means the best.

Doctors mean the best.

They want to help you, but its what they are taught and what they, what they were taught

to be taught and not how to you know think for themselves.

So it's kind of very, it's very touchy subject for different people.

I mean ah like I can't get my mother to agree that you know health, good health

is going to change your life.

Like she is just a big believer in western medicine and that's, you just not going to change people's

minds because first of all we're not doctors so you can't just sit there and just start

telling people you need to take something because you looked it up.

I mean they, people need to actually you know I don't know how else to explain it.

ZACHARY: Yeah.

MIKE: I mean its ZACHARY: You do your own research and if it

feels right, and you know when at, talking with, (sighs) I take it your kids see doctors

MIKE: Yes, yes.

ZACHARY: You know do you, do you are you questioning those doctors regularly?

MIKE: Yes, yes.

ZACHARY: What kind of, do you get resistance from them?

MIKE: Yes. ZACHARY: What's that like?

MIKE: Like we went to go talk to our pediatrician about vaccines and I had a whole list of stuff

that I was questioning him on and, and you know everything he is taught is to go against

everything I was bringing up to him.

So he would then would automatically just dismiss it and say its not true.

Well, okay am I just suppose to take your word for it?

Like actually show me a study or an actual like, like just in vaccines alone you know if even

do a little bit of research, you can see that most of the diseases were going away before

they even brought in the vaccine.

So if you ask him, they actually got rid of the diseases.

You know what I mean?

It all depends on where you are getting your information from, who you trust, and like

my wife trusts our doctor very well, ah very much I should say and just, just I don't know

why.

She says because he is nice.

(laughs) ZACHARY: (chuckles)

MIKE: To me perfectly, to be honest with you anybody can be nice and everybody means well

but it doesn't mean they know exactly what they are talking about.

So always question and always don't take anything for face value.

And again do your knowledge, research.

Get as much as you can to make the best decision for you and yourself

ZACHARY: Yeah MIKE: because your the only one living in

your body.

No one else is.

ZACHARY: And we, we're a I was going to say because we could go off on a whole philosophical

level with this MIKE: Yeah.

ZACHARY: And then I just you know I'm afraid there is not enough memory on my Kindle that

it's going to get to a point where it shuts down and oh no, we have to start all over!

MIKE: (Laughs) ZACHARY: So you know there, there's a whole,

the whole point of this video is just kind of be that wake up call to open your mind and

MIKE: Yes.

and just, just even if it just questioning, even if its continuing doing what you're doing.

Just questioning is this right for me and then doing some additional research.

As Mike said, it's important to do your own research.

So those couple of people he recommended I will make sure to put links in the description

of this video so you will be able to check those out.

Watch them for yourself and just decide whether or not they, whether or not they are something

you want to look more into.

Ah thanks for, well I guess um being the catalyst for this open minded discussion because let's

be, I'll be honest.

I had, if it wasn't for you after watching those videos and saying "Hey!

I want to go off on, I could go off on this" you know in the sense of my mother in her

video talking about the ah benefit of the Internet as a source of information.

MIKE: Mhhmm.

ZACHARY: If it wasn't for you, saying yeah I would love to talk about alternative medicine

like this video wouldn't be here.

We wouldn't be recording this video right now.

MIKE: Exactly.

ZACHARY: So thanks for that, thanks for being ah it's always good to have a reminder to

have an open mind and ah hopefully you've, you've found this beneficial and thanks for

watching.

Remember to subscribe to my channel.

Checkout those videos with my mother and father which are about to be linked to right now.

MIKE: Go Tribe!

ZACHARY: (laughs) Go Tribe!

China punishes 11 for dereliction of duty after deadly bus fire February 5, 2017 - Duration: 2:03.

China punishes 11 for dereliction of duty after deadly bus fire

he government of the northern Chinese region of Ningxia has punished 11 officials for dereliction

of duty after a deadly bus fire last year killed 18 people in the regional capital Yinchuan.

The man blamed for starting the fire, Ma Yongping, was executed in December.

He set alight two plastic bags filled with gasoline on the bus after getting involved

in a personal work dispute, according to an official account of his crimes.

In a statement late on Saturday carried by the ruling Communist Party's anti-corruption

watchdog, the Ningxia government said the fire exposed a lack of concern and lack of

sense of responsibility by certain officials.

Warnings that Ma could carry out an extreme act were ignored, and steps were not taken

to prevent him starting the fire, it said.

Two of the 11 officials punished for dereliction have already been handed over to authorities

for prosecution, including a senior Yinchuan police officer, while others have been given

administrative punishments, the government said.

Bus fires are not uncommon in China, where regulators have blamed some recent blazes

on flawed design.

In 2013, a bus fire blamed on a suicidal man killed 47 in the coastal city

of Xiamen.

Bill's Keep It Inside: a day for fathers everywhere | 22 Minutes - Duration: 1:44.

Last week many people took part in something called 'Bell Let's Talk,' the day we talk about mental health

But what about the people who don't want to talk?

Like dads.

Do they get their own day?

Well now they do, because Bill's Barbecues is proud to present a new day for fathers

everywhere: Bill's keep it inside.

It's a day that celebrates taking all your feelings, rollin' them up in a little ball, and

stuff 'em right here: in your ol' dad rage container.

Dad rage is a very important fuel that powers a man's day so they can pay for

your god damn university.

It's a pocket in your that holds your suppressed memories

like when you got that earring, Jeremy.

Finally, a day that allows dads to suffer in silence.

A day that gives them the strength for when you tell them:

Dad, I'm depressed.

To respond:

Hey depressed, I'm dad.

Nice to meet ya, nice to meet ya

Heh heh heh, one of my best

Bill's keep it inside.

Finally, a day to talk about important things.

Like my new boat!

*coughing fit*

Bill you don't sound so good

I'm dying.

That is some boat - looka that boat.

Wow looka that boat.

Seats six.

How to Revise The $4 Billion for X Men Movie Franchise Without Wolverine? - Duration: 2:45.

the x-men movie franchises going to

undergo a lot of changes different

sources are now reporting that 20th

century fox is looking for a way to

reboot the four billion dollar movie

franchise the performance of x-men

apocalypse is quite dismal to say the

least and with Hugh Jackman announcing

that he's leaving the franchise for good

next year

how can the creators of the show revive

the franchise without its lead character

if there's one thing constant in the

x-men franchise it's their storyline it

is typically about their struggles on

how to be accepted by the society a new

storyline can trigger the interest of

the fans and according to The Hollywood

Reporter the sooner the people behind

x-men realized that they can no longer

play it safe

the better at this point they really

need to try new things to impress

moviegoers who are used to multiverse

and crossovers from different

superheroes

aside from walgreen the other characters

of the x-men franchise can be easily

forgotten

of course dr. Charles Xavier will

forever be remembered as well as magneto

his rival mystic is one character that's

hard to miss

probably because of her color a more

diverse cast can make the characters

more reliable comic-book cited that

there are other characters that can lead

the pack such as x 23 and Deacon after

all there's a chance that Wolverine is

going to kill all the x-men and the

upcoming film Logan

it is a nice idea to take some ideas in

the comic version of x-men the comic

version of the franchise started around

the 1960s and it has been rebooted a

couple of times already and there's

plenty of storyline to go about why not

start on a clean slate pick a storyline

that is new and then upgraded it would

be best to make sure that there's a flow

in the story and to explore it and death

too many characters without a solid law

is the perfect recipe for disaster
