Lecture for advanced & pro pianists about dynamic control - Duration: 7:32.
So dynamics is about how to play piano without ghost sounds, ghost notes and how to play
forte without harsh sounds, but very powerful and again free. Everything...we are gonna
talk about imagination here a little bit...so everything we control in our fingertip we
control through our imagination. Everything we play there is always beautiful combination
of our imagination and singing. There is like a beautiful vertical line which is our imagination
and horizontal line which is our singing. So every single note we are gonna first imagine
in our head and you can use any timbres you want, beautiful voice, violins, but again
soft huge violins, not just one Ehhh violin, but just like the ocean of beautiful violins,
or ocean of cellos. Every step we are gonna imagine, like seriously, you play the note
and you imagine next note, you play, you imagine next note, you play, just like this.
Plus the way you connect, this horizontal line is your singing. Like I said you live between
notes, you sing between notes, you feel between notes. You actually create between notes.
So you imagine and you go to the next note through singing, you imagine next note you
go through singing. This is like a beautiful unity of vertical line and horizontal, this
is how we create music. So, coming back to piano and forte. If you want to control your
piano you have to imagine very clear what kind of sound you want to produce. So if you
could just remember those beautiful violins that sound almost like clouds, you feel the
energy, very very very very soft. It's almost like a ghost, like a shade, like a shadow.
It's just like very very very light. So if you have this idea...like I can feel...I don't
know if you can feel...then you already can feel it with your fingertips. And then when
you touch it. And if you feel that sometimes...or sometimes nothing, that simply means you have not
clearly imagined it. And now let me tell you one important thing. Most of the students
really don't know. When we play soft, when we play piano we use full amount of weight.
We still sing with the same amount of freedom, piano doesn't mean that we should like this.
Piano still means we exhale fully, we inhale fully while playing. But that energy of freedom
is little bit of different quality. It's like you would imagine sound on piano, and you
would imagine sound on forte. You still imagine sound, but it's just different color, if you
get what I mean. The same thing is with piano. If you want to play sequence of notes, you
imagine of course them, but at the same time you gather weight and you are gonna connect
them, fully sing with full freedom of your body. And that will bring more...that will
actually affect your sound in a very good way. Your sound, even piano, will never be
empty. Your piano will still be expressive, soft and deep. So it's really important to
understand that even while playing piano we still applying full amount of weight.
Now, when we are gonna play forte, well, hmmm, again starting with imagination. You are gonna
imagine just orchestra, right? Again violins if we are talking about high register.
And you are like in the middle of this tornado of this sound. It's like really really really
really really loud. Because when I started this idea imagining loud I imagined loud and
it was like Ohhh, that's Loud, really. But now I understand that what I thought that
was loud for me that was just like mezzo forte. So you can always imagine even louder, even
louder, going beyond your limitations. So, again imagine this huge loud sound in your
mind and then you play it, very loud and because we are gonna apply weight our sound will never
be harsh and stiffed. So for example if I play a scale just imagining sound but not
applying any weight it's gonna sound like this. Let's again just make an experiment.
Yeah, so you feel it but feel stiffness here, the sound just like bumped your hands. I feel pain.
Now when I do with weight, the same imagination. You can feel the piano starts
actually singing. The sound is deeper and that harshness of sound just fades away. Ya, seriously..
This piano can sound very bad and this piano can sound very well hahahahah And again, when
we wanna play forte for example one note we have to again lift our hand higher to make
the room. Because if we keep our hand again flat then the sound is not good. So you have
to make the room and then play. So yeah, that was briefly explained about articulations and dynamics...
so yeah, guys, I think that was interesting. Thanks you so much for coming

Book-to-Movie Review // Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children - Duration: 6:12.
hey guys its Bex welcome to my very
first book to movie review
Mis peregrine's home for peculiar children
i'm sure you're familiar with the
storyline and really this review is more for
people who have read the book and just
want to talk about how much the movie
sucked. when it was first being talked about I
was not excited about it at all.
hence me waiting so long to watch it
I could just tell from the trailer that they
had changed way more than they needed to
but tonight I decided to just man the
hell up and watch it. honestly for the
first hour I thought hey maybe I just
this way to quickly i might actually
like it. but then after the first hour it
was just like *explosion noises*
complaint number one
why-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y-y change the age
and the capabilities, powers,
peculiarities, if you will, of the
children like why? I don't understand
that i really don't get it at all
miss peregrine's is like one of those weird
conundrums that it is kind of a
children's book was a children's book
that's not written for children... does that
make any sense? I'm wondering if maybe
the people who made the movie got
confused too and they were like wait who
are we making this for? and then they
had to figure out who their marketing
to and the age group and that's the only
reason I can think of that they would
maybe change the ages...
I don't understand the power switch at
all and I don't understand the addition
of powers or like the manipulation of
them. totally unnecessary. complaint
number two - I hate excessive CG I really
do I guess I just have an eye for it so
once i see i can't unsee it and then the
whole movie i'm just sitting there
saying oh yeah that's because really
think that's real that really fake *sigh*
the hollows were a huge issue of that to me
what the hell is that? it was so cheesy
I couldn't even believe it. complaint
number three - what the hell samuel l
jackson doing there?
ok what is he doing there? I really
thought that he made the whole thing
way cheesier
it was another instance of is the
children's movie or is it not really
because it was kind of good and then you
just kind of ruined
it and made it really weird and
nonsensical and what the hell? complaint
number four
I did not like miss Peregrine. who, who
cast that lady? I don't know her name
I should have looked it up for this
video but nothing she's about actress
she's not i just how is she right for
that part
why does she look like she's like 26?
okay i don't understand. In my brain
Miss Peregrine was like older maybe that's
incorrect, but I guess that's the beauty
of a book you know? I can visualize it
however the hell I want. It just seemed off
to me....somehow...
complaint number five the whole last
half of the movie. i don't know, i don't
know what happened but all the sudden it
was like everything was wrong everything
was mega cheesy, nothing made sense,
there were a lot of conveniences - like oh
you're lucky that just happened to
work out. I didn't like it at all
additionally i also thought the style
was really strange for the type of book
that it was. It was all very clean-cut
which is not how I imagined it and I
wish they'd stayed a little bit more
true to stylistic choices
mostly I'm talking about Emma's shoes
which were just like steampunky which is
cool if you were making the steampunk
movie but it's not and then the same
thing from his Paragons wardrobe whole
look and her blue hair I'm like okay
that's great and all and it does look
cool but I just don't I don't get it how
it fits and there you are ruining it for
me I understand that when you're making
a movie
you're gonna have to simplify some
things and make some changes to get the
story across in, ya know, two-and-a-half hours
or less
I get that I really do when you make so
many changes to a narrative that was already
perfectly good and in my opinion rather
well adaptable to a movie
I just don't understand I don't
understand the end of the day it's
probably a good movie people who didn't
read the book i'm sure they enjoyed it
it was cute i guess so if you have not
read these
I think they're good fun i'll admit that
the plot is not incredible or anything
but that's not really what i read them
for sure I like a plot and I like
characters much as anybody else but I have a
fondness for old weird antique-y things
and I just love the premise of these
books that they're based off of old
photographs that ransom riggs found I
just love that and that's what's cool
about it to me is the creative be behind
it so yeah otherwise just
get em' check em' out they're pretty cool flip
through even if you see him in a store
and you just want to like look at the
cool pictures and stuff
do it man that's it book to movie review
there'll be more
look at this one random what is this
hair doing and what is this is just a
rebellious little piece of braids I'm
not control this thing. So I'll catch ya
on the flippety-flip -
yo - I don't know what that was... *stretch*

rosemary oil for hair growth | rosemary health benefits | rosemary for hair - Duration: 3:32.
hair growth, hair.
Lately, a surge in various types of hair loss treatment has been noticed.
Eyeing prevalent hair loss problems, companies are introducing hair loss control products
or treatments.
But practically only few of them really help to control hair fall.
Therefore, you should think twice before taking up a treatment or buying a cosmetic product.
Nevertheless, relying on herbs may be the best thing one can do to control hair fall.
Rosemary Hair Rinse If you don't like the concept of mixing
essential oil with shampoo or conditioner then you can use rosemary hair rinse.
It is easy to make a hair rinse at home.
Take 4 to 5 tablespoons of rosemary dried leaves in a vessel of water.
Boil it for few hours to prepare an infusion.
Once the liquid cools down, strain it and mix it with tap water and rinse your hair
with the liquid after shampoo.
And if you don't have much time to prepare a rinse then just use rosemary tea bags.
prepration .Take 2 rosemary tea bags, steep them in hot water for few minutes.
Use this water as a rinse after shampoo or conditioning.
This rinse helps to stimulate hair follicles as well as nourishes the hair shaft imparting
extra shine and softness to it.
Mix it up with Shampoo Another convenient way to use rosemary for
hair fall problem is along with your regular shampoo.
You can add the benefit of rosemary to the shampoo by mixing a drop of rosemary essential
oil with four ounce of shampoo.
Rub the mixture onto the scalp for few minutes and wash off with water.
You can also add the goodness of rosemary to your conditioner.
You can even use a blend of lavender, sage or peppermint oil with rosemary essential
oil mixed with shampoo or conditioner.
Massage with Rosemary Essential Oil Scalp massage helps to stimulate and rejuvenate
hair follicles by increasing the blood circulation.
Though using any ordinary oil for head massage help to stop hair fall, applying rosemary
essential oil doubles the effect.
You just need to add a few drops of essential oil into any regular carrier oil and massage
your scalp as frequently as you usually do.
The best time to have hair massage is at night and then shampoo your hair next morning.
