Waching daily Feb 3 2017

Hey guys, Alex from American Muscle here with my detailed review and breakdown of the Barricade

Three Inch Side Step Bars in gloss black, fitting your 2009 through 2014 F-150 Super

cab.

So in this video, I'm gonna talk about who this kit's going to appeal to, the construction

and materials that went into this set, what you should expect to be spending, and then

we're gonna take a very quick look at what's entailed to get these installed onto your

truck.

Where I'm gonna be giving these a very easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and about an hours worth of labor.

And we'll have a little bit more on that for you later.

So the Barricade Three Inch Step Bars that I have here today should definitely appeal

to a specific kind of F-150 owner out there that's gonna be looking to get into a smaller

and more attractive looking step bar than what you might find on the market today.

It's gonna be very budget friendly, and not hurt your wallet.

So no matter if your F-150 didn't come with step bars installed from the factory, or if

it did.

And you're gonna be looking to ditch that chrome look, and get into something.

Again, it's gonna be a little bit more slimmer and smaller in comparison to a four or a five

inch.

This is definitely gonna be great for the owner that's gonna be looking to make it considerably

easier to get in and out of your truck, as well as give the sides of your truck a little

bit more of a subtle look.

So a couple things right off the back that I definitely like about this set in comparison

to what you might find coming on your truck from the dealer or from other styles out there.

First and foremost, this is gonna be all black.

So if you're not looking to have that chrome look, and you're looking to ditch it, pick

up something that's gonna be a little bit more sleek, and aggressive looking, it's gonna

be great for you.

Second here is the fact this is gonna feature a bent-in orientation.

Now what you might find on most if not all trucks from the factory is that they're gonna

have a straight style.

And depending on the look that you're after, the configuration, the finish, as well as

what you want to spend, we're gonna have a ton of different options here on the website

for you.

But for the money here I really think these are gonna be a great option as they're very

budget-friendly and will not hurt your pocket at the end of the day.

So again I know I have said it a couple times here that this is going to be a slimmer and

smaller style of step bar.

And it's something that I would keep in the back of your head at the end of the day as

with a four-inch or a five-inch step bar.

You will have a larger contact pad.

But at the end of the day, you will be making it easier to get in and out of your truck.

So in terms of the construction and materials here, we're gonna see that Barricade's gonna

have these manufactured out of a three-inch diameter stainless steel tubing that's then

gonna be finished off in a really trick looking black powder coated finish.

Now that's not only gonna be for good looks, which I personally think is gonna mesh very

well with both light and dark colored trucks no matter if you have chrome or if you're

going for the blacked out look.

But this is here to ensure that these are gonna be able to hold up over time in regards

to any type of weather or anything that you're gonna be putting your truck through, be it

on or off road.

So in terms of the pricing here guys, you should expect to be spending only about 120

bucks for this kit.

Which in my opinion is going to be a steal, as these are very budget-friendly, and are

not gonna hurt your wallet at the end of the day.

Again, for the money here you're gonna be getting some very sleek and modern looks.

You're gonna have that bent configuration, as well as having a little bit more of a subtle

look.

Again, I will call it out here that this is going to be a three-inch diameter set.

If you're looking for something a little bit more beefier make sure to check out some of

the other options that we have on the website.

So switching gears to the installation portion of the video, just like I had said up top.

We're gonna be looking at a very straight forward one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and about an hours worth of labor to get these onto your truck.

Now the ease of installation here is definitely a huge selling point for me, as it should

be for any '09 through '14 super cab owner as you're not gonna have to do any type of

cutting, modifying, or welding to get these onto your truck.

These are going to install using the existing mounting studs which can be found in the interior

portion of your rocker panel.

And you're only really gonna need a full socket set.

Maybe a second set of hands and a case of beer.

All in all, you're looking at a very straight forward one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and about an hours worth of labor to get these on.

All right so just to wrap things up here, some final thoughts.

If you're the '09 through 2014 super cab owner, no matter if your truck did come with side

steps from the factory or if it didn't, and you're either looking to get into something

that's gonna be smaller than what you have from the dealership or just looking to get

into something that's gonna be a little bit more subtle and sleek.

I would definitely suggest checking these out for your rig.

So that's my detailed review and breakdown of the Barricade Three Inch Side Step Bars

in gloss black for the 2009 through 2014 F-150 Super cab.

Cruz Trump's Pick For Supreme Court A 'Home Run' - Duration: 3:30.

Cruz Trumps Pick For Supreme Court A Home Run

by Randy DeSoto.

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, called President Donald Trumps pick to fill the seat left open

by Justice Antonin Scalias death last year a home run.

Cruz, who clerked at the Supreme Court for former Chief Justice William Rehnquist, told

CNN after the announcement Tuesday night, Today was the most important decision President

Trump has made in the first two weeks serving in office.

During the campaign he promised the people that he would nominate a principled constitutionalist

to replace Justice Scalia and tonight President Trump honored that commitment, he added.

I think Judge [Neil] Gorsuch is a home run.

In a subsequent interview on Fox News, Cruz laid out Gorsuchs impressive qualifications

for the position, including clerking for Justice Byron White, who was President John Kennedys

only Supreme Court appointment and a registered Democrat.

Following Whites retirement, Gorsuch then served for current Supreme Court Justice Anthony

Kennedy, who was appointed by Ronald Reagan and is considered the courts swing vote.

Cruz noted that the Senate unanimously approved Gorsuch to his current judgeship on the 10th

U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver in 2006.

Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Minority Whip Dick Durbin, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (ranking

member on the Judiciary Committee) and Sen. Patrick Leahy (also on the Judiciary Committee)

were among those Democrats who gave him the nod.

Cruz was clearly seeking to address Schumers threat to block any Supreme Court nominee

outside of the mainstream by pointing out the nominees past bipartisan work record

and Senate support.

The question I would ask Senate Democrats now is, whats changed? Cruz said.

What has changed?

A decade ago, you were willing to confirm him to the Court of Appeals, and the only

thing thats changed is [that] he has a decade of an exemplary record.

The Democrats are not going to succeed in filibustering this nomination, and President

Trump is going to meet his promise to the American people, vowed the senator, a fierce

rival of Trumps during the GOP presidential primary race.

Trump highlighted Gorsuchs background at the White House on Tuesday night with the

family of Justice Scalia on hand to witness the occasion.

Gorsuch graduated from Columbia and Harvard Law School with honors, and earned his doctorate

at Oxford on a Marshall Scholarship.

In what was certainly music to conservatives ears, he sounded very much like Scalia on

Tuesday night in accepting the nomination.

A judge who likes every outcome he reaches is very likely a bad judge, stretching for

results he prefers rather than those the law demands, the nominee said.

Gorsuch added that Congress, not the courts, write new laws, saying, It is the role

of judges to apply, not alter the work of the peoples representatives.

As U S Remains Divided on Islam, These Jews and Muslims Are Coming Together - Duration: 9:39.

As U.S. Remains Divided on Islam, These Jews and Muslims Are Coming Together.

As the United States and the world draw lines in the sand over Trumps new immigration

policies, Muslims, Jews, and people from all walks of life are banding together for peace

both for themselves and the planet.

The EcoMe Center, currently located at the junction of Jericho and Almog, was founded

in December of 2010 by a group of Israeli friends who attended the Arava Institute for

Environmental Studies, a program that includes Israelis, Palestinians, Jordanians, and other

international students.

Though the founders are Israeli, they wanted to establish an ecovillage run by both

Israelis and Palestinians.

The ongoing divide between Palestinians and Israelis is one of the longest-running conflicts

in the world and continues to inspire vitriol and protest from both sides, with many around

the world criticizing Israel for illegally confiscating and occupying the land of Palestinians.

Indeed, the relationship is lopsided, with Israeli Defense Forces controlling Palestinians

and often committing staggering human rights violations.

Amid this seemingly insurmountable conflict, the group of friends established EcoMe in

the hopes of healing these historical and current divisions.

According to Arnon Shomer, a spokesman for EcoMe:

Some of these people never met a person from the other side not through military

engagement (Israelis as soldiers and Palestinians meet them as soldiers). This creates a very

deep impact on everyone who comes to these workshops.

For me, the first people that I could call Palestinian friends, I met through the center,

and this is one of the only places where we can meet each other on the human level, and

not as political entities.

Seeking to alter this paradigm while also helping the earth, the founders began by contacting

local people and leaders and creating events of music [and] gathering. They started

to build permaculture structures in the place from local materials.

EcoMe has successfully created an environmentally-conscious, sustainable community.

Shomer says EcoMe has compost toilets and a water reuse system (there is no sewage system

at the facility).

They construct buildings from local materials, such as palms and garbage tires, plastics

of greenhouses and anything we can find. The center practices recycling and has a seasonal

garden where attendees grow vegetables, which are used in EcoMes vegetarian communal

kitchen.

They also have a free range chicken house, projects to help sustain beehives, and permaculture

workshops that teach biodynamic beekeeping, recycled art, and permaculture gardening.

Sign up for the free Anti-Media newsletter the establishment doesn't want you to receive

These efforts are all maintained by visitors to the center, who are primarily Israeli and

Palestinian but come from around the world.

Though most international visitors come from Europe and North America, Shomer says they

have had guests from countries like Japan, Brazil, Iran, Jordan, Kenya, and Colombia.

As he explains, the ones holding the space for the workshops are living in it as a community

and do a lot of community work and sharing. And thats what makes EcoMe especially unique.

In addition to working with the land and environment, the center places a strong emphasis on healing

relations between Palestinians and Israelis who visit the center.

Rather than accepting those tensions, EcoMe seeks to help them interact with each other

in a peaceful way to foster friendship, understanding, and tolerance.

One of the key methods they employ in this effort is the practice of nonviolent communication

(NVC).

NVC was developed by Marshall Rosenberg, an American psychologist, and is rooted in finding

common ground and empathy.

According to NVCs website: Through the practice of NVC, we can learn

to clarify what we are observing, what emotions we are feeling, what values we want to live

by, and what we want to ask of ourselves and others.

We will no longer need to use the language of blame, judgment or domination.

We can experience the deep pleasure of contributing to each others well-being.

The communication method is rooted in listening and compassion, allowing those with grievances

to express their frustrations without overtly blaming or lashing out at the other person

but still requesting acknowledgment and action to resolve the conflict at hand.

NVC has been used for everything from marriage counseling to resolving political conflicts.

In fact, in his book on the method, Rosenberg recalled his experience mediating between

an Israeli and Palestinian, who were eventually able to find common ground despite their seemingly

diametrically opposed views.

Rosenberg also worked with individuals who are now members of EcoMe.

As one Palestinian woman, Amal Hedwah, has said of Rosenberg and her experience with

him: It was an asset for me.

He made a shock in my mind and in my soul and in my body and now I am a new person.

EcoMe holds an annual NVC workshop that lasts between ten and twelve days and invites Palestinians,

Israelis, and other international visitors a chance to communicate with each other.

This creates a wide community of people who are now friends, and sometime partners,

and committed to continue [working] for peace, Shomer says.

According to one attendee at the center: I know many of us are working on the peace

process as a political process, but for me, its looking beyond the political process.

How can we engage in peace work as people who live in this land, coming from different

identities, different cultures, different religions, but understanding that within all

of these identities there are people who want peace, and within these ideas there are people

who dont want peacefor me, it is about the right peoplebeing here who want to

work for peace and how we can work together. One of the best examples of this was the groups

recent efforts to help Palestinians clean up the remains of a tent they were living

in that had been ravaged by the Israeli military for the third time in a year.

EcoMe does not seek to avoid or gloss over the historical division between Israelis and

Palestinians or Israels own role in it.

Shomer describes the normalization of occupation:

It is a negative aspect of our work since, for Palestinians, meeting Israelis

without dealing in ending the occupation is normalizing the situation of privileged citizens

and underprivileged occupied people who have no rights.

Noting the challenges of running a center that brings Israelis and Palestinians together,

he continued: To acknowledge this is a very basic need

for the Palestinian people, and many Israelis do not see it this way, and so, when meeting

with each other on the human level, but neglecting the political issue, [it] creates normalization

of the situation. The center is currently located on a Jewish

settlers land, a region EcoMe chose because, as Shomer explains, it is the occupied

territories, and we are here because we want to be accessible for Palestinians who can

not come to Israel because of the separation. Nevertheless, he says their location has drawn

concerns that the center itself engages in normalization.

This is why we decided to have a meeting about this issue with our Palestinian friends,

and the main conclusion was that we need to find another place for the center that is

not on settlement land, he said, adding they are currently searching for a new location

to resolve the issue.

As they work to solve this fundamental problem, however, they offer a variety of classes and

methods to help those who attend find peace.

In addition to NVC, EcoMe offers art workshops and yoga and meditation classes.

Both practices are increasingly shown to promote well-being and reduce stress.

The center also offers language classes, teaching Arabic, Hebrew, and English, as language is

one of the barriers for understanding each other.

Though the world currently appears to be in upheaval and citizens of the world seem increasingly

polarized, EcoMe is effectively working to alter this trend one person at a time driven

Cocktails for the Super Bowl - Duration: 7:48.

LOOKING AHEAD TO SUNDAY, A

LIGHT WINTRY MIX POSSIBLE IN

THE MORNING.

NOTHING BIG.

EVERYTHING LIGHT AND SCATTERED

FOR US.

.

I'M IN THE DAYTIME KITCHEN

WITH ASHLEY.

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

SAME TO YOU.

WE'RE MAKING BEER-BASED

COCKTAILS FOR THE SUPER BOWL.

YOU WANT TO HAVE BIG-BATCH

COCKTAILS.

AND I NOTICE THAT THE BEER

IS ALL LOCAL, INCLUDING STAR

ALL RIGHT.

THE FIRST ONE WE'RE GOING TO

MAKE IS RASPBERRY BUNCH.

YES.

I'M USING DEVIL'S BACKBONE, BUT

YOU CAN USE ANY LIGHT AUGER.

YOU WANT TO USE THREE OF THOSE.

WHAT DID YOU HAVE IN I HAD

SOME WATER, BECAUSE WE'RE GOING

TO PUT SOME CONCENTRATED

INGREDIENTS IN IT, SO YOU HAVE

TO HAVE A LITTLE WATER.

THA YOU GET A LITTLE FOAM

THERE.

IT'S GOING TO FOAM MORE.

I'M GOING TO PUT MORE VODKA, SO

YOU HAVE A SPIRIT IN IT TOO AS

WELL AS THE BEER.

AND THEN THIS IS GOING TO CAUSE

IT TO FOAM.

THIS IS JUST A REGULAR -- IT'S

A RASPBERRY LEMONADE

CONCENTRATE, AND THEN GIVE IT A

LITTLE STIR.

SO JUST KEEP IN MIND WHEN

YOU'RE MAKING THIS .

KEEP IT IN MIND, AND

APPARENTLY MY VESSEL IS NOT

QUITE AS BIG AS I THOUGHT IT

WAS, BECAUSE WE'VE GOT TO PUT

MORE IN IT.

HERE'S THAT LIME AID, AND

YOU'RE GOING TO PUT A FULL

CONCENTRATE OF LIME AID IN

THERE.

ONCE THAT FOAM GOES DOWN,

YOU CAN GET IT IN THERE.

THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT.

SO NOW YOU HAVE A BIG-BATCH

BEER COCKTAIL FOR A CROWD.

LET'S TRY THIS.

YOU'VE GOT LEMON AND RASPBERRY.

LEMON AND RASPBERRY PAIRS

FLAVORS.

I LOVE THE GLASSES.

IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.

THERE YOU GO.

TRY THIS, AND THEN ASHLEY HAS

TWO MORE COCKTAIL RECIPES FOR

US COMING UP.

THAT'S RIGHT.

LET ME TRY THIS.

OH, THAT'S REALLY REFRESHING.

NICE JOB.

THANK YOU.

I'M HAPPY TO JOIN YOU.

LET'S LED OVER TO THE

KITCHEN WHERE BRITTANY IS

MIXING THINGS UP.

THAT'S RIGHT.

I'M HERE WITH MIXOLOGIST

ASHLEY.

THE FIRST ONE, I HAD A TASTE OF

THAT.

IT WAS REFRESHING.

I LOVE IT.

THE NEXT WE'RE MAKING IS CITRUS

AND BEER

WE'RE GOING TO START WITH

OUR BEER BASE, AND WE'RE GOING

TO LEARN FROM LAST TIME THAT WE

DON'T OVERFLOW.

YOU DIDN'T.

WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH YOU.

IT WAS A CLOSE CALL.

I'M USING THE STAR HILL LOVE,

WHICH IS A WHEAT BEER.

THAT'S GOING TO BE OUR BASE FOR

THIS COCKTAIL.

I'M TRYING TO POUR IT SLOWER SO

WE DON'T HAVE QUITE AS MUCH

FOAM.

THIS IS GOING TO HAVE A LOT OF

F JUICE.

SANGRIA IS TYPICALLY WINE

BASED.

THIS VODKA WILL GIVE IT EXTRA

KICK, AND I'M GOING TO PUT

ABOUT A CUP AND A HALF OF

PINEAPPLE JUICE.

WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT ALL OF THESE

COCKTAILS IS THEY CAN BE MADE

AHEAD.

IF YOU'RE HAVING A BIG PARTY

AND YOU'RE BUSY MAKING YOUR

GUACAMOLE FOR THE SUPER BOWL,

YOU CAN MAKE AHEAD.

I'VE GOT GRAPEFRUIT AND ORANGE.

THAT CITRUS IS GOING TO MAKE IT

GO OVER.

NO IT'S NOT.

YOU'RE DOING GREAT.

YOU'RE SUCH A PROFESSIONAL,

ASHLEY.

SO WE MIX IT AROUND. THAT'S

SO EASY.

NOW YOU CAN MAKE SURE YOUR

CHILI IS NOT BURNING, YOUR

CHICKEN WINGS ARE GOOD.

YOU CAN START IT RIGHT

BEFORE SOMEBODY WALKS IN.

DO YOU NEED TO LET IT SIT FOR A

WHILE AND GET AL YOU CAN.

I WOULD PROBABLY JUST MAKE IT

AND GO, BECAUSE IT'S GOING TO

LOSE SOME OF THE CARBONATION IN

THE BEER.

I HAVE A GLASS JUST TO MAKE IT

PRETTY.

PEOPLE WILL BE MORE

IMPRESSED WITH YOU IF YOU DO

THAT.

BEAUTIFUL.

AND DID YOU COME THIS ONE WAS

ONE THAT I HAD FOUND, AND OF

COURSE I ALWAYS LOVE TO USE

LOCAL BEER.

AFTER COURSE THEY USE BLUE

MOON.

IT'S SORT OF THE TRADITIONAL GO-

TO WHEAT BEER, BUT SINCE WE

HAVE STAR HILL COMING TO THE

ROANOKE VALLEY, I THOUGHT I

WOULD REPRESENT.

YOU LIKE THAT ONE.

YEAH, VERY FRUITY.

.

I'M IN SUCH A GOOD MOOD.

I KNOW.

MAYBE BECAUSE WE'RE MAKING

COCKTAILS.

I DIDN'T TRY THE SECOND ONE.

THE FIRST O THIS ONE IS

CUCUMBER, BASIL.

IF YOU HAVE SOMEBODY THAT IS

A BEER SNOB, THIS IS GOING TO

BE THE COCKTAIL THAT THEY WANT.

I AM NOT ONE.

I'M NOT A BEER SNOB.

I DON'T DRINK A LOT OF BEER.

I DON'T EITHER, BUT WHEN

IT'S MIXED LIKE THIS, I WOULD

TOTALLY DRINK IT.

I WOULD TOO.

SO WE HAVE A GROUP FAVORITE.

IT SEEMS TO BE THE FIRST, THE

BEERY ONE, THE RASPBERRY.

THIS ONE IS GOING TO BE FOR

SOMEBODY WHO IS MORE OF A

CONNOISSEUR OF FLAVORS.

THIS IS OUR BALANCE POINT AND

IT'S MORE OF A FRUIT FORWARD

IPS, SO IT GOES REALLY WELL

WITH THESE OTHER FLAVORS.

IS IT A SPECIFIC -- WHEN YOU

SAY A FRUIT FORWARD, WHAT DOES

THAT MEAN.

IT'S JUST A FRUITIER, LIKE

TYPICALLY, I'LL SAY CITRUS IS A

BETTER WORD BECAUSE IT'S

GRAPEFRUIT GOES WELL WITH IT.

LEMON.

ANY KIND OF CITRUS FRUIT WILL

GO REALLY WELL.

I'M GOING TO BE USING LESS

BEER, AND THERE IS NO SPIRIT IN

THIS ONE, SO NO VODKA.

THIS IS GOING TO BE A LITTLE

MORE SIMPLE.

THIS IS A SPARKELLING LEMONADE.

I DIDN'T KNOW THAT WAS A

THING, SPARKLING LEMONADE.

WE'RE GOING TO PUT A FULL

CUCUMBER SLICED UP.

THIS ONLY TAKES A

WE DID THAT IN TEN SECONDS.

AND THIS IS JUST FRESH BASIL.

I'M JUST GOING TO TEAR THIS UP,

GET SOME OF THE ESSENTIAL OILS

OFF OF THE BASIL WHEN YOU TEAR

IT LIKE THIS.

I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT

TO PUT THIS IN A BEER.

THIS ONE, IS GOING TO GET

STRONGER WITH THE FLAVOR THE

LONGER YOU LET IT SIT.

I LOVE BASIL.

ME TOO.

AND THAT'S IT. DO YOU PUT ICE

IN THIS ONE.

Mortgage Protection vs Term Life Insurance. It's Toboggan TIME! - Duration: 0:59.

Do you know the difference between

Mortgage Protection Insurance and Term Life Insurance?

Well in the unfortunate case that you pass away

mortgage protection insurance would pay for your mortgage.

But it doesn't pay for your heating bill

it doesn't pay for your internet

and it doesn't put groceries on the table.

Basically the bank gets the money and your and your family gets nothing.

As you pay down your mortgage

your monthly premiums stay the same.

They don't decrease with it.

It's expensive and they qualify you after your death.

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

They qualify you after your death.

You better hope that application has been filled out

perfectly because you'll be denied.

Term life insurance is the complete opposite

where they qualify you first,

your family gets the money

to pay for the mortgage and the groceries

and it's the best contract you'll ever sign

because only you can cancel it.

Get rid of your overpriced insurance.

Do a proper plan with me.

Video: Chilly air on the way for weekend - Duration: 3:39.

A LIVE LOOK OUTSIDE.

IT'S NOT TOO BAD OUT THERE.

A LITTLE BIT

CHILLY, BUT IT

LOOKS NICE WHEN WE ARE LOOKING

FROM IN HERE.

CINDY: IT DOES.

ANTOINETTE: WE HAVE BEEN KIND OF

SPOILED LATELY.

IT IS FEBRUARY.

CIND WE HAVE A REALITY CHECK

COMING UP THIS WEEKEND.

IT IS COLDER.

THE JET STREAM IS TAKING

A

LITTLE DIP TO THE SOUTH.

THAT WILL BRING THE CHILLIER

TEMPERATURES ON AND FOR YOUR

WEEKEND.

WE HAD SO MANY DAYS LATELY WHERE

WE TOUCH TO THE 40-DEGREE MARK.

THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS, THAT IS

NOT HAPPENING.

THE AVERAGE HIGH THIS TIME OF

YEAR IS 37.

WE WILL KEEP IT NEAR OR LITTLE

BIT BELOW AVERAGE RATE FOR THE

WEEKEND.

WE HAVE A COLDER WEEKEND, BUT IS

GOING TO BE QUIET. OUR NEXT

STORM IS COMING AND TUESDAY AND

WEDNESDAY.

IT MAY START AS SNOW, BUT LIKE

SO MANY TIMES WE HAVE SEEN THIS

WINTER, IT WILL CHANGE OVER TO

ICE AND THEN EVENTUALLY

RAINFALL.

RIGHT NOW, IT'S ONLY IN THE 20'S

UP -- OUTSIDE.

29 ON THE SOUTH SHORE.

PLYMOUTH, YOU ARE SITTING AT

TWINIGHTER GREECE.

THE REST OF US MERE OR JUST

BELOW THE FREEZING MARK.

THE WIND OUT

OF THE WEST, 12 TO

15 MILES PER HOUR, JUST ENOUGH

TO GIVE US A LITTLE BIT OF A

WIND CHILL.

IT'S FEELING LIKE THE TEENS AND

LOWER 20'S.

YOU WANT TO BE BUNDLED UP AS YOU

ARE HEADING OUT THIS AFTERNOON.

THESE ARE THE WIND CHILL VALUES

IN BOSTON.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUT AND

ABOUT, EXPECT THE WIND CHILL IN

THE 20'S, AND THEN ONCE THE SUN

GOES DOWN, IT WILL BE IN THE

TEENS.

MAKE SURE YOU WILL BE HANDLED

UP.

THERE WILL BE A DEFINITE CHILL

IN THE AIR.

WE DO HAVE CLOUD COVER.

THERE IS RAIN OVER THE

CAROLINAS.

A STORM SYSTEM PUSHING OUT TO

SEA.

THAT IS ALL WE ARE GETTING FROM

IT.

THERE'S ALSO A FRONT TO THE

NORTH THAT WILL REINFORCE THE

COLD.

19 IN OTTAWA.

10 IN QUEBEC.

SYRACUSE, 22.

AS THAT FRONT DROPS IN, IT WILL

REINFORCE IT AS WE LOOK TO THE

WEEKEND.

WE HAVE SUNSHINE DEEPER INTO THE

AFTERNOON.

AS THAT

FRONT DROPS THROUGH,

THOSE CLOUDS WILL RETREAT

SOUTHWARD.

WE DO CLEAR OUT EVENTUALLY

OVERNIGHT, AND TEMPERATURES WILL

BE IN THE MIDTEENS IN MOST SPOTS

TO AROUND 20 DEGREES BY TOMORROW

MORNING.

TOMORROW A VERY SIMILAR

DAY-TO-DAY. AND BRIGHTER SKIES.

IT WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY.

22 AROUND 30 DEGREES.

COLD, BUT A BRIGHT START TO YOUR

WEEKEND.

WE GET INTO SUNDAY, AND THE

SYSTEM WILL BE THROUGH

NORTHEASTERN NEW ENGLAND.

THERE

WILL BE TIMES IT GOES

ACROSS NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND AND

TEMPERATURES WILL DROP INTO THE

UPPER 30'S.

WE WILL HAVE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES

WHEN WE WAKE UP IN THE MORNING.

AS WE GET TOWARD MIDDAY, THERE

MIGHT BE ONE OR TWO SHOWERS FOR

THE WORCESTER HILLS.

THOSE WILL DRY UP AS THE FRONT

SHIFTS TOWARD THE COAST LINE.

COLD, BLUSTERY ON MONDAY.

AND HERE IS OUR STORM -- IMPACT

WHETHER DAY -- IMPACT WEATHER

DAY.

THERE WILL BE AN EVENTUAL CHANGE

OVER TO RAIN.

THERE MAYBE ICING IN THE

INTERIOR BEFORE THAT HAPPENS.

WE WILL BE CLIMBING TO THE

MID-40'S.
