Kim Min-hee wins best actress award in Berlin film fest - Duration: 0:49.

Over in Germany, Korea's Kim Min-hee bagged the best actress honors at the 67th Berlin

International Film Festival.

For her role in "On the Beach at Night Alone,"... a film exploring the meaning of love through

unconventional relationships,... Kim beat 17 top-notch global competitors to bring South

Korea its first Silver Bear for Best Actress.

In her acceptance speech, she expressed deep gratitude and love for the film's director,

Hong Sang-soo, who was making his 3rd foray at the Berlinale.

The award is seen as the highlight of Kim Min-hee's career so far, after a rocky debut

in 1999.

After being bombarded with criticisms for poor performances for over a decade, the model-turned

actress began garnering positive reviews starting with 2012's "Helpless" by director Byun Young-joo.

"On the Beach" opens in Korean theaters in March.

Ankles – the Gentle Calf Raise

Stand on the step, preferably in your bare feet or socks, facing up the steps. Position yourself so that only the front part of your foot is on the step,

taking care not to over balance forwards or backwards. Focus on standing tall and bringing your knees together as much and as comfortably as you are able.

Raise yourself up on your toes, hold for a moment, then lower yourself back down. When your feet are level with the step again, allow your heels to drop below the level of the step as far as is comfortable. Hold for a second, then raise yourself back up to the starting position.

Repeat until you have completed twelve raises and lowerings.

It can be useful to have something to hold onto to maintain your balance during this exercise.

As you continue, your balance and strength will improve, and you may be able to add more repetitions as you please.

This exercise will give you truly shapely calves, and improve the flexibility of your ankles, and begin the process of their re-alignment.

Pilates

Pilates can be quite effective when it comes to improving the vital muscles, realigning your body, and correcting your posture and bow legs. Some exercises such as ballerina arms' and roll up,

may give you power to tone the legs and develop the muscles in the abdomen; You can lift your legs up and then lay down on your back.

Then, you can keep the legs near one another while moving them upwards and downwards quickly.

Apply on your face for 20 minutes.

After that wash with cold water.

It will scrubs away the dead skin and all the dirt from your face.

Dried Orange Peel and Curd Face Mask Take some orange peels.

Dry them in shadow and after that grind the orange peel to make powder.
