Hello, my name is Rinku. I welcome you all to Chef Harpal's YouTube Channel

The recipe that we are making today is very simple and most of you all may already be knowing how to make

This recipe is Green Chili Thecha

A very simple recipe to cook. My mother taught me this recipe and I wanted to teach you all in the same style

I will also bring in more recipes like this so stay tuned

So let's begin with grinder jar. We will put all these ingredients in the jar to grind the mixture

Add Green Chili

Garlic cloves

Coriander leaves and Cumin seeds in the jar

Finally add salt to taste

We will grind the ingredients now, make sure that the mixture is not too fine but coarse

You can see that the mixture is ready now and it is not to finely grinded

Heat some Oil in the pan

Once the Oil is hot, add the grinded mixture of Thecha in the pan

The mixture includes Green Chili and when you put that in the pan, you will cough due to the spicy aroma of Chillies

Cover the lid for few minutes and our Green Chili Thecha is ready

As our Green Chili Thecha is ready, you can serve it in a plate and can eat it with Chapati's, Indian Dal's, Curries and Bhaji's

banana peel uses | banana peels for skin | how to get rid of warts | makeup | acne - Duration: 2:52.

RUB A BANANA PEEL ON YOUR FACE, AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS, IT'S REALLY AMAZING !!.

banana peel uses | banana peels for skin | how to get rid of warts | makeup | acne.

It always amazes me that the newest health and beauty remedies to emerge on the scene

are often ancient techniques used by various cultures in the past – or even modern cultures

that we're simply not that familiar with.

Sometimes the simple, natural route is the way to go, as opposed to expensive products

and treatments.

I like to think my beauty regimen is a little bit of both: Always open to new ideas from

today's society, but with the realization that you don't always need to mess with

a good thing!

And, banana peels are definitely one of those things.

We've always heard the beauty benefits of bananas, but what about their peel?

Actually, people in a lot of cultures around the world still eat the peel for its fiber,

potassium, and other nutritional benefits.

It seems a bit wasteful to simply discard so much of the fruit.

But there are ways to reap the rewards without eating the peel, too.

Here are some of the beauty benefits of the antioxidant, potassium-rich outer layers:

Teeth Whitener – Cut off a piece of the peel and rub the inner part gently over your

teeth for a few minutes, then rinse off.

Repeat 1-2x daily for whiter looking teeth.

Skin Brightener – The same way they whiten teeth, peels can brighten skin.

You gently rub the inner peel over your skin then rinse off afterward.

Wrinkle Reducer – Rub the inner portion of the peel over your target areas.

Leave on for 30 minutes before rinsing.

Some say they also leave on over night and rinse it off in the morning, letting the banana

work its magic while they sleep.

Acne Treatment – There's been some success for treating blemishes and acne by rubbing

the affected area (gently is key!) for a few minutes then rinsing, repeating three times

daily.

The antioxidants and nutrients in the peels help pesky breakouts.

Moisturizer – Soften and hydrate dry skin with banana peels as you would to fight wrinkles

and acne.

Combat Puffy Eyes – While cucumbers are the popular way to fight tired, puffy eyes,

banana peels can do the trick as well – just use them the same way, over your eyes, to

give you a bright, freshened look.

Jay Bruce looking for fresh start with Mets as team weighs options in outfield - Duration: 4:15.

PORT ST. LUCIE − Jay Bruce is still unsettled and as the outfielder arrived at Mets camp, his future is still uncertain as well. The Mets traded for him last August and picked up his option in November as insurance, but now Bruce is stuck in an overcrowded outfield with a team that spent the winter trying to get rid of him.

Bruce shrugged that off Thursday.

"I am here until I'm here until I'm not," Bruce said when asked about the winter full of reports that the Mets were trying to trade him. "My job is to play baseball. Not concerned with trade rumors."

Bruce said he was told to come into camp ready to be the Mets' everyday right fielder. That, however, was not something the Mets were even sure of until late this winter.

The Mets received some calls on Bruce this winter, but the interest faded fairly quickly. The interest in Curtis Granderson picked up later in the winter, but the Mets were not ready to

deal him. For now, they are resigned to figuring out how best to play an outfield of Yoenis Cespedes, Bruce, Granderson, Michael Conforto and Juan Lagares.

"But you never know what can happen in other camps," a Mets official said Wednesday. "There could be an injury to an outfielder in another camp, we get a call and a move is made quickly. We'll see."

Granderson said that he has not let the rumors affect him this winter, either.

"This organization has treated me really well. I like the city. I have good relationships with Sandy (Alderson), Terry (Collins), Fred (Wilpon) and Jeff (Wilpon)," Granderson said.

"They supported me on and off field.

What the Mets do off the field, I understand the business.

I understand that things have to happen.

"But I don't want to go anywhere."

The Mets' preference has always been to move Bruce.

The left-handed hitting outfielder proved he wasn't a great fit quickly after the Mets acquired him from the Reds in August. A streaky slugger, Bruce cooled off as soon as he put on his Mets jersey, hitting just .219 with a .685 OPS in 50 games. He struck out 43 times, hit eight home runs and drove in 19 in 169 at-bats.

He became a lightning rod for the Flushing fans' ire.

Bruce gets the fans' frustrations. He was upset with himself.

"It bothers me that I wasn't playing well. Coming here with a fan base of what have you done for me lately, I can understand their frustration," Bruce said. "But wasn't concerned about what fans were thinking. I wasn't contributing."

The Mets gambled and picked up Bruce's $13 million option as an insurance against the possibility they would not be able to bring back Cespedes. They figured they would easily be able to move a guy who hit a total of 33 home runs in 2016 and hit at least 30 in four of the last six seasons.

They could not and Thursday, Bruce arrived hoping to make the best of his second chance with the Mets.

"I was having one of best offensive seasons (before the trade) and then I think it was just baseball. I am a pretty routine oriented guy and what I was used to was flipped upside down," Bruce said. "But I am not making excuses.

… I was able to shake out of it the last week and a half. It's part of baseball."

Now, the Mets have to configure an outfield. Cespedes will remain in left since they want to limit the wear and tear on his legs.

Terry Collins said it would be hard to expect Granderson, who turns 36 next month, to play every day in center.

"We have some very good depth on this team ,so yeah, I gotta get Grandy out of there a little more than I have in the past," the Mets manager said. "I know we are going to have to make sure we give him more days off than we did in the past."

Conforto is built to be a corner outfielder and Lagares does not hit enough to play every day, so Collins will have to mix-and-match.

Collins said Bruce will also work at first base this spring. That could be as an emergency fill-in if something happens to Lucas Duda, who also is a left-handed hitter. The Mets' front office sees the right-handed hitting Wilmer Flores as a better fit if they have to platoon there.

Bruce said he has not been told about the possibility of playing first base, but it was something he and Collins could talk about. He played first in high school and played three games there with the Reds.

"I am an employee of New York Mets. I'll bust my ass to do whatever they ask," Bruce said.

Mayor de Blasio to cut off city's use of nonprofit that has been cited for placing homeless in ru... - Duration: 3:04.

Eight months ago the city signed a $16 million contract with a nonprofit that had been cited repeatedly for housing the homeless in decrepit apartments and hotels.

On Thursday Mayor de Blasio pulled the plug, announcing that in the coming months, the city will phase out its use of Bushwick Economic Development Corp.

In Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, BEDCO houses hundreds of homeless families and single adults in 11 hotels and 33 so-called "cluster sites," private apartment buildings notorious for scandalous conditions.

De Blasio had criticized both programs before he was elected mayor but was forced to expand the use of both as the shelter census rose from 53,000 in January 2014 to 60,000 this week.

The city will move the all the homeless individuals now living in these hotels and apartments to either permanent housing or other hotels and cluster sites not run by BEDCO.

BEDCO Director Frank Boswell did not return calls.

The nonprofit, which receives tens of millions of taxpayer dollars each year from the city and state, was one of several groups DHS paid to house the homeless.

BEDCO has been repeatedly cited for placing homeless in decrepit buildings.

(Michael Schwartz /for New York Daily News)

In March 2015, the city Department of Investigation cited several of those groups — including BEDCO — for routinely placing families in squalid apartments with dozens of housing, building and health code violations.

At one BEDCO building on E. 174th St. in the Bronx, DOI found a large dead rat that had been lying in the lobby for days.

At the time, DOI criticized the city's habit of repeatedly retaining the groups on an "emergency" basis without actual contracts. That gave the city little leverage to demand the groups remedy horrendous living conditions.

BEDCO also placed families in the Bronx building where two infants were scalded to death in December due to a faulty radiator. A tenant at the building told the News she'd reported a busted radiator in her apartment to BEDCO, but no one came to fix it.

The BEDCO announcement came three days after the mayor was criticized for saying nothing about the homeless crisis during his rambling 65-minute State of the City address Monday night.

The decision to cut off BEDCO is part of a de Blasio promise made last year to eliminate all "cluster sites" by 2018. He's also vowed to end the use of hotels, but without a specific deadline.

(Anthony DelMundo/New York Daily News)

The cut-off also represents an abrupt about-face. Just eight months ago, DHS renewed two BEDCO contracts, including a $2.2 million contract that was to continue through June and a $16.8 million contract that was to continue into 2020.

The nonprofit currently has 12 contracts with DHS, most of which expire this year. It also manages eight traditional shelters, and the city says it will review those contracts as well within the next 90 days.

On Thursday Department of Social Services Commissioner Steven Banks said the city is taking multiple steps to make sure homeless families get safe and healthy lodging.

Last year, Banks said, the city eliminated 10,000 code violations in shelters and "cluster sites," and will stop using these apartments and hotels as soon as possible.

"As part of the 90-day review of homeless services, we are aggressively reforming decades-old policies and practices, including ending relationships with providers who have had a history of serious shelter conditions or other issues," Banks said.

Box-Office Preview: Matt Damon's 'The Great Wall' Can't Scale 'Lego Batman Movie'

'Fist Fight' and 'A Cure for Wellness' open opposite 'Great Wall' over the long Presidents Day weekend.

Matt Damon's big-budget epic The Great Wall may be a hit in China,

but it won't be able to beat holdover The Lego Batman Movie at the North American

box office over the upcoming long Presidents Day weekend.

Prerelease tracking suggests Great Wall, a Legendary Pictures and Universal release,

will open in the mid- to high-teen millions over the four-day holiday frame,

, well behind Lego Batman's projected $25 million-plus haul in its second outing.

That's a sobering start, considering Great Wall cost $150 million to make.

The good news: Great Wall has earned $171 million in China and another $53.5 million in other foreign markets.

Also opening over the weekend are New Line's comedy Fist Fight and New Regency/Fox's psychological thriller A Cure for Wellness.

Elsewhere, Fifty Shades Darker — like Lego Batman — could remain a potent player in its second weekend.

Labor Secretary nominee Alexander Acosta gave 'sweetheart deal' to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein - Duration: 2:47.

President Trump's pick for Labor Secretary is likely to face scrutiny for the "sweetheart" deal he gave to billionaire convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The President named Alexander Acosta as his labor choice Thursday, after previous nominee Andy Puzder backed out over scrutiny of issues including alleged violence in his marriage.

Acosta, the law school dean of Florida International University, is also likely to face controversy for his record as U.S. attorney in Miami from 2005 to 2009.

Labor Secretary nominee Alexander Acosta previously worked as a U.S. attorney in Florida.

(EVAN VUCCI/AP)

His office prosecuted Epstein, a billionaire financier who admitted to state charges of soliciting prostitution from a 14-year-old, and signed off in 2008 on the plea deal to not pursue federal charges in exchange for the state pleas.

Epstein served 13 months of an 18-month sentence, though federal statutes against transporting minors for the purposes of sex carry minimum penalties of 10 years.

Two victims in the federal case unhappy with the deal have since sued the feds, saying that their rights under the Crime Victims Rights Act had been violated because they had not been in the loop about the details of a plea deal.

A 2014 court filing shows letters from an Epstein lawyer to Acosta in 2007 telling him not to contact the victims in the case, and that lawyers in Acosta's office waited months after an agreement with the billionaire was reached.

Jeffrey Epstein has pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution from an underage girl.

(AP)

Lawyers for the victims say that the letters show a "conspiracy between the Government and Epstein's attorneys to conceal."

"There is good reason to believe that if the prosecutors had exposed their dealings to scrutiny by Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2, they would not have reached such a sweetheart deal," attorney Bradley Edwards wrote in one filing.

The suit, filed in 2008, is still ongoing, though a settlement conference was held last summer.

"Our judgment in this case, based on the evidence known at the time, was that it was better to have a billionaire serve time in jail, register as a sex offender and pay his victims restitution than risk a trial with a reduced likelihood of success," Acosta wrote in a 2011 letter, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in South Florida told the Daily News that it would not comment.

The White House did not immediately respond to questions about Acosta's involvement with the Epstein case.

Before the former Bear Sterns executive was prosecuted, Epstein was connected to powerful people including former President Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew.

The registered sex offender also knew Trump, and the future President was quoted in New York magazine in 2002 as saying "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy … He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.

No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life."

An unidentified Trump associated told POLITICO in 2015 that the President and Epstein were never particularly close.
