— it was a slogan of a new Russian brand Pixelphone during its announcement of the first smartphone.

The first step to doing well on the PCAT is to make sure that you're allowed to take the test.
The guidelines for registration must be followed so that
you're allowed to schedule your test date at Pearson VUE Testing Centers.
You don't want to forfeit you registration fees because you didn't follow the guidelines or because you missed a deadline.
The guidelines for registration
are found in the PDF version of the Candidate Information Booklet on the
official PCAT website www.PCATweb.info.
This is a valuable resource that can answer a lot of common questions.
Also, the PCAT website has a section devoted to the most recent changes and information updates for registration.
You should always review this section to make sure that you don't run into any obstacles that could be avoided.
There are two main steps in securing a seat for the PCAT, and they can't be taken out of order.
First, you must complete the online registration process for the PCAT.
There may be circumstances that require additional registration steps,
but we'll talk about those in few minutes.
You're working against a deadline.
So your first goal is to get the PCAT notification email signifying that you have completed that first step of the process.
You cannot schedule your test at Pearson VUE Testing Centers
without the PCAT notification email.
The back cover of the Candidate Information Booklet lists this year's testing cycle
in addition to the corresponding Registration and Schedule deadlines.
One thing to note is that you cannot register too early for the PCAT.

Your Primary ID must be government-issued, valid, and unexpired with a photo and a signature.
This can be a driver's license, passport, or other ID as described in the Candidate Information Booklet.
Your Secondary ID maybe a credit card, library card, utility bill, or other documentation.
Both IDs must be valid and current.
Now this is important:
The first and last names you enter into
your registration form must match exactly the Primary ID that you intend to use.
Again, the Candidate Information Booklet explains this requirement in detail at www.PCATweb.info.
I have to stress this again. The names you use on your PCAT registration
must match exactly the names on your primary ID that you present on test day.
If the name on your registration form does not match the name on your Primary ID,
you will not be allowed to test and you will not receive a refund for your registration.
Here's a student filling out her PCAT registration.
She's filling it out long before the deadline; however,
some candidates make the mistake of using common nicknames, such as abbreviations for their given name.
like Alex instead of Alexandra. Alex is going to discover on testing day that
she won't be allowed to test because the name she registered with does not match
the name on her Primary ID. There are many names that are considered nicknames
and are shortened versions of their official surname.
Tony instead of Anthony, Beth instead of Elizabeth, John instead of Juan, Rose instead of Rosa, and the list goes on.
You can avoid this by using your Primary ID to determine how to enter your name
when registering for the PCAT. So have it handy.
Here's another example: Jose Garza Rodriguez. When registering for the PCAT you must enter your name exactly as
it appears on the Primary ID that you'll bring with you on the day of your test.
If he were to put "Jose" in the first name field and "Rodriguez" in a last name field when registering,
he would run into an issue at the test center. He must put his whole name exactly as it
appears on his Primary ID. In this example he would need to put "Jose" in the
first name field and "Garza Rodriguez" in the last name field.
That way his registration and Primary ID would match exactly. If your name has more characters
than the space allows, enter as many characters as is possible.
The second piece of information to have on hand
is a recent credit card statement for the card you will use to pay your registration fees,
whether that statement is in a paper form or from an online statement.
There are two types of addresses that you're going to be asked to enter
during the registration process. The first will be your Correspondence Address,
or the address where you are sure to receive anything mailed to you.
The second address is the one that your credit card company has on file for you
as their Billing Address. When you enter this address, you must enter it exactly,
down to the last character, space, punctuation, and abbreviation.
If you enter the wrong Billing Address or if it doesn't match exactly
with your credit card company's records,
your fees may not be paid and your registration will not be processed.
Don't count on the generation of an Address Verification Error before you finish registering.
You don't want payment issues standing in your way of testing.
I mentioned earlier that there may be additional registration steps for
some candidates. Pearson provides accommodations for candidates with
disabilities at no additional charge, in accordance with the
Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), and the ADA Ammendments Act (ADAAA).
Any individual who has a physical impairment or limitation described as a disability under ADA may request special testing arrangements.

The Walking Dead season eight is currently airing each week after returning from its mid-season hiatus.
In the most recent episode, viewers watched as Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) died – though it was no surprise as his fate was sealed in the mid-season finale.
Next month, spin-off Fear the Walking Dead will kick off its fourth season, which follows a different set of characters in another location.
However Lennie James from The Walking Dead will be taking his character Morgan over to Fear for the fourth season.
Now, exiting showrunner Scott M Gimple has confirmed there are more spin-offs planned in The Walking Dead universe.
"Were going to be doing traditional stuff, non-traditional stuff, stuff people dont expect" Scott Gimple Gimples new role is of chief content officer, meaning he will oversee the entire brand and its extensions.
This includes The Walking Dead, Fear, limited series – such as Flight 462 – and other media such as video games.
Speaking about the future of the shows universe, Gimple admitted there definitely are extensions in the works.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: Were going to be doing traditional stuff, non-traditional stuff, stuff people dont expect. Gimple confirmed the new works would be scripted – as opposed to current spin-off The Talking Dead.
He continued: We have a bunch of different things in mind.
Some things that are really complimentary to the stuff were doing now and some stuff thats far afield and very different. The telly boss commented on the likelihood of another series like Fear The Walking Dead, or one like Flight 462.
Flight 462 was a series of two-minute episodes that aired during ad breaks for the main show, telling the story of even more people in the same post-apocalyptic world.
Gimple said: We can do cool stuff in both of those spectrums and theres other stuff that doesnt quite fit in those descriptions..
He went on: Im hoping to do a variety of different projects that are probably more in line with what we see on TV but maybe in different rhythms and formats and things like that. Gimple didnt divulge on who the series would follow, saying they could be characters viewers already know or newbies.
Perhaps a new series could follow comic series The Walking Dead: The Alien, which followed a zombie outbreak in Barcelona, Spain, and Rick Grimes brother Jeffrey? The Walking Dead continues Mondays at 9pm on Fox UK.
